Oh ok cool, is it profitable do the shareholders have any plans going forward, I'm guessing if there is no activity this wouldn't be an ideal company, was the company ever in business does it still have some of its assets, nah don't mean to be a loose screw just looking diligently for a good company to invest in, I know some people be on the low with their companies, but whatever information I get I'm thankful for, thank you!

Nothing, you keep your shares and the buyer of the shell assumes all of what is associated with that particular shell. So any old note holders, etc etc etc.

I did not do anything that would have triggered the letter -as far as I know - other than being in WGIH. There are a number of other stocks listed, no of which I've been in. Maybe it was something reported by my broker (TDA)? I don't know how, or if I can, take a picture of and post from the app, otherwise I would.

There should be a copy of the affidavit of loss on the VNS under "downloads/links". Case number 2013R01274 and court docket number 13-CR-00452. VNS website is https://notify.usdoj.gov

I have not been to the website. VNS call center is 1-866-DOJ-4YOU

Deadline to file affidavit is tomorrow. It can be done via email.

Sentencing for Sandy Winick is scheduled for June 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. per a letter I received from DOJ with information on how to file affidavit of loss.

It looks like the court documents haven't been updated yet with the results of the sentencing. It looks like Winick may have been sentenced on 4/22, Greg Ellis sentenced on 4/29, and then Cort Poynter will be sentenced on 5/13 (a week from tomorrow).

One of them was sentenced on 3/10. Kolt Curry. Here's the story: Kolt Curry sentenced (links to law360.com). Some relevant quotes from the article

The latest update on the trial is that sentencing is set for next month (April, 2016). I'm keeping up to date on what's going on and will post anything I learn here.
