I am excited an hope that I have the cash to get in on the IPO. I called them and like I said they are having a broker call me back. I got my money invested in OTTV and any of these connections will help it grow. I feel positive.

I think its a little bit different kind of ipo. "Regulation a", which is what the site says it is, is a little different, but quite legit. But I'm not sure where we are in it. Oilpatch said broker said paperwork is done. If paperwork means a prospectus then it's coming and soon in my humble opinion.

You would have a better chance "reserving" shares with your broker, but at what price ??. The "private" placement Oi2GO offered must already have been bought hence they are soon starting trading on Nasdaq so you will have to buy @ the open market. NOT many Cos can offer private placement of $ 10/share unless they have something huge to show investors and you should actually be able to request a "prospectus" from your broker IF they are within a few days of trading. Perhaps they don't want to share!! $$$OTTV$$$

Do you need to give a credit card number to reserve shares? In my research on regulation A ipo's, there is a period where they 'test the waters' to see if there's enough investor interest to warrant an ipo, then there is the next phase of taking orders, or reservations maybe? I don't know. I can't tell from yr feedback which phase its in.

I am trying (like other investors) to reach out to JF about having a tele-conference with some "hand-picked" investors. Early indications show that he might be receptive to that (as indicated by another investor), he is out of the country and I will personally re-connect to get this going.

I firmly believe that an explanation about his vision, release of 8K to substantiate the previous PR, time line commitments, partnerships, addition content, overall plan would benefit all stakeholders.

Weird... I did not reserve. It was more of a fishing expedition than anything. It seemed legit and there was some indication that the IPO was going to happen. I could not get a name tho which put me off a bit especially since it was a broker, you would think they would be all over that.
