Question to the board - can anyone remember if the info published about the ITRM Auditor and legal council has been published under pinksheets ''company info'' for a while or is it new info ?
Just curious.
GM
Looks like someone taking advantage of the low PPs/MC.
GM
Volume from out of nowhere?????????? My god its Alive....
That's harder to do than it sounds, but you do have a very valid point. I did sell METP near the top for a nice bundle. The mistake was buying it back for a few cents. That's the trouble with pinks--they're all mostly gambles and it's very easy to get stuck.
or learn to sell during the hype and never look back
Don't know what the difficulty is in getting a company to merge with us. Most of the pinksheet companies are a scam anyway.
All he needs is a company that looks legit and has a promising future, i'll take anything at this stage.
GM
Yeah, it's a real shame. Same thing happened to me with TNOG. No calls or e-mails returned. All the noise, hopes and dreams turned into abject militant silence. Oh well, that's the pink sheets for ya! All you can do is pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. When they work out it can be very exciting.
I will keep this on the back back burner. No use selling and taking a 90 percent loss.
That was because of a trade that went below the bid. Anyway it's inevitable that someone wants to jump out of the waiting game.
Well when the guy decides he isn't open to communication anymore that will kill the price on a shell.
We went from the company in negotiations with a company that may have revenues between $10 and $30 million 12 -18 months ago to no contact.
GM
Market cap is only around $81,000 at this low low price. Who woulda thunk.
load up and smile when they merge man.. name of the game
.005.
Any predictions on how low this shell can go?
From the last filing, the company is currently in search for a new business, like every other shell.
So you could potentially have to wait forever: this is how shell investing works.
So how long are we going to wait for anything here?Is something even going on at all??
Looking at the filings it was because he moved the company to Nevada (which is more enticing to potential shell buyers) and wanted it to look as a whole new shell (since there's nothing left from the Metropane past activity).
Then why ticker change and then nothing???
Nothing. It's only the waiting game on shells. It can last a really long time.
.007 looks like a bottom to me!
now its a chart play..
king oil...this was always a coin flip, a throw of the dice, a lottery ticket...a shell that "might" be bought out.. Nothing has been pumped, IMO, other than posters saying what could be. No more than chatter around the roulette table. Yes, it pretty much is fantasy land and most knew that up front....somehow you got confused, IMO....
I didn't receive any mail in the past year, anyway you know that's the way shell plays like this work, with just a little buying pressure (because 1M shares traded is a very little buying pressure, and not the result of a pump in any way) the pps goes rapidly up and with the same little selling pressure the pps goes back to bottom.
You can call a pump and dump when misleading info and news are put out by the company only to sell shares in the market, and that's not been the case here.
based on this being an incredible value shell.. market cap is retarded low...not many clean shells like this.. if you like shells, this is money imo
that's fine by me.
have fun in fantasyland.

King...I've never heard you say anything but negative for over a year.
Go back to the first few posts on this board. It goes back to last Aug.
Back on iggy...
I'm referring to the activity over the last 1 year period.
how you can be so dismissive with so little info doesn't surprise me because you've attacked me in the past for posting anything you view to be negative.
I won't continue arguing about it with you because there's no point. have a happy holiday.
Emails were 1 year prior...kinda slow for a pump...wouldn't ya say...lol.
I think the pump started when info about the RM was leaked out via emails. Just enough info to build excitement.
you're buying more? based on what research?
The OS and the float remained the same, and no news was put out, so there was no pump and dump, but simple retailers trading based on expectations because of the name change. The number of shares traded was negligible, too. You can call a pump and dump when there are a lot more shares traded and news put out to pump the stock. Like I told you before, look at USSE.
You may want to reread my message...as I'm REFUTING king oil.
I'm definitely not calling this a P&D...IMO that's ludicrous.
dude,, there was volume because they changed the name.. hows that a pump and dump..
How did KIP make money? NO shares have been sold... wow... you guys need to do research.. Were still a shell waiting for out new company.. relax,, pay days come when you least expect it
ok dude..When was the pump? (No PR sent out), When was the dump?(Same share count for 5 years)... ill be buying more .. research
I doubt the dump started at the high, probably began on the way up and continued on the way down.
I really don't care if you believe it or not, it's my opinion. Obviously someone (Kip?) made money on this and it wasn't anyone still holding this POS.
"Can you tell us where the pump was?"
Dang...tell us where the dump was?
Only a million total shares traded from the high back down
to .02...then a few here & there till now.
P & D...yeah right...lol. Maybe...if there was 100 X more volume.

Well, are you able to motivate that this was a pump and dump? Can you tell us where the pump was? I can make you a perfect example of pump and dump: look at USSE, with all the false and misleading prs. Did you see false and misleading prs here?
and you do? p&d all the way.
looks like you have no knowledge of this stock... There was no pump and no dump... move on please
Sorry guys that last post was meant for another board - please delete - by the way I would still rather have my money invested in a shell than most of the pinks trading out there.
Still holding ITRM.
gm
Quite unbelievable, in less than 2 1/2 months they have managed to drag the stock down to this level - now management will have major issues trying to convince the market and retail investors that they can be trusted going forward. Maybe they don't care, this feels more like a smash and grab than a pump and dump.
Once a stock hits .0001/2 it is extremely difficult to recover to any decent level and the MMs usually only reserve this price for companies with an o/s and float of considerable levels.
GM
You can't talk about a pump and dump: I've not seen any false or misleading news put out by the company, and the volumes does not justify any pump and dump at all, but simple trading on expectations. That's the way shell plays work.
USSE and FCCN were big pump and dump (the former even more than the latter). A whole different story.
we got played. looks like a p&d all the way.
Now we know why Kip was so tight lipped. He knew he had nothing and therefore could not promise or hint at anything. The question is, why did he bother?
I don't think you were greedy. You were hopeful like the rest of us and at the time it looked like things were just getting started. It's easy to blame oneself for speculation gone awry--but, as always, hindsight is 20-20.
This one will be sitting on my back burner for a long time.
I wish I would have been smart enough to get out when it was around .095. Yeah, I know it is just a shell...I was too greedy hoping for something bigger than a name change.
This is depressing. It isn't be the first mistake I've made this year. Hoping for a better 2008....
Well that's a normal statement for a company in search of an acquisition. Of course you'll only see that statement in a reporting company...
From the quarterly report:
"Potential business opportunities, no matter
which form they may take, will most likely result in substantial dilution for the Company’s shareholders due to the likely issuance of stock to acquire such an opportunity."
Well...you were right...(I believe it was you that proposed the
reason for name change).
At least we know it's still breathing...that's a good thing.
A quarterly report is out! Actually, it covers the 9 months ending on September, 2007.
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=itrm#getCompanyInfo under filings
From it: the OS is the same as one year ago; the number of shares tradable is just 7,510,675! That's really tiny.
On July 27, 2007, Metropane, Inc. merged into
Intermountain Ventures, Inc., a company organized in the State of Nevada for the sole purpose of changing the domicile of the company.
There is no change in the address of the Company. Mail can be sent to: Intermountain
Ventures, Inc., 6337 South Highland Drive, Suite 1054, Salt Lake City, Utah 84121.
Note that by now all the preferred stock issued in the past have been converted.
The company has a debt of 25K$ to Kip himself, so it's in his best interest to complete a merger or acquisition.
I still like this shell more than others. This is clean, more or less reporting and ready for an uplist, with a pretty low market cap (190K$) and a really tiny float (7M shares).
