It's alive It's alive
Obviously. The question was why they would do such a thing, not whether they did. Of all the plays out there, why WLSI?
well someone did.
The ticker will remain active until Finra sees fit to delete it for inactivity. But that's all there is here. A ticker. Why anyone would buy it is beyond me.
Check Check please.
is WLSi still trading or is the gray market showing the trades and
IHUB is tracking. TIA
You're quite welcome. Any time, jokersmoker.
thanks renee i appreciate it
Yes, ALL SEC Suspensions are for exactly ten market days, ergo, temporary. After the ten market day suspension ALL stocks are dispatched to the Grey Market until either the SEC revokes the registrations of previously suspended stocks for Financials delinquencies, or FINRA deletes the symbols (tickers) of previously suspended stocks that were not registered with the SEC.
2 = The staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission was able to contact the issuer, which
informed the staff that it either was no longer operating or has gone private.
thats temporary suspensions
Yes, it is nice to see the SEC back in action with zombie tickers. A few thousand more to go.
Thanks, Renee. No surprise there. Antonio just abandoned it like a wreck alongside the road. I wonder if he even ever tried to sell it as a shell.
Nice to see the SEC back in action with these zombie tickers.
WLSI SEC Suspension because of questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the company.

"Huh" what?
Why what? Why is it still trading ? Or why shouldn't it be? Like he said, "Not suspended not revolked". Eventually, Finra will probably step in and delete the ticker.
yeah,why??
Not suspended not revolked. Why, AS is 15B, float 5.6B, DTC has 5.5B
and this is still trading. WHY!
agreed. john a went on to other bullshit businesses that failed. what i have a hard time with this is still trading
What an epic fail this pos is...
Suspend then revoke this pos.....hahahaha
Another epic fail sextuplet .000001 no bid stock....Suspension then REVOCATION lmfao...What a pos...
He mellted in my mouth not my hand
Nor for the fact that the "buyer" was an MM and not a retailer.
not at this level
Yes, it is. Why, just today someone dumped 2,850,000 shares out of their account. But that doesn't actually count as trading, does it?
WLSI made Renee's list of severely delinquent tickers back in 2017, for not having filed since back in 2010.

The cost to catch up on their delinquent filings would be cost prohibitive for anyone to consider buying this ticker. It's amazing that it hasn't been suspended by the SEC yet. I don't know of any other ticker that's more delinquent than this one and the SEC has been stepping up on their suspensions lately. Most for less than a year's worth of filings. So, I wouldn't be surprised if it happens before the eoy.
It's doubtful that this shell will ever be sold.
For one thing, it's labeled caveat emptor. For another, it's delinquent in it's filings to SEC, which means it could be suspended and sent to the greys at any time.
Lastly, it's already got an inflated market cap, so the purchaser would do a massive R/S, wiping out all existing shareholders.

Too many good shells being offered for anyone to choose this one.
And what would happen if someone bought the shell?
Slojab why do you keep posting for so long?
Someone cleared their account of the ticker. Must have gotten tired of looking at it and having it remind them of how stupid they were to have held too long.
This is a shell with action as of late. Looks like a computer trade.
Why.
Shares remain at DTC. Many many actions would need to take place in order for this symbol to become viable. It's possible.
I still feel somethings up
Not to worry. I'm not in any OTC ticker. Deep, or otherwise.
Wlsi and qedn... don’t tell me you’re deep in behl also slojab
It doesn't matter that it's trading. It only matters that they're delinquent in their filings. A suspension could come along at any minute.

Trillennium Medical Imaging (TMI) provides functional imaging systems through the use of infrared detection. This technology blends proprietary software with a highly durable and fully calibrated thermal detection device to record variances in body temperature.
Infrared thermal imaging is a non-invasive, imaging procedure involving the detection and recording of skin thermal patterns, providing visual and quantitative documentation. The interpretation of these temperatures and thermal patterns can play an important part in the development of a diagnosis. Because Infrared Imaging can display the variations in skin temperature patterns and these variations are known pathways of information, it can be invaluable as an integral part of the physical examination.
Such technology has been successfully tested and is currently in use to assist in diagnosis, treatment monitoring and case management of many health issues. These include, but not limited to: vascular, neurological and muscular-skeletal disorders such as breast cancer, diabetes, and unresolved pain issues related to myofascial complaints, muscle injury or neurological dysfunction. TMI is THE source for non-invasive Imaging devices for the treating professional who requires a physiological imaging test for diagnosis or case management.
