Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I was on with ORX, as I am planning a trip to the Clovelly property next Monday. I have been told the property/drilling is within the secured LOOP SPR (Louisiana Offshore Oil Port Strategic Petroleum Reserve) facility and need to be escorted, so no, shareholders cant visit without ORX. I don’t remember if it was you that asked me that.



But with questions about recoverable, the numbers anticipated are the recoverable numbers. I think you asked about some article relating to how much 10 barrels are recoverable last week.



Also, from speaking with ORX just a bit ago, they think we will hit the M sand Monday while I am there onsite, so it is quite exciting. He did mention we hit last night a small pocket of gas, but nothing to brag about. He said he doesn’t expect to see anything until we are at the m sand as that is where the 3d test indicated. We have had no problems with the rig other than for changing bits, its been as smooth as it can get. There was one spinner tongs that broke, they temporarily used chain tongs until a new spinner was brought to the rig, and it was replaced, but it didn’t affect anything.



I think your friend Brad, well he and you seem to ask the same questions, so I assume you know each other, got the same answer back. I just responded to him as well.

There was some very powerful information in the PR today. Almost every early stage oil and gas stock builds by continuing to acquire additional opportunities, this in turn offers stability and diversification to the company.

After the PR on May 15th announcing that VNBL had retained Sterling Grant to assist with other opportunities, I just knew a PR announcing an acquisition or some sort of deal would be announced soon. I knew the restructure was taking place and the name change would represent the new direction. I had thought this would be the best time to announce something like this and just had a gut feeling they would take advantage of this development with the name change PR. I had thought about posting that speculation but did not want anyone to think I was pumping the stock by trying to start rumors.

I am surprised everyone is not making a much bigger deal about the mention of four additional Oil & Gas prospect candidates. This is huge in to us in two ways. It gives us vision of diversification and added value while at the same time it leaves us hanging and waiting for further details. Both of these should be viewed as PPS momentum builders.

So we go into next week realizing the company could be announcing any day or week the closing of some sort of deal on these four new candidates. They could release details at any moment on the potential reserves or value it could add. All of this anticipation rolled up together with knowing there is only one week left until we hit our drill target dept and hopefully realize the well as successful, we have a real powerhouse moving stock next week.

I keep getting asked on the boards and by e-mail, how high can or will the stock go. Guys, I don't know. I am sure there are a lot of things we don't know about that are still in the works. In addition, the MM's work every stock differently.

All I was ever willing to stick my neck out on was that this was not a 6 cent stock run and that the stock would see double digits. I don't know if the stock will trade to 30 cents, 50 cents, 80, cents or none of the above, time will tell. What I do know is that the stock currently has a lot of momentum behind it going into next week and a lot of resources to pull from to keep the stock moving.

I have not said this yet but I appreciate all the kind comments I have received from many and can only hope I don't guide you in the wrong direction some day. What I post is what I believe is either happening or will happen but I am human and I do get it wrong sometimes. To the best of my ability, I try to insure my DD to be completely factual to the best of my knowledge and provide the links, source, or proof to support my DD so you yourself can double check it.

I strongly encourage all of you to do your own DD on this stock and do not hinge all your DD and investment decisions on me. I may believe the stock is heading for the moon but I am by no way a certified or licensed prophet so it is important that you do your own DD and double check my DD if you find it compelling. After having done so you will feel one of two ways, either you will feel I mislead you or you will feel the same enthusiasm about this stock as I do. If you walk away from your DD feeling the way I do, I assure you that you will sleep better at night as this stock moves up and down.

Not to lose site of my post, I strongly encourage everyone to think about the potential behind this stock as we head into next week and remember that while trading this stock you should only make decisions you can live with.

Congrats to all longs! Also, great DD you have been doing BMiles. I have never thanked you formally for your dd, but I often read your post here and on RB when you were there.

I have have 500k long shares of VNBL at an average price of .019, and I have my seperate account just for trading.

I traded 150k from the .04's yesterday and sold those at .07 today, and feel great about that, but I almost wish I had added those shares to my 500k long and sold them higher, but I guess I can't complain about profit.

Hey Brad, I would like to thank you for all your excellent DD, I read through all your posts after this piqued my interest when it set my alerts off on several screeners. I have to say, this is the best oil play I have seen in some time, and generally the flag that will keep me out of a mineral company is incorporation in Wyoming, Nevada, Florida, etc... To be incorporated in Delaware says volumes about the candid operation of this company. My last OTC pick that I based off fundamentals, rumor of big news, and incorporation was PTSC at .115, I bought at .15 and sold at .35, thinking how smart I was when it retraced, only to have it fly above $2.00. I think when we hit oil, this is going to see over .65 cents. Good luck everyone, it is looking spectacular for the open tomorrow!

Trade Haven't had time to write back, but it looks as if they have missed the boat this morning. This entire week we have discussed the thin resistance but I guess the flippers did not pay attention and are now panic buying. We may see the teens by tomorrow as Brad had been stating all week. I am sorry he is not here to see this as he is at work

We are on the short comings of news and all are aware. The buying on the ask is starting to happen, and all those what were flipping are getting left behind. Panic buying will start, and we have a possibility of running to the resistance. At this point it will take good volume and maybe the PR to push right through.

Brad has stated that we may be teenagers by Friday, and his words and Great DD have held up in the past. Strap your seat belts on and pick up a few more shares for the roller coaster ride up.

Hi Brad: actually the text I put in my question post did come, cut and paste, off the SEC May 22 filing but a different section I guess.

My extrapolation of shares O/S merely was derived from their filing of a $512,551 net loss coupled with their statement of that generated a $.01 net loss per share. I just divided the loss total (512,551) by .01(per share loss) and came out with the shares they had to have been working with = 51,255,100.

I only looked at the summary info not the detail info, so I never saw your # for O/S

trade2much, I am of course short on time this morning but I think I can answer your question, that is if I understand it.

First off I don't know where you are pulling your information from but one of the most factual places to get it is directly from the SEC filings. Lots of times websites like yahoo and others do not religiously keep the information on their sites updated especially when it comes to penny stocks. Yahoo generally isn't too bad but some of them out there are terrible and it becomes misleading.

Here is the link for the most up to date SEC Quarterly filed on May 22nd for the three month period ending March 31st. (The dates are the key to your answer)

On the first page of this filing you will see that 97 million was the O/S on May 11th. VNBL had two choices, either they could have given the O/S from March 31st or a more recent number like May 11th.

Remember when we were in FLIP I had made a big issue about that same thing. FLIP had always done like VNBL and while filing their quarterly reports, they always gave the most updated information on the O/S. Then on that last filing they did not, they gave the older O/S as of the last date of the quarter they were reporting. That really turned me off to FLIP because I knew they had just given out some 200 million shares but they wanted to hide that from the investors. VNBL in this case did not try to hide an increase in O/S and gave you the most up to date information.

I have to head to work now, if this doesn't answer your question then I will answer when I get home.

The last 10Q issued in May for the 3 months ending in Mar indicated the OS to be far less than the 97 Mil+ you posted.
Where is the difference coming from?

Just taking the loss per share and dividing it into the $loss should yield OS as of Mar. and if that is true it only yields 51,255,100 using the 10 Q #s :

Net Loss. As a result of the foregoing factors, the Company's net loss decreased to **$512,551** for the three months ended March 31, 2006, compared to a net loss of $7,142,753 for the three months ended March 31, 2005. ** The net loss per share was $0.01** for the three months ended March 31, 2006, compared to a net loss per share of $0.58 for the three months ended March 31, 2005. The Company's net loss for the nine months ended March 31, 2006 also decreased to $1,948,165, compared to a net loss of $8,295,286 for the nine months ended March 31, 2005. The net loss per share was $0.04 for the nine-month period ended March 31, 2006, compared to a net loss per share of $1.80 for the nine-month period ended March 31, 2005.

Obviously if the 10Q # is correct the value would be apprx 2x.
I missed something and I am sure you covered it but give it to me one more time if you would.

It will be interesting to see the probable PR, hope it hits around 1pm EST, that way VNBL gets the balance of today's session and a good northern start for Friday. If it ends up being Friday hope it is late morning or early afternoon, so VNBL gets SP benefit til the Friday's close and weekend thought carry over for Mondays SP move up.
