CORPORATE SNAPSHOT:
About WW Energy, Inc.
WWNG is a subsidiary or partner of Diversified Oil and Gas or DVFI. DVFI acts as a larger holding company and houses operations and coordinates acquisitions and activiites for both WWNG and TYEG.
WWNG has access to services and technologies, rights to which are held by DVFI or parent company. Proprietary technoligies include N2Vison, and HSC or Hydroslotter Corporation.
Both of these technologies should be investigated by potential investors as they are considered prime assets as well as the leases and properties.
Just recently DVFI announced a number of pending acquisitions which (according to my research) will be doled out to the appropriate DVFI partners or operators. Information on these properties can be found by accessing DVFI press releases.
The acquisitions as outlined as significant to both the net worth or assets, and immediate cash flow, as well as supplying much needed drilling and well workover equipment. Currently waiting lists for rigs are in the six month plus area.
WWNG business description taken from a pr:
WW Energy Inc. is a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies as well as oil and gas related assets through two wholly owned subsidiaries.
WW Oil & Gas Inc., established in 2005, is in the business of acquiring leases and oil and gas related assets. Such acquisitions are for the purposes of development, exploration, and exploitation. The company currently has two exploitation projects encompassing three oil and gas leases in the San Juan Basin area of New Mexico. Comprehensive drill programs are being developed for full exploitation of these projects. ConocoPhillips, XTO Energy and British Petroleum are among those companies active in the San Juan Basin. The company maintains offices in Farmington, New Mexico and Fort Duchesne, Utah.
WW Trucking Inc., formed in 1999, is a leading oil and gas services company for the oil field services industry in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona (The Four Corners Area). Their existing business operations are in transporting fresh production water for oil drilling/exploration and wastewater for disposal. They also provide services for heavy hauling of drilling and well equipment needed in the oil and gas production and exploration industry.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
You are encouraged to read all available press releases of DVFI, WWNG and also TYEG.
Mr. Bonhomme is active in all three companies. Aside from the immediate benefits of outlined bign/wwng acquisitions, WWNG is actively seeking to position itself in the upcoming shale oil and tar sands rush in UTAH, WYOMING and the Four Corners area, as America seeks to unburden itself from the dependance on foreign oil in such a turbulent political atmosphere.
Shale oil and tar sands - just like Alberta?
Yep. Damn straight. There are several smart juniors positioning themselves right now that I know of. Early bird gets the worm.
OTHER: another wrinkle has appeared in the DVFI saga (WWNG O&G 50% owned by DVFI), whereas another player (RYLP) has shown up in the arena. It unknown at this point whether they will have anything to do with WWNG oil and gas, or what their involvement if any will be.

**NOTE: WWNG has positioned itself quite well within the San Juan Basin, and progress certainly must be quagmired in their dealings with Federal and Public agencies.
The single most hindrance to the development of these lands is the lack of adequate staffing by state in the issuing of drilling permits, and all offices having to deal with oil & gas related issues.
This means delays in filing and applications, inspections, etc. - all of which is now out of company control. In addition there are environmental and wildlife groups, including groups of concerned citizens including the Navajo peoples, land owners and ranchers.
