It's almost 600M more than what the last Q reported in 2010. Maybe some of the increase from was the 2014 action.

Yes, it trades. But that's only because the SEC has failed in their mandate to protect the investing public by not suspending the ticker.

It's a bit misleading to say that it's going green when all it's really doing is returning to the base from which it should be at, given that it's a dead shell ticker. Not to even bring up the point that it'll more than likely be suspended soon for failing to file.
