Yeah I was wondering that too. He sounded like he intended to merge it. Maybe ITRM was his original plan but he has had a change of heart since then. One merger with a $20 mil revenue company and everything changes overnight.
Just getting candidates with that kind of revenue and the games begin.
got a funny feeling this has been there since 2007 - just looking at the copy right date at the bottom of the page.
GM
lefty if the site is being developed for our company and it is a recent development then that would fall in line with your original view that Kip was looking to use Intermountain as his own company.
I would see no point of creating a web-site for intermountain if he was going to merge with another company as they would probably have their own website - company identity.
GM
Is there any way to tell how long ago that site was initiated?
I didn't get that impression, but that is an interesting idea. Going into the conversation I started to suspect that he was going to use ITRM as his company and he was going to merge his other shells. After talking to him, I think he is planning on reverse merging a company into ITRM.
I think he is still searching for the right candidate, but it's good to know that he is searching and that he is being selective. When we get a merger, it sounds like we're going to be very happy to have shares.
Lefty when speaking with kip did you get the feeling that he has been working on a deal but keeping it shelved until the market is more positive ?
The market over the last year (post subprime implosion) has been negative to most stocks which has probably had an adverse effect on the R/M market i.e. investors are extremely cautious where they invest there money (less risky stocks).
It was his comment ''He said that he has been encouraged by seeing some good mergers taking place over the last month''.
You get the feeling through that statement that he and maybe the merger candidate are waiting for positive market conditions for R/Ms or he is encouraged because good companies are again looking at shells to go public.
Just a thught.
GM
Yeah it sounds like he's finally getting ready to make some moves. He said that he doesn't advertise his shells, but it sounds like he keeps close tabs on reverse merger activity.
Only the beginning.
You're welcome. Nice to see he's still prepping for a merger.
At least we know the elusive Kip is still alive and kickin' and maybe this shell will be too one of these days. Glad someone was able to get ahold of him.
Thanks for the update. Still holding here as well.
Well done lefty18 - you deserve a medal for getting a hold of him and getting some level of communication/update. The first in many months.
Lets hope this is a sign he is being more active in finding an appropriate merger candidate.
Cheers GM
Thanks. You know how it works. He only has a few shells, so it just takes one nice one to get the whole bunch moving. With 15 million shares, he has a lot of incentive to land a big deal. $20 million in revenues would be huge at these prices.
Nice work lefty...From what I hear about Kip is that he takes his time but puts together some of the best mergers out there..I can wait on Kip's ITRM and his AEGP..
Here is some great and extensive DD from cuttinrog on Kip's previous mergers. You can see why this stock has ran to .10 twice in the last two years in anticipation of a merger.
Some of these stocks traded hundreds of times higher than the current price of ITRM. With the low OS this got to .10 on less than a million shares last summer.

thanks for the info. it's encouraging to hear that this is still a possibility.
I spoke with Kip Eardley today about the audited financials that he released for ITRM earlier this month. I was startled to hear the myth say, "this is Kip" when he answered the phone.
I asked him why he released audited financials for the last two years. He said that any good company that's interested in merging will require that. He said that he has been encouraged by seeing some good mergers taking place over the last month.
He said there are always dying deals out there, but he's not interested in getting involved in one. Dying deals involve companies that are using public money to stay afloat, he explained.
He's looking for a company with a minimum of $20,000,000 in revenues. He said he has toyed with the idea of uplisting to the OTCBB, but isn't currently working on it. He said Angela Ross, who was recently added to the officer list, is a paralegal that works with him on his shell companies.
Only the beginning.
Thanks lefty - any changes in company circumstances is a positive as far as i'm concerned . Lets hope there is some follow through in the near future.
GM
I think they just started working together this year on PNHI.
Yes it appears that Angela Ross is the new main officer of this shell, taking over Kip.
Anyway I seem to remember that she was associated with Kip in other shells in the past.
Lets continue with this long waiting game...
They just re-upped with Nevada for 2008/2009. There's a new sheriff in town and her name be Angela Ross.
Seriously, Kip appears to have taken on a partner. Perhaps Angela has some connections to companies looking to go public. She's listed on ITRM and another shell of Kip's. She has been working with a mortgage company that recently went public. I believe she has lined up some companies looking to go public for Kip's shells.
Where are you getting that name from ?
GM
Your welcome..Have a great holiday weekend.
I agree and hold some there..
Thanks Starnes.
GM
Speaking of ultra low float shells, DTEK is even better than AEGP: 8M float, currently at 0.003.
It only took 11 years before his PNHI shell had a 15-12G (05-08-08) to break that looooong period of silence. I would watch that one closely from here on.
If and when ITRM goes through it can be fantastic...
Actually, I love his AEGP shell for the mere reason it is clean with a A/S of 21 million and a float at a shade of over 7 million..Now that one is a real low floater, indeed..
I think that if there's no deal going on he has nothing to say...
These shell plays can take forever before they are really going through, and usually when a rm does happen it goes without notice.
This shell as of now looks still good because of the low os, the low market cap and the clean status. Just look at FRTL, which actually had an higher OS and is not as clean and debts free as ITRM.
I have tried the email approach without luck a few months back..Here you go..capital7@usa.com
Has anyone in the last year tried to get in touch with kip - either by e-mail or phone ?
Or has he closed down all communications ?
If anyone has his e-mail address please post and I will give it a go.
GM
It will really move once a RM is going through. Until then this will move on air at these levels.
LOL! It does seem odd to see some green this one.
You all can thank me, your humble moderator, for painting this forgotten tape today to improve the look of your ITRM-laden portfolios. I had a lot of other winners this week and so I decided to donate $100 to the cause. (I see someone immediately took advantage of my exceptionally generous mood and sold).
I can hear the applause now. As the Buddhists would say, I hear the sound of one hand clapping. Or maybe it's footsteps. Probably that guy who just sold at .004 and scrammed.
However, the ask immediately jumped to .007. If you guys all donated 100 bucks, we could run this thing up quickly. Remember, the float is very low. Just a thought for your weekend amusement.
Have a good one!
I was kind of partial to "Cinderella Man" myself, but "the myth" is more original.. You ought to watch Cinderella Man as it depicts one who has it all from the beginning, loses it all, but makes an excellent comeback...
That is what I feel regarding Kip..IMO..
I like that name for Kip. It really fits his behavior handling his shells. THE MYTH.
Looks like the "myth" filed a 15-12G on 05-08 for his PNHI shell..Hmmmm, no other Edgar filings since 1999..

Cdnstocker - Kip seems to like to collect shells and then do nothing with them - he has 4 that I knoe of and not a sniff of a merger with one of them.
Maybe he is not trusted in the shell/merger world, he certainly ain't doing a great job of promoting them thats for sure.
GM
Kip is a myth.
Good one! Good luck with this one. Kip just may have more tricks up his sleeve. The dress rehearsal is probably over.
ATTENTION: I'm the new moderator here. It's better to rule in penny stock hell than to serve in blue chip heaven.
That's a joke. I still own some ITRM shares and I can wait until you-know-what freezes over. I just made a lot of money on TNOG doing that and it can work here too!
LOL

Hrmm... short interest activity.
Break out the electron microscope! LOL
2 years this guy has had the shell and still no merger partner, I think he may have other priorities.
GM
Imagine how small it will be when it hits .0005.
.002. Look at the market cap on this shell now!
It was already there since a while.
This is a totally clean shell, reporting (but not sec compliant). A perfect candidate for a reverse merger.
A shell like this is valued 250K$, so this should trade at least at 0.01 as an empty shell.
The potential here is great, because at 1$ the market cap would be of only 27M$, and I've seen market caps as high as 500M$ after reverse mergers (just think at USSE).
Of course the waiting game could last forever...
