The guy behind the WGIH scam is Sandy Winick. He plead guilty to fraud last year. The court case is still going on but his possible sentencing date is 4/22/2016. Here's a link where you can register as a victim in the WGIH penny stock scam case. Links to Justice.gov
If you scroll down the page, you'll see the U.S. v. Sandy Winick, et al. You can check out the court documents there too. I have no idea how this stock would ever move again. Maybe if someone bought used it as a shell company?
