There doesn't appear to be anything prompting this. 3 trades within 2 minutes at approx. 3:07 of approx 1mil shares....all other trades were relatively small and appeared to be chnsing shadows. Nothing to sustain this IMO.

Received response from David Price, attorney for TexTechnologies saying:

"Basically you will need a "144 letter" to have the transfer agent remove the restrictive legend. As General Counsel to Textech, I can provide that service to you, however I will need to see a copy of the actual certificate. You can just e-mail me a j-peg or fax it if you prefer. Send me a copy of what you have & we will start to work on this."

I decided not to do anything since this will probably cost money, and getting a certificate from my broker, TD Ameritrade, would cost money too. It would cost more than what I could sell the stock for.

Hi. Anybody have this stock? It used to be called Midas Entertainment. It was a spinoff of AngelCiti Entertainment. Anyway, when I got the Midas spinoff, it was restricted. The company recently changed the name and symbol. Restriction is still there. Can't do anything with it.
