MONDAY STOCKS:
Bullish List .
GRPS: this is actually looking interesting here. This is not a film company. Some think it is. But it is solar...fyi
CVAT: this issue looks like it broke out of its downtrend and is starting to break into a TYPE I uptrend here. Short term pivot point was on Friday
Long term, CVAT could be getting ready for a climb here:
ICO: this issue is looking strong. Like the current trend line, and as long as it can hold, think we will see higher highs. Strong issue and looking stronger.
BYCX: would check out insider transactions. Could be interesting soon. Heavy volume of late.
NRDS: this is a copper issue. Fortunate to pick up shares at .062, took some profits. Starting to perk up again.
MMTC: this issue may have bottomed. Could have a great year if they get things rolling out. Would also check out insider transactions too.
CEMI: this issue is starting to look like it may reverse up again. Would also check out insider transactions.
ENSL: issue may have bottomed. Would check out insider transactions too.
CWRN: wondering if this has enough momo to continue.
ESPI: this issue is looking good and gaining strength. Think the recent developments will lead to an increase in value and share price.
SPIN: has a small float. Would also check out insider transactions.
In 3011, the DOE is investing in CLEAN COAL
Clean coal and carbon capture — There are several billion dollars set aside for advanced fossil fuels, clean coal and carbon sequestration technologies, which look to capture carbon from CO2-emitting sites like coal-burning plants.
CLEAN COAL ISSUES: cctc, tmen
CCTC: this looks like it might have a "change of heart", but it has to pass the .035 - .04 area with some good volume...imo Potential bottom here. Business is set up sort of like a "franchise" sort of model.
CCTC's technology (post combustion of coal) called "Pristine"
*removes up to 90% of CO2
TMEN: this issue may have bottomed too. Closed over the low and near the .30 mark.
CXZ..only real winner. sold some .41
Had a bunch from .19
Only have SINX left from the group.

STOCKS w/ GOOD $ FLOW ...imo
SINX: volume has been increasing as SINX pps has slid. Looks like SINX is trying to breakout of the downtrend. *There has been insider buying
CONX : looking good. Alot of money flow into the issue. Looks good. * There also has been insider buying too
ACUS: starting to perk up here. Issue seems to be picking up after a long consolidation period. Catalyst looming is perhaps a MMA submission to the FDA I believe (would double check)
BSHF : Company gave a progress report earlier. Some volume on the issue. Good money flow as well.
NVLT: Issue has increased in volume lately. Money flow has started coming back into the issue
STTN: volume is increasing. Looking better after bottoming..imo

HOT STOCKS INTO THE WEEKEND:
HTLJ, SINX, ZBB, RPRX, MMTC ~!!!
stock basket
RPRX - looking better here....looking for .80 +. Trading has picked up and looks like it may continue up for a drastic move that is also dependent on the FDA which RPRX is working closely with to get one of their gels approved in PHASE III.
HTLJ - good insider buying. Good volume spike today. I think the outlook is bullish. They also have a "steel" side of the business that is looking up. Look at the key stats. This company should not be trading @ .26. This should be at least $1.
SMALL FLOAT of 10M OS is around 23M..they made almost $100M. INSIDERS started to buy NOW.
Only trading @ .26...i think very undervalued here..imo
SINX had a nice accumulation day, further confirming that the bottom is in. There is alot of insider support @ .06 anyway. Closed @ .066 and looking really good and would love it to move like NCEN did..from .04 to .40+ in a few days. SINX should see .17 +..imo
*Many things looking up for the company now as they are further evolved up while PPS is at lows. Legislation being passed about run-off, water, farms...and so far...it has started...and the 1st order they got has been done. As the EPA sets standards for farms, SINX will be needed more and more..imo
MIPI - spotted some good insider buying. PPS could be near lows. Good accumulation day prior to this movement. This looks to head back up higher. Again, impressed with the insider buying in MIPI - also insider buying in HTLJ, MMTC,RPRX too
PTOS - this could be a great issue to try and milk-closed @ .12 and they have some big things going on now. I would like the .11 area and look for .30+ PTOS -focuses on the manufacturing, distribution and sales of solar panels, and construction of a solar power plant in Punjab, India. This 1st phase is a small part of a bigger plan in India.
ZBB - Heavy insider buying has already begun. Looking more bullish here. Small float of 12M/ 15M OS...looks to be on the up. BULLISH SECTOR: ZBB Energy Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets energy storage systems for utility companies, and commercial and industrial customers. Its energy storage solutions are based upon its proprietary zinc-bromine rechargeable electrical energy storage and power management technologies.
GNBT - Catalysts next week regarding PHASE III for Oralyn. GREAT RESULTS. RS is being held off, and they may not need it after next week. PPS could sky rocket. Insiders have bought GNBT (light though) GNBT ORALYN is SAFE~! treats diabetes...
MMTC - alot of insider buying. Big plans are ahead. FDA legislation would provide a HUGE BOOST to PPS since this product they are going to manufacture will be in high demand.
TMEN - if anyone would ask what a good company to hold for 18-24 months would be...I would say TMEN. They look to achieve OVERALL profitability by 2012. They generate RECURRING REVENUES.
CCTC - volume is there... looming contract worth billions need final go from China gov't. PPS could fly on the approval.

Got out of DNDT and CCTC and bought AAVG last week. Already gained most of my losses back accept for CCTC which will be a long recovery. May look at TMEN ater this week. Thanks!

TMEN's management is unaware of any other primary combustion technology currently available or nearing commercial deployment capable of achieving zero air emissions as well as capturing greater than 95% of carbon dioxide.
TMEN has a JV with BABCOCK POWER to commercialize the technology.

PROFILE: WHAT DOES SINX DO?
Based in Santa Monica, California, Sionix designs innovative and advanced water treatment systems intended for use in defense, government facilities, and emergency water supplies during natural disasters, housing development projects, and various industrial processes. These systems can be used to remove salt, oil, waste and other infectious bacteria from contaminated resources. They are also used as pre-treatment for reverse osmosis and other membrane applications. Industries involved in dairy, agribusiness, meat processing, bottling water, mining, poultry operations, and many others can benefit from a cost-effective, easily-maintained, portable water treatment system provided by Sionix.
Sionix specializes in the treatment of water contaminated through the process of subterranean fracturing used by oil and gas drillers, locating Sionix units adjacent to drilling sites to eliminate expensive, unnecessary public exposure to toxic waste products by transporting contaminated wastewater to remote locales for treatment. Using our patented dissolved air flotation ("DAF") technology packaged in a mobile shipping container, we create bubbling dynamics that elevate organic contaminants to the surface where 99.95% are skimmed off.

ANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sionix Corporation (OTCBB:SINX - News) announced today the engagement of Minnesota State Senator Mike Jungbauer (R) as political liaison for the Company in all environmental affairs related to water treatment. Senator Jungbauer has worked in more than twenty states and four foreign countries consulting on water treatment issues. His passion for "green" projects has resulted in his appointment to numerous public initiatives, including the American Legislative Exchange Council, the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators, and the National Conference of State Legislators. He has also collaborated with and presented concept designs to several environmental quality boards and agencies regarding water treatment technologies. As a collaborator with the EPA, Senator Jungbauer is working towards a uniform recycle and reuse standard at both the federal and state levels. He is currently working with the U.S. House and Senate on drafting and enacting wastewater treatment and reuse national standards.
James R. Currier, the Chairman and CEO of Sionix, commented, "Senator Jungbauer's appointment is a giant leap forward as the Sionix products and technology are particularly suited to Minnesota's emergence as the nation's foremost green state, both by proclamation and act. During the course of his engagement, Senator Jungbauer will advise Sionix on Minnesota state legislative and regulatory issues that impact the Sionix business. His long record of public service and dedication to environmentally sound public policy speaks for itself." Senator Jungbauer vowed that as a confirmation of his political values, when any issues concerning Sionix come before his committee assignments or before the legislature as a whole, he will immediately recuse himself from participation, a decision with which the Company concurs.

* Within the North American market, we are currently negotiating exclusive manufacturing rights for the Sionix DAF and Elixir product lines. This arrangement will also include some non-exclusive rights outside North America where no current manufacturing exists with the understanding that if the Company selects a manufacturer for the territory in the future, all rights would terminate within that territory. We expect distribution rights will be granted in North America in accordance with vertical markets - there will be no geographic rights conveyed since vertical markets transcend geographic territories. Exclusivity will be considered for only those vertical distributors willing to commit substantial yearly order volumes or quantities; however, for the most part the Company expects exclusivity will involve specific customers.
________________________________________________________________
***Currently, the Company's domestic market embraces oil and gas drilling operations, where the process of subterranean fracturing, while creating new and cheaper sources of energy, represents potentially harmful, long term effects detrimental to our drinking water. We believe a delicate balance between growing domestic energy production and environmental quality will be mediated by the types of products and technology that Sionix brings to bear on the problem of treating frac'ed water from those operations. In addition to oil and gas drilling, we are examining the possibility of treating waste water from the sugar cane processing industry, involving the return of treated waste water directly to the ground and treated waste water contaminated with sugar to the mill for further extraction. It is these sort of "niche" opportunities where our products are particularly suitable, both in terms of economic and functional justification metrics.

**AEMD's Hemopurifier platform technology, is designed to reduce the presence of infectious viruses from human blood.
**Hemopurifier is a candidate therapeutic device to assist in the treatment of a range of viral pathogens. Viral treatment targets include bio terror agents, pandemic threats, human immunodeficiency virus/ acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) and hepatitis-C virus (HCV).
* combines the scientific methods of hemodialysis and affinity chromatography as a means to augment the natural immune response of clearing infectious viruses from the blood before the occurrence of cell and organ infection. The Hemopurifier targets to inhibit disease progression of hepatitis-c virus and human immunodeficiency virus, as well as bioterror and pandemic threats.

CATALYSTS COMING:
More than 65 Hemopurifier treatments have been conducted representing approximately 260 hours of treatment time in multi-stite studies. Research studies have shown that the Hemopurifier is effective in capturing a broad spectrum of viruses considered untreatable with drug therapy, including several diseases considered high risk for bioterror and pandemic threats.
"Based on the clinical data reported, Aethlon has made development of the Hemopurifier for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C its core program," Webber said. "During the final months of the year, the bulk of visible progress took place in improving manufacturing processes in ways necessary for broad commercialization."

SHAREHOLDER UPDATE:

Key Points:
1. Initiated a collaborative biomarker discovery program with the Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy (CSTE) at the Boston University School of Medicine and the Sports Legacy Institute (SLI)
2. Established Exosome Sciences, Inc. (ESI) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Aethlon Medical to leverage the discovery that our Hemopurifier® captures exosomes known to suppress the immune system in cancer patients.
3. Completed and reported on the "first-in-man" study of a medical device to treat the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), which demonstrated a 92% reduction of viral load and improved immune function resulting from short-term intermittent application of our Hemopurifier® in the absence of any antiviral drug therapy.
4. Entered into an agreement that extends studies of our Hemopurifier® with the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) under a cooperative research and development agreement.
5. Documented our Hemopurifier® effectively captures the current pandemic strain of the H1N1 Swine Flu Virus. During invitro studies, the Hemopurifier® removed 68% of H1N1 virus from blood plasma in 30 minutes, 80% of the virus in two hours, and a 96% reduction of H1N1 was observed at six hours. The studies were performed by third party researchers approved by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to house and conduct research with pandemic strains of H1N1 virus.
6. Reported compelling human clinical outcomes against Hepatitis-C virus (HCV) infection; then disclosed a data supported strategy to improve HCV cure rates; and subsequently discovered a clinical validation by Asahi Kasei Kuraray Medical (Asahi) that confirms moderate levels of viral filtration at the outset of standard of care (SOC) therapy can dramatically impact HCV cure rates.
7. Initiated a relationship with Kentucky Bioprocessing LLC (KBP) to establish the processes necessary to support large-scale production of the active affinity agents we immobilize inside our Hemopurifier®. Such affinity agents allow our Hemopurifier® to selectively capture viruses and immunosuppressive proteins from blood and other fluids. The KBP relationship represents an important step towards establishing the long-term commercial feasibility of our Hemopurifier® in the marketplace.
8. Executed a non-exclusive agreement with NextPharma Technologies (Click Here for Website) to establish manufacturing of our Hemopurifier® under good manufacturing practice (GMP) requirements set forth in quality system (QS) regulations for medical device commercialization.

Why could a buyout be in place?
In the HCV treatment world, considerable value is placed upon promising drug candidates. At present, there are a reported 65 drug candidates competing to become a component of standard of care (SOC) drug therapy. Yet, we are uniquely positioned to enhance the benefit of SOC therapy even if the drug combination underlying SOC becomes redefined. Thus, we have an enduring market opportunity that positions us to be an ally with drug developers, not a competitor. The most advanced HCV drug candidate is Telaprevir, which represents a significant value component of the $7+ Billion market valuation enjoyed by Vertex Pharmaceuticals (VRTX). Among the deep pipeline of HCV drug candidates, I am not aware that any has proven to reduce viral load in an HIV-infected individual. Nor am I aware that any candidate has established broad-spectrum activity against bioterror and pandemic threats. Certainly, none of these candidates represent a platform technology that can be leveraged to participate in the cancer marketplace.
*David Webber, RedChip Research Analyst, reported:
"We continue to rate Aethlon Medical a Speculative Buy with a 12-month price target of $1.00 per share. According to management, talks continue with potential partners. As it is not clear when to expect the next substantial increment of clinical data, we consider news of a partnership, should that occur, the potential event with the best chance of moving the stock towards our price target during 2010."
