I like the fact it's SEC Registered and TA Verified.

Very nice SS with an O/S of only 20MM.

Active with the NV SOS so not abandoned. That most likely takes the custodian angle out of the picture.

I don't know anything about the CEO Lei Xu.

Who knows if he will put it to use or allow it go Grey at the end of September.

Yes. I have actually studied HIGR a little bit.

HIGR o/s of only 30MM and float of only 7500 — which is hard to imagine.

IMO, the key with SHNL (and all the Lazar plays really) is David's connections with the far east.

How good are the companies which are being merged?

His custodial plays are going to be far more valuable from the beginning if we determine they are being merged with good-to-great companies.

We should all be hoping the DD on TRDX is accurate. If it pans out can you imagine how much stronger all the lazar shell plays become?

What Broker Do You Go Through For SHNL ?? Part of prob. could very well be their brokerage houses do not allow trading for SHNL.

I Use TD Ameritrade They Are Usually More Accommodating With Microcap Stocks. Oddly Enough, They Won't Let Me Buy SHNL Nor Hem# ... Even Tho' the Latter Is Fully Current. I Called TDA & They Said When DTC "gives them the green light," they'll open it up for trading ---Yeah, Gight ... I responded, "it's current now." ... they had no answer.
