These jackasses are behind on their rent again. They're about a half step away from getting their butts kicked to the curb. Don't say you weren't warned.
mildtrans -- I'm out-of-line?
LOL! Learn for yourself, then!
Razor I'm not in this stock but your comments are out of line.WWNG O/S and A/S are acceptable and company has 24 trucking fleets all dedicated for oil wells service.I'm zeroing on this company since I like what they're doing.
It's all chit with these sorry companies.
You can't have faith in anything that they say. I believe that they funnel assets to other entities or it is just blatant lies! What happened to Grimes with DVFI? It disappeared under BurgerTime, who was supposedly a big name in the oil industry. IMO, this is one big scam polygon, and who knows how many "individual" companies are involved.
WWNG has an oil rig? Has anyone ever seen it? Got pictures of it? Anyone seen any audited financials?
I believe massive dilution is in the future of WWNG. It looks like this polygon is running out of options because many have their number after the Euro Tyche scam.
Read the SBRX board if you want more info. We estimate the O/S could be about 300MM, still puts this company trading at shell levels.
Good luck to you also.
Well, if you believe it...good luck to you.
That's the latest information we have at this time.
If the company is lying about the assets, it sure isn't helping the stock price.
O/S could be higher, but there is nothing concrete to verify that. The last reported O/S is 75,000,000, that is what I am going by.
If you have any updated info or proof that they are lying, please feel free to share it.
I think SBRX is going to be a huge gainer in '08 and you can quote me on that.
"SBRX now stands at a $75,000 market cap while sitting on over $600,000,000 worth of assets!!!"
Now deep in your brain you know that can't be right if you think real hard about it. If that's what the company says, they must be lying.....
I know this is the wrong board, but SBRX now stands at a $75,000 market cap while sitting on over $600,000,000 worth of assets!!!
It's only a matter of time before the market takes notice.
You and I are of one mind my friend. I think of all of these companies only a couple were intended to succeed. SBRX and WWNG would be my bet.
Hey Billiam, long time no see!
SBRX got all the way down to .001 in the last few days, unreal. In fact, it's there right now!!
It got propped up a little today on very small volume, all we need is some buyers and that's back to pennies after the new year, IMHO.
Yeah, the relationship between all these companies does look like a shell game, I'm just hoping that SBRX is the one to go because that's the only one of these I own.
Out of all these companies, it still appears to me that SBRX is the one the assets are going into. Maybe that's the one they are planning on promoting and moving hard up PPS in '08. For my portfolio's sake, I hope so.
Thanks Billiam.....lol You have to laugh to keep from crying....
That has always been the problem with these companies: DVFI, WWNG, WWOG, TYEG, SBRX, and now WRNW. Lack of transparency! Who owns what? A shell game. BIGN PR'd that they bought 50% of WWNG about 1 1/2 years ago. Then WWOG was split off from WWNG. BIGN owners got divy shares of WWOG and so did WWNG owners at different ratios. WWOG is a subsiderary of WWNG. AS to what DVFI owns 50% of is a mystery. The share structure doesn't add up. Oh, and don't forget RYLP. Somehow they got the majority of the E. Texas LOI that BIGN was working on. See their website. I did talk to Rick DeRosa in Oct. '06 and he said RYLP was a JV partner with BIGN in the E. Texas LOI. Funny how they wound up with the goods and nothing was ever accopmplished for BIGN. How does SBRX get over $400M in assets and working on another $200M. Proven by the State of Kansas production numbers. Look under Christian Intergy as the operator. They merged with SBRX. Be very careful with any of these companies. SBRX is no longer on the pinks because of lack of transparency. I still own DVFI, WWNG, TYEG, WWOG, SBRX, so I keep up on them. Not happy with any of them. If anyone of them is going to move in '08 I think it will be SBRX. Trades at shell prices with assets over $400M. Can you believe them? That is the question.
Then, how can this be right? What am I missing?

what walnut has the penny under it?
Probably cuts down on share printing expenses...high volume discount...
Are you saying WRNW owes 50% of DFVI and DFVI owes 50% of WWNG?
IOW is that WRNW POS has anything to do with WWNG?
Yes, and DVFI owns 27% of TYEG. However, 100% of 0 is still 0
And to make things more complicated, WRNW owns 50% of DVFI... What on earth...
Hi Shoulda, the short of it is DVFI owns 50% of WWNG and WWOG which is a holding company for WWNG.
Hello Billiam....Its been awhile since I was in this one....Can you tell me how dvfi and wwng are related? Thanks Ron
NEWS: WW Energy Updates Information on Three Wells in Borden County, Texas
FARMINGTON, N.M., Dec 27, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- WW Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets: WWNG) reported today the two wells have produced in excess of 46,000 barrels of oil. The porosity shows better going toward the west. The Swepi Gray is across the road due west of the Gray property; they border each other. We plan to set a directional shoe in wells #1 & #3 and implement a blast cutting tool that will cut a 4.5 inch horizontal hole in four different directions (four 50-foot horizontal legs). The blast cutting tool will increase and expose more of the formation's face and producible area. The current formation production zone is 40-50 feet thick, per well, the procedure will render approximately 200-250 feet thick.
Total present Borden County field statistics and R.R.C. district 8-A September 2007 production totals 9.3 million barrels of oil and 1.85 BCF of gas per month.
After reworking of wells, we estimate production to be 20-50 barrels per day each.
Today's oil price is approximately $90.00 per barrel. Gas price is approximately $6.00 per 1000 CF.
WW Energy Inc. is a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies, as well as oil and gas-related assets.

OT Dart if you get a chance take a look at SBRX. Tell me what you think. One of WWNG's cousins so to speak.
Right on Bill! I spent 20+ years in the oil business in Texas from drilling the wells myself to "well testing myself" family still in the oil business...nothing I don't know....Have friends in Snyder Texas and visiting them in 2 weeks...gonna see the well sites 1st hand so stay tuned!!!
Welcome aboard! Great to have you with us! I have been around awhile so if you have any questions, please ask.
10-4 Bill I'm a cautious trader but been kickin' a$$ lately ...I do this for a living now so make few mistakes!!!
GLTY and Merry Xmas!
Again, thanks Dart! Your DD is much appreciated. However, this is an LOI. I wouldn't get too excited until they PR it's a done deal.
Gonna hang here lightly until I check out there intentions in Texas
A lot could of changed between now and then positive / negative ballpark figures.
I noticed in 2006 that they said they wanted to become a reporting company, but I don't see any filings yet other than annual Reports.
So you think only 91 mil in float now?

WW Energy Signs Letter of Intent (LOI) For 3 Texas Located Wells
WW Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:WWNG) -- a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies as well as oil and gas-related assets -- announced that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent for the reworking of 3 wells located in Borden County and Snyder, Texas. The Borden County well was drilled to a depth of 4525 – 4600 feet with an initial rate of 65 bbls per day. WW Energy also has a well located in Snyder, Texas that the Company expects to drill on. The LOI also includes an additional well that has been permitted for disposal. The Texas located wells were shut in, in the early 1990s. WW Energy intends to begin reworking wells 1 and 2 in the Snyder located area. The Snyder properties represented one of the largest oil booms dating back to the 1940s and 1950s. Currently, the price of crude oil is approximately $90 per barrel. Management will report on the progress of the LOI as information becomes available.
WW Energy Inc. is a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies as well as oil and gas-related assets.
WW Trucking Inc., formed in 1999, is a leading oil and gas services company for the oil field services industry in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona (The Four Corners Area). Their existing business operations are in transporting production water for oil drilling/exploration and waste water for disposal. They also provide services for heavy hauling of drilling and well equipment needed in the oil and gas production and exploration industry.
An anomaly:
WWNG is on the SHO list this morning. I hesitate even to bring it up here in the land of pink conspiracies, but there it is. Some market maker must have gotten caught short and is waiting to cover lower (my best guess).
stock at a good dip here. we were just at .038. charts look good
IW, I re-did my original search and found the document. You have to scroll down all the way to Whitney and you will find it.

I checked the link too. Its interesting that your link "disappeared" from Canlii, which I discovered was the "Canadian Legal Information Institute". Why would a legal reference to a past legal event of some kind involving some kind of entity that may be our WWOG disappear? I'd have thought that a legal event becomes part of the legal history and it can't just be expunged. Very odd. On the good side, this is, in general a nice link to bookmark. See, everybody, what can happen when we stop all the angst and start just putting notions on the table? Thanx Billiam_2. The very fabric of your reply is the kind of discussion that is the reason I bother to lurk on iHub. You did well and your post did not further my knowledge of WWOG but I now know of www.canlii.org. Thanx a million....Billiam :o))

IW, WWOG is a subsidery of WWNG. It is a holding and development company for for WWNG. Look at their I-Box on their board. Also found this sometime back.
Found a pps for WWOG .31/s
http://www.canlii.org/eliisa/highlight.do?text=Whitey+Wilson+Oil+%26+Gas+ltd&language=en&sea...
OOPS, sorry just clicked on the link and it is now dead. Back in June 2007 it showed Whitney Wilson Oil and Gas and a pps of .31/s. Yes, and we all know it is not trading.
I know there is no publicly traded company. Duh. How could anybody read my post and answer as though I were looking for a publicly traded entity? It is as clear as day that I'm not so stupid as to have asked any question so narrow as that. Where in my post are words like publicly or traded? They aren't there because... Duh... I am not the least bit so insipid as to ask in so narrow a way as that. Come on. If you don't have a contribution, fine. But I actually intended several things by daring to bring this subject up.
My intent had three parts:
1. Does anybody know the PR history well enough to help others by putting some links up refreshing this for everyone?
2. I was deliberately suggesting by implication that the very absence of a mention of WWOG is instructive and I was hoping to stimulate a dialog about WWOG that is something other than just an angst soaked skree, like too many subjects are around this family of sorry little pinkies.
3. I was actually looking to see if somebody might chime in and say, "Yeah, guess what gang, I do have a snippet of info for everybody about WWOG".
Imperial Whazoo
I believe you will find that there has been, and is, no such publicly traded company as the one once referred to as "WWOG". No quotation service provides a result for that symbol. And those shares we supposedly hold? If you have an E*Trade account, they simply sit there under a reference number (probably internal to the brokerage) with no bid, offer, or last transaction. (Even the restricted shares of TYEG, although they are not listed under the trading symbol in my account, always show the values at which TYEG is trading.) I assume that "WWOG" was just a gleam in someone's eye which has long since been forgotten, even by those who ballyhooed it. R. I. P., WWOG.
No problem, let's see another great day
Here's a chart, looks to break 0.032 today easily on news
Nice...thanks for posting, Breakout!
$3M in revenues...
7 additional trucks.....
we're expanding here!
WW Energy Inc. Subsidiary, WW Trucking, Expands Fleet, Increases Revenue
FARMINGTON, NM--(Marketwire - December 10, 2007) - WW Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WWNG), a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies as well as oil and gas-related assets, announced today that WW Trucking, a division of WW Energy Inc., has increased its fleet by 35%. WW Trucking has added an additional 7 trucks, increasing its fleet from 17 to a current total of 24 trucks as of December 2007. WW Trucking transports production water to disposal wells, and fresh water to the well sites for drilling and completion. The trucking division is a consistent performer and the Company expects total revenue to exceed $3 million from the calendar year of 2006 to 2007. The Company recently took delivery of 6 new trucks from the Kenmore factory as demand for trucking services continues to escalate. Contract trucking, along with oil and gas exploration, continues to grow, in particular in the San Juan basin, including New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Utah. WW Energy will evaluate the need for additional transportation acquisitions in 2008.

I just re-read the filing for the second or third time. I was looking for any mention of WWOG. I've ended up with shares via both DVFI & WWNG, if I recall correctly. Been so long I hardly remember anymore LOL. But, my reason was because my understanding had always been that WWOG was a division (or somesuch) of WWNG, so I reasoned to myself over the weekend that I must have overlooked mention of WWOG in the financials. So I re-read them, but to no avail. No mention... nothing... nada... zippo.
So, would one of you mods point me to the relevant PRs out of which my DVFI (BIGN at the time) ownership & my WWNG ownership became this line item in my account that refer\s to WWOG? I can't find it and I want to re-read that too, on the WWNG & DVFI (BIGN) evidence trail.
And perhaps a capsule form outline of WWOG as a refresher to everybody. And then the basic question: just what is the deal as regards WWOG and where is data on it to be found since its nowhere to be seen in this latest financials filing?
Imperial Whazoo
Looking good for next week imo
Oh well we can only hope now I got in at 0.037 and holding.
Yup.....wish I'd have sold ALL of my DVFI for WWNG a year ago this time. They were equal in price for a little while there around Christmas last year.
DVFI <SHOULD> go up in price b/c of WWNG going up, but nobody believes that DVFI has any WWNG assets until PROVEN.....
OH WELL.
