I'm back from a short trip, having interviewed 9 investors. The investors I interviewed have different thoughts as to what they actually invested their money in or the actual business model of the investment. It appears based on conversations, that the story or business model has changed at least a few times. From an FBI standpoint, this bodes well for the investors of VZIL.
Mr Bell, is the person who helped raise the $2 million. All of his personal and business transactions for the past 5 years are being looked at. More on Mr Bell later.
A few investors mentioned that VZIL or NEWCO is involved in harnessing power from the vibration created in a room or building coming from various sources, including people. This power is then used to provide wireless charging for cell phones and other devices within the building. Disney holds many patents on this type of technology and has 1 test facility in Los Angeles that demonstrates wireless cellphone charging from vibrations (not ready for a few years). To power other devices such as lighting, certain small appliances, etc there are over 100 different companies that have filed numerous patents each and who have been involved in this research and development for well over 6 years. Well before Michael and Antonio supposedly left town and got into vibration. The IoT or Internet of Things includes all of the above and much more.
Each investor that I spoke with said that they were told that patents had been filed to protect their investment in this Company. A Company involved in harnessing power from vibration, as well as other interesting business models. I say this because the vibration model seems to have come about over the past 3 years. Before that, it was not about vibration into energy. This for another day.
However, the belief that Antonio has figured out what and how Nikola Tesla was attempting to do (wireless electricity)is quite a statement. I say this again because the investors were told that this is bigger than big. Even bigger than Apple. Retirement time. I guess to hold investors in check for almost 6 years, one would have to say something like this.
I have a patent expert looking into any potential patents filed by or on behalf of the Company and or Antonio. If a patent was filed any other way, it is 1 form of fraud. If there are no patents, that is called misrepresenting the Company which is another form of fraud.
Maybe Disney bought the technology from NEWCO and the investors weren't told about it. More over the next few days.
