I find it funny that grab always has some shit to say yet isn’t even a shareholder and half of what he says isn’t even true I know for a fact. It’s like he just comes in here and creates chaos for the fun of it. I say, go find a new room

Don't know, but can't stop complaints....I would imagine it is legal. Funny that the advice is to wait and see, but the complaint is that we are doing so......

It is easily seen that, while the filing shows that the business hasn't started yet, the filing is on time and legal, and timing is reflective of previous timing, so as expected. I guess we wait and see. :<)

As stated in the previous post and an extension on that:
"Saying and implying then not delivering are not regarded kindly by the hierarchy and can result in, well lets say, in stringent measures." Such as Forgery, Theft and many crimes similar and as benign sounding as that. Only an arrogant fool or fools play in that direction. Lets see what happens from now on, interesting. Could there be a Buyout, compensation OR just real knowledge turned into action. Though the knowledge aspect is looking very shaky and B.S.?

I wouldn't be so sure of that! The waters are nowhere near that deep, on plunging down there is plenty of mud just waiting to be stirred and when it is all hell will be a moderate result. Definitely nothing happening and if you call a trading platform they won’t take shares. Etrade says the companies filings aren’t up to snuff. Even Robinhood won’t take them. Pretty much dead in the water. Disappointing and nobody will be held accountable.

MY,MY nothing has changed,same posters same ones totally in the dark and happy to carry on that way. The "inside" posters, the ones who are in the know, just don't post. Guess they are well under control, or possibly under misconception of losing what they don't have. Where are those posters who set up the board and started it.
Things don't look good do they! NO filings since Nov. 22. 10-Q, 8-K wow this is looking very dangerous. Where is the CEO?
I guess it is common for bank managers to know how to use clients money and the hell with the clients! Those habits are hard to break. Also where is the other big deal with the museum? Looks like a shipwreck on the horizon.

There have been a lot of shares bought since that post on linked in. Nothing on their website since July though. I'd like to see the Company make some sort of statement on their site, but glad to see thing are continuing to move forward

Nice to see trading activity. Been a while. I'll tell you this. I'm not selling any of the shares I own. After reading James Owen's latest post on Linkedin, I think we are the verge of a breakthrough before too long.

The post from Mr. Owens is really exciting stuff no doubt about it. SoccerFan kind of has a point though. Its time to start making some noise in the market.

WBSR should be beyond the developmental stage and should be monetizing its IP, etc. Last year's SEC filings made it clear that all efforts would be aimed at monetizing the company's technology as quickly as possible. The idea in the article sounds great, but I disappointed the only news the company has is "developing more prototypes". I want to see revenue.

SP has been moving up some over the past 2 days. I believe its doing so in reaction to the article I posted on Electrical Compression. The interesting part is that JO said he would like to see the " Power of a Public Company involved. Anyways, if the project that is going on achieves its goal it will be huge for electrical vehicles.

I am very excited to be asked to be a part of the team that will develop the First Step in this exciting technology. The newly funded project of Electricial Compression and Optimization Corporation will develop Phase One the DC power module for extending battery life (twice as may miles traveled on same charge) of electric vehicles of all varieties.

Since the funding has been optained and provisional patents have been filed ... the company can now begin to develop the prototype for this exciting technology. It's crazy that this was just a concept a year ago, many thanks to our VC Group.

My company Softtech Development Corporation is fully onboard and working on including my other companies in this adventure. I would love to bring the power of being a Public Traded Company onboard, we all can change the way the World consumes and saves power. I can only imagine when electric cars and trucks could double the number of miles per charge that they can travel, making electric vehicle technology more viable.

I am also super excited about Phase Two as well ... compressing AC Power for homes and businesses all over the world ... power bills and usage being cut in half, wow exciting!

More than 7 months now, and still nothing from the Company on any front, at least not that I could find. ( I don't have the time to check around as often lol)

Couldn't they send out a newsletter or something similar? I don't know, I'm just really starved for information.

I agree. I don't think anything like that is going on at all. Its good that they are still reporting etc. I just think we are long overdue for a progress report at the very least.

I don't see anything noteworthy, other than they don,t appear to be trying to put anything over on us. They are reporting and keeping it clean ready to launch. Would be nice to know when the countdown will occur. Hopefully won't fizzle once it's launched.....

"We are also, at the same time, looking to create immediate revenues via licensing the technology to third parties and engaging in strategic acquisitions or investments in leading edge technologies to generate up-front and residual revenues for the company."
