I have met with the authorities on 5 different occasions relating to this situation. I provided 4 or 5 different locations you and your investors can walk in, to file your complaint. You can go to your County and State's Attorney General. The investors in this Company have absolutely NO information about the truth. More importantly, the investors do not know what rights they still have and how they need to protect those rights so not to be left out in the cold. I have spoken to over 12 investors and more each week. These are investors who have sent me information. About 5 of them took my advice and went to the authorities to protect their rights. So you are aware M Bell, Michael Howard and Antonio Collier have kept in contact with about 6 investors, who the authorities are already aware of. If you are not one of them, then you are like the rest of the investor base.

So everyone knows who I am. My name is Doug Higgins. I have done investigative work for over 25 years for law enforcement, SEC, corporations and individuals. I'm on this Board to seek out information beyond what I have already uncovered. If I can provide other investors with information, I'll be glad to help where I can as long as it does not conflict with my clients.

I represent and have introduced 3 families that have invested over $200,000 collectively to the proper authorities. Each family has reached out to both Antonio Collier and Michael Howard for over the past 2 years. They've gotten nothing but their voice mail to their voice mails being full. A few times the calls were answered and immediately hung up on. They even gave me telephone bills going back over the 2 years showing each outgoing call. In total between the 3, there are over 145 calls that were made to the Principals of the Company that willingly took their investment.

There are a few people that helped them raise over $2.3 million on the East Coast, and there is 1 person (maybe 2) that helped them raise even more money in California.

Certain authorities are aware of the VZIL issue. There have been only 6 to 7 investors (including my 3) that have sat down with them to discuss their encounters with various people, including the Principals of the Company and the people who helped the Company raise the money.

I am not here for the attention. I'm here to provide info (if I can) to get information. I have a list of over 40 investors. There are things that Howard and Collier might or might not know, so I'm not willing to help them out. But the people who made investments from about 3 to 6 years ago need to consult with a lawyer or go to the authorities if they want a chance in recovering their money. Don't listen to people on this Board. There are people on this Board that raised allot of money for these guys who ran off. They have violated certain fiduciary regulations and laws. They have been communicating with only a few investors while keeping everyone else in the dark. The main people who helped raise the money who are or not on this Board have risk and they know it.

In my interviews, I hear that 4 people were given guarantees. 2 of my interviews were with investors that came in through Michael Howard. The rest came in through M Bell. There are investors who believe they invested in virtual rooms. These rooms were suppose to be the start of the NEW Web. You can read information about these rooms online. These investors were told the Company had signed contracts with sports stars, famous singers, Hollywood, etc.

I'm told that Michael Howard communicates with a small select group of investors from time to time. These are supposedly the investors that put up $100,000+.

I'm back from a short trip, having interviewed 9 investors. The investors I interviewed have different thoughts as to what they actually invested their money in or the actual business model of the investment. It appears based on conversations, that the story or business model has changed at least a few times. From an FBI standpoint, this bodes well for the investors of VZIL.

Mr Bell, is the person who helped raise the $2 million. All of his personal and business transactions for the past 5 years are being looked at. More on Mr Bell later.

A few investors mentioned that VZIL or NEWCO is involved in harnessing power from the vibration created in a room or building coming from various sources, including people. This power is then used to provide wireless charging for cell phones and other devices within the building. Disney holds many patents on this type of technology and has 1 test facility in Los Angeles that demonstrates wireless cellphone charging from vibrations (not ready for a few years). To power other devices such as lighting, certain small appliances, etc there are over 100 different companies that have filed numerous patents each and who have been involved in this research and development for well over 6 years. Well before Michael and Antonio supposedly left town and got into vibration. The IoT or Internet of Things includes all of the above and much more.

Each investor that I spoke with said that they were told that patents had been filed to protect their investment in this Company. A Company involved in harnessing power from vibration, as well as other interesting business models. I say this because the vibration model seems to have come about over the past 3 years. Before that, it was not about vibration into energy. This for another day.

However, the belief that Antonio has figured out what and how Nikola Tesla was attempting to do (wireless electricity)is quite a statement. I say this again because the investors were told that this is bigger than big. Even bigger than Apple. Retirement time. I guess to hold investors in check for almost 6 years, one would have to say something like this.

I have a patent expert looking into any potential patents filed by or on behalf of the Company and or Antonio. If a patent was filed any other way, it is 1 form of fraud. If there are no patents, that is called misrepresenting the Company which is another form of fraud.

Maybe Disney bought the technology from NEWCO and the investors weren't told about it. More over the next few days.

This is not being Vindictive. Michael Howard and Antonio Collier have defrauded investors out of 2.5 million. This does not include money they have raised out on the west coast, which is now over 6 million.

This Board goes way back and the problems people had 2 to 5 years ago are still present and no one has any answers. What if I'm able to prove they might have taken money from the 2.5 million to pay off law suits? That they have possibly paid back certain investors? That they wound down vzillion? That someone got paid under the table, receiving hard assets that Michael and Antonio own part of these assets. I will be posting more information as I receive it. I hired someone who has contacts and knows how to collect information and investigate guys like this.

I have a meeting with the FBI as well and plan to hand over all the information that I have uncovered. Just so all investors understand, unless you file a complaint you will not have the ability to sue either of them unless the FBI takes the case and goes after them. Even if they do a deal and come out the other side with money, you will have no recourse.
