That's not true. Reporting to the sec helps Citadel short the market to the ground.
Oh, I think Frank is guilty of something.
I have serious concerns with the CEO names that can’t be found for his shells and his accounting practices.
However, I’m not going to cry about it and report him to the SEC.
That’s my issue with this new rhetoric on Twitter.
It does no one any good
Right and honestly this year there are very few OTC stocks that actually did anything positive. I do think Frank had good intentions but he took on way too much at one time to manage it properly and before he could get anything going EV took a hit. Biggest issue I have is his disappearance after he promised monthly updates to shareholders.
I have a problem with that tweet. It really is pathetic that people are crying over not making money.
The OTC has always been a scam and filled with pump and dumps. People should only blame themselves if they fall for it. Learn technicals and protect yourself.
I actually made money here. The only thing I’m mad at is I wasted my time with selling, buying and then selling again and again over the last two years. It was my decision to do so.
People can go ahead and blame others if that makes people feel better. It does nothing for self improvement.
Anyone see the tweet from SalTrades, if you were affected by frank igwealor aka @opportunityzon DM him??
Agreed. GMPW got everyone thinking he was legit and could make money on his custodianships... Boy was I wrong and lost every dollar I made there on his garbage
I really had high hopes here because of the money he spent with buying shares.
However, the more i follow his actions (I.e., failed promises, deals falling through, unprofessional conference calls, etc.,) the more I started to worry.
As I said before, the conference call last year mentioned that he made his money in crypto. This may explain why he had that money to put into this stock.
However, easy money from crypto does not mean he is a smart businessman. It looks very clear that he believed in himself way too much. He has not executed on anything.
I’m now questioning his accounting practices. Also, his shells are very suspicious as most of the CEO’s could not be found via googling their names or they are young and inexperienced. Were these CEO announcements made to pump the stock so he can sell into volume?
The SEC is cracking down on scams, so I am done here.
If I am wrong, I will still be comfortable with my decision because the risk is too high for me.
All of his stocks have been falling knifes . It's embarrassing
Right but 0 connection to Frank.
It shows that the SEC is cracking down on fraudulent activities.
What do those lawsuits have to do with Frank?
It is scary that he has stopped communicating on all tickers so maybe you are right and there is a lawsuit a brewing. Either way this is on its way to new lows and only frank can save it with news.
I think Frank is next to be charged
https://twitter.com/goodetrades/status/1602807959716864001?s=46&t=EQoGRe0fbaKEcPwX01FH4Q
I promise you all that I’m not bashing to get cheap shares. I was only still interested in this stock because Frank has millions of his money invested here.
With tickers getting CE’s and the SEC cracking down on scammers, I am no longer comfortable in any Frank tickers.
He’s also quite, which is a concern.
Be careful and protect your capital.
He had one investor call this summer where he promised monthly calls/updates and zero from him since. He no longer tweets or PR’s anything and has gone absolutely silent. I think he’s lost all credibility as he delivered zero on his vision/promise and I don’t think he is able to find or buy anything EV related. I hope I’m wrong and he is able to save NIHK for all of our sakes but its been a pretty disappointing year to say the least with Franky!
This from Benzinga: Frank Igwealor owns about 50,933,829 units of Video River Networks, Inc common stock. Recently at Video River Networks, Inc, Frank Igwealor has sold an estimated value of $0 worth.
Every penny up or down represents $509,338.29 gain or loss for Frank. One would think he has something cooking for NIHK. His silence is deafening. Perhaps we will have a Christmas surprise.
First time I must say I’ve seen a CEO bag himself lol
I’m not sure if I should be mad at the guy for wasting my time or pity him.
It’s hard not to take pity on someone who has lost so much
He must be in a dark place
Dismissed? He’s the only employee so I don’t see that as an option, maybe he can sell the ticket to someone that can do something with it.
This ceo is highly incompetent and should be dismissed instantly! If he stays then no improvement for us shareholders will be seen - so hopefully everyone on the street and in this blog understands that!
Frank, were are the updates promised 5mo ago? No end of year call on the success of NIHK in 2022 and the plans for success in 2023? You really are no different than the other POS CEO’s in the pinks except you also lost millions on your own stock!!
Geez, there goes another support level.
This may test dubs soon lol
Obviously he was overconfident in himself and thinking he could align/deliver all his 50 projects. Personally I feel he over extended and when EV took a hit, it killed his business plan so he focused on his tickers to make money. I just hope he can recover this and buy into the EV business but seeing how he manages zoom calls, not sure anyone will take him seriously.
Frank spent over $1.5 million last year to buy shares on the open market
The rare buy this year was for a whopping $2k lmao
I hope he’s in good physical health, because he must be mentally messed up.
#GenerationalWealth
Frank didn’t even tweet his fins so anyone know if hes still alive?
Nice looking forward to NIHK moving up Frank needs updates for us !!!!!!!!!!!!
along with form 4's
Even CEOs get FOMO'ed
Anyone remember this $177 thousand purchase last year at .151 cents?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15436457&guid=DDG-kKlkUbYKdth
This is why I still follow this POS and monitor it
I don’t think I’ve even seen a CEO bag himself to this degree lmao!!!!!!!
Why so quiet Frank?
We might be testing dubs soon….
He might be giving out shares for Christmas presents because he can’t afford real gifts
Have a great Thanksgiving Frank lmao
Frank believed his own lies.
There is some solace in knowing he has lost a ton also which is why its surprising why hes not doing anything. Maybe he has ruined his name and no one wants to get involved with him which I would understand. 10Q posted yesterday and does not look horrible but Revenue/profits are down.
He will be forever known as Bag-King until proven wrong.
Imagine how he feels being deep red after buying over a million dollars above 10 cents lol.
“Generational Wealth” is looking more like “Generational Poor” LMAO
We went this entire year with zero progress Frank. WTF man, we invested in you thinking you were different than the other Pink scams.
Looking at the 10Q that just filed and I have 1 question to ask Frank…
….how’s that “generational wealth” investment treating you LMAO!!!!!
He ought to buy more EM shells and get them pink and merged. That's where he's been making money.
Yeah. That feud sucked the life out of his plays. It was rough.
I’m not defending him by no means but he has a large following and to your point he has hurt many stocks but the OTC is also ripe for fraudsters. I thought Frank was different but when he went on his twitter war with George it did nothing to help any of his shareholders and I think this put a target on Franks back. George is a thug/bully and I don’t agree with his tactics but if you get on the wrong side of him things usually go south as proven.
The downfall of Frank brought the entire OTC market down with it. Thanks to George Sharp for destroying the OTC market. If GS stayed in his lane, more people would've made more money.
I understand the need to defend him as he is a cult leader, but the man hurt a lot of people. Never forget that.
There is no comparing George Sharp to Frankie. George helped him initially but George smelled something fishy going on. I have no doubt Frank has figured out the shell game but there is no longevity in this and he has foregone all the plans of why us shareholders bought into NIHK. George is well respected and Frank F up when he went sideways with George. Since then George and his cronies helped drive down the pps of NIHK IMO.
The crypto thing was mentioned in the chat a few times during one of his conference calls and he never corrected anyone.
How else does he have money (inheritance, rich parents, won the lottery, etc.)?
Whatever it is, it’s not from business. His resume on LinkedIn is light and his education is heavy for a 50 year old. Sounds like easy money to me.
Shells = he’s an expert
Sustainable businesses= he’s a failure
Shells will run out.
This is why no one is buying the stock even though the financials look good.
The stock market is about how much investors think the stock will be worth in the future.
The market has spoken
Interesting. What's your source for this rumor? I would like to look into it.
He made mistakes. But his custodian success rate is admirable.
I still don't understand how he can get so many stocks out of EM while custodians like George Sharp can't even get one out. Seems like he has connections in OTCMARKETS, but I'm just guessing. Not sure how else it could be done.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Rumor has it that Frank made his money in Crypto.
Easy money from Crypto does not mean you’re smart.
He dumped almost $2 million of his own money in $NIHK.
This does not necessarily mean he has a plan or the skills to turn that investment into “generational wealth”
He got lucky with crypto and that takes no intelligence.
Frank has never followed through on anything.
What has he ever created?
He only provides a service (custodianship of shells). This is a finite business model as he will eventually run out of shells. Then nothing.
Again, he is either using $NIHK as:
1. Some kind of person business to limit the taxes he needs to pay from his shell game. He’s a CPA, so he may know a tax loophole
OR
2. He has faith in himself (hence his large ownership in common shares) that he will bring in businesses that will generate massive profits. However, he keeps on failing. Which leads me to my original thought. Just because he has easy money from crypto doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing. He’s just a huge bag-holder.
I hope he cashed out of his crypto plays, or he might need to sell his $NIHK shares at a big loss in order to pay some bills.
you are 1.000 % percent wright - i said it all year long that this ceo hast lost all creditability! no wonder that the stock is a strong underperformer and lame duck.
and it will stay so because nobody on the street will believe his words anymore, he is simply incompetent!
We have 50 days left to ending 2022. Frank has delivered ZERO updates for NIHK entire year. No updates on Maxim Group on business/assets they are looking to acquire and how about the monthly updates promised on last shareholder call? I’m sure financials will look good as usual but PPS will be .01 because Frank has lost all confidence.
unless Frank thinks his stock is going to dollars, would be nice
to hear from Frank
That's not a bad thought. Quite possible.
