Hi Brad: actually the text I put in my question post did come, cut and paste, off the SEC May 22 filing but a different section I guess.
My extrapolation of shares O/S merely was derived from their filing of a $512,551 net loss coupled with their statement of that generated a $.01 net loss per share. I just divided the loss total (512,551) by .01(per share loss) and came out with the shares they had to have been working with = 51,255,100.
I only looked at the summary info not the detail info, so I never saw your # for O/S
