No not much available at all, I'd guess when shares come available it could be one of these selling shareholders??

From January 1 to December 31, 2019 the Company issued 203,000 shares of common stock in consideration of cash proceeds of $152,250. The Company also issued 29,997 shares of common stock for services rendered with a value of $22,497 and issued 186,965 shares valued at $140,223 in lieu of a cash payment of interest and issued 286,667 shares upon the conversion of the $215,000 promissory note.

Definitely keeping any eye on this though, use to love watching Iron Mike fight, we'd pay like $50 bucks to see his fights on PPV and they would be over in a couple mins or secs.....lol....guy was a BEAST.

It looks to me that Veroni Brands (VONI) has never traded before on any exchange.

There does not appear to be very many shares available yet. The question then becomes, where will the shares come from and at what price?

Will they be IPO shares, warrants, previously restricted shares, etc?

I honestly don't know. I have not read any of the filings. Just watching it since it went grey to pink — which really is a box of chocolates!

Now we have an Ask at $100, but I doubt we'll see any slaps at that price. Maybe the bid/ask spead will narrow. At least a couple MMs showed up.

In the case of VONI, it seems pretty impossible to buy at present. I tried yesterday. Perhaps we will see more on L2, and some volume in the near future. Just watching for now.

How does one even buy these grey to pink stocks? Every time I've tried to buy a .0001, the bid is at .0007 comes opening time. And Etrade does allow extended hours trading on Pink Sheets.
