Don't know, but can't stop complaints....I would imagine it is legal. Funny that the advice is to wait and see, but the complaint is that we are doing so......

It is easily seen that, while the filing shows that the business hasn't started yet, the filing is on time and legal, and timing is reflective of previous timing, so as expected. I guess we wait and see. :<)
