Interesting. What's your source for this rumor? I would like to look into it.

He made mistakes. But his custodian success rate is admirable.

I still don't understand how he can get so many stocks out of EM while custodians like George Sharp can't even get one out. Seems like he has connections in OTCMARKETS, but I'm just guessing. Not sure how else it could be done.

Does anyone have any ideas?
