A note holder is a creditor, not an equity holder. Equity in the company is the stock, all classes, and it is all being wiped out. All it takes to understand that is reading through their plan of reorganization.

The common stock in this company is being cancelled by that plan, it is just a matter of when, not if.

This alone is not specific enough. Class 6 Existing Equity Interest could mean noteholders. It all depends how they define class 6 equity interest. This doesn't strictly apply to existing common share holders unless they specifically define class 6 equity interest as common shares. IMO...

So there is a filing with corrections. Since I don't have access to pacer , I'm blindly hoping that one of those corrections pertains to commons not being wiped out. Right after those filings the stock has been steadily increasing.

Yep, nothing except lawyers being hired and approved by the court since August except for a couple operating reports from the company. Nothing of significance whatsoever. This stock movement is just traders creating an illusion hoping to get rid of their bags.
