You would have a better chance "reserving" shares with your broker, but at what price ??. The "private" placement Oi2GO offered must already have been bought hence they are soon starting trading on Nasdaq so you will have to buy @ the open market. NOT many Cos can offer private placement of $ 10/share unless they have something huge to show investors and you should actually be able to request a "prospectus" from your broker IF they are within a few days of trading. Perhaps they don't want to share!! $$$OTTV$$$
