Although I think Gov namely Fed will be announcing some bigger contracts come earnings
Well I wasn't impressed. He stumbled on the most important question on their differentiation. And it sounds like to me Bedrock just getting started and more competition for Aiware.
Can u post interview. I missed it. Don't see a link
Thx
Bedrock mention begins at 6:12
Here is the interview
Absolutely, but I suppose better late than never as they say. Hope the trend continues, of keeping investors updated.
Best thing about it is the fact that Ryan did it. They have been ignoring the financial community since 2022.
oh, looks like I missed a lot today, nice action. Will have to catch up on the call. You liked it,GBR?
VERI let's rock!
Not sure how I feel about it kinda tells me AWS may be trying to replace them with their own solution.
Certainly can be interpreted that way. Also a possibility we see a license on underlying aiWare capabilities.
I think it's possible see some sort of collaborative PR with AWS as we approach NAB. Maybe something revealed then. We know according to Ryan, Veritone involved with AWS M&E monitization initiateves, that AWS will be presenting at NAB. And AWS mentions Veritone as a partner in these initiatives.
Still find it interesting that they remain hush on any PR concerning Veritone Hire. No website. No dedicated web page.
Ya I thought the Bedrock and aiWARE comparison was interesting. Not sure how I feel about it kinda tells me AWS may be trying to replace them with their own solution. Overall the interviewer asked great questions and RS was concise and effective in answering them. DOJ and I would argue Border Patrol using Veritone's solutions makes a lot of sense to me since they do have that municipality buy in.
Yes I believe its is veri AWSome
Open Ai moment ...
Was surprised, don't think he mentioned hiring solutions once.
He made the comment, something like aiWare is the original Amazon Bedrock.
and soon will be available across the majority of Veritone’s commercial and public sector applications.
Wonder why they remain quiet on the conversational AI aspect of Veritone Hire.
Yeah, and back to listing ecosystem business, "Serving customers in the talent acquisition, media, entertainment and public sector industries, "
Still holding out on mentioning gtm with AWS. Think we will see a NAB show PR coming up. Last year their Nab PR was on April 11.
Surprised they mentioned aiWare.
"Ask Veri is an integrated solution on Veritone’s aiWARE platform"
Back to designing human centered Ai solutions.
yeah, would be great.
Maybe marketing campaign starts up and thru earnings. That would be nice for a change
I can't even remember the last time Ryan had an interview where the venue was investor related.
Looks like he is going on the show tomorrow to talk about Veritone, AI and the industry. Maybe they will have a PR issued tomorrow AM.
RS talking with Benzinga tomorrow. Maybe that's financial services they list or listed as a core verticle?
Yeah, its going to be a fight to close above 5.
Where is that 10k? Hard to believe the delay is entirely due to Broadbean.
Trying hard to keep it under 5
Since this all started 3/13, it tries to crash, but then the momentum continues again
Crazy 2st hour bolts to 5.48 only to sink to 4.32. Crazy
Did away with Veriverse which Voice was part of.
Yeah they did away with the Veriverse site and obviously don't mention it anymore. But, even though they let many of their trademarks die over the past year or more, they for some reason back in January they decided to keep the Veriverse trademark alive.

Like KVM, said, Veritone has some integrations with Nvidia, but basically enhancing Veritone technology. No evidence of Nvidia using aiWare or any Veritone tech which would drive revenues for Veritone.
Here is another PR.
https://www.veritone.com/press-releases/veritone-aiware-now-supports-nvidia-cuda-for-gpu-based-ai-and-machine-learning/
They had some marketing collaboration around energy. If you go to Nvidia website and do a search on Veritone, you can see that.
It is. Ran by Ruptal Patal. Revenues aren't meaningful but still an active Veri product.
yes, noticed it's an old article, that's why my question of whether the Nvidia connection ever/still exists. Are you saying Veritone Voice is not a part of VERI products anymore?
That article is 2 years old and basicly Veri using Ndvia tech. Veri doesn't even mention Voice any more. Did away with Veriverse which Voice was part of.
GBR/KVM-won't pretend I understand this, but does(or has) VERI been connected in any way to Nvidia ever like this articles speaks of?

maybe it will eventually be on Govcloud as well. Or could already be at the federal level.
I think when they say AWS Commercial, they are referring to AWS Commerical Cloud Services, as opposed to AWS GovCloud.
That's even more confusing since Veritone Investifate is government related.
But Veritone Investigate is basically Digital Media Hub. DMH is targeted at Media and Entertainment or content licensing. We know of Veritone's relationship with AWS as it relates to Media and Entertainment. So reasonable to assume that DMH is running on AWS Commercial. Since that integration has already been established, then might explain why Veritone Investigate is running on AWS Commerical instead of Govcloud.
That's a good question.
Since Veritone Investigate (DEMS) is basically Digital Media Hub, maybe they will say something about DMH as we approach the NAB show. We know that they will be announcing Ask Veri on DMH.
But ASK Veri will also be applied to their other applications like DEMS. Chris Doe made a comment yesterday alluding to that.
Other thought is if Aiware didn't get traction and assuming Aiware is AWS Commercial, maybe AWS as an exclusive agreement with Veri Aiware and that's why no more MSFT etc.
So last thing is why only put Investigate on Marketplace. Why not put whole suite(iDEMS) and other Veri applications on Marketplace.
Bottom line to me is that this statement
Built on enterprise-grade architecture powered by AWS Commercial
Veritone would never have said that in the past. Everything was always powered by aiWARE.
The Police article says:
At the heart of Veritone iDEMS is Veritone Investigate. Built on Veritone’s Enterprise AI platform, aiWARE
So they are saying Veritone Investigate is built on aiWare.
Veritone Investigate is DEMS. It is basically Digital Media Hub for the public sector. It is Veritone Investigate (DEMS) that is on AWS marketplace.
Veritone IDEMS is the name they apply to the suite of applications: Investigate, Redact, etc.
Confusing I know.
Of course AWS commercial could be Aiware and would fit in with job posting, elimination of Aiware on marketplace and other things
So to me some differences. From Police 1 it is IDEMS powered by Aiware. From AWS marketplace it is DEMS powered by AWS commercial. What it means or are there real differences I don't know
"So agree it is speculation but very feasible and likely."
Think it is starting to become less speculation.
From the March 12 article from Police1:
At the heart of Veritone iDEMS is Veritone Investigate. Built on Veritone’s Enterprise AI platform, aiWARE, Veritone Investigate allows agencies to leverage hundreds of best-of-breed AI models to organize, search and analyze massive volumes of digital evidence.
https://www.police1.com/police-products/investigation/evidence-management/how-law-enforcement-can-surf-the-rising-tide-of-digital-evidence-without-drowning-in-details
From AWS Marketplace:
Built on enterprise-grade architecture powered by AWS Commercial that is CJIS compliant, Veritone DEMS empowers your staff to more easily manage and share evidence but do more with it in one place.

Possible that we learn more about the extent of their partnership on or before NAB.April 13 -17.
With Maria Mooore posting these marketing positions, would think they would want to get rolling on the marketing in time for NAB. We will at least get the Ask Veri PR.
Last year they released a PR on Nab dated April 11.
I think that fits like a glove as Veri and AWS partnership. But Veri so wishy washy and inconsistent hard to tell what's going on. On the other hand it seems all competition as caught up and surpassed Veri tech. So agree it is speculation but very feasible and likely.
Speculation again
On the old job posting it said:
Veritone and its partnership with AWS offers customers hundreds of AI engines with capabilities including: transcription, translation, object recognition, OCR, face recognition, text sentiment, geolocation, visual moderation, audio fingerprinting, scene detection, speaker separation, orchestration, text to speech and more.
A while back I was commenting on how typically they would refer to aiWare offering hundreds of AI engines. And now it says "Veritone and its partnership with AWS"
Funny how aiWare is just now no longer listed on AWS marketplace.
And Amazon Bedrock has the single API feature similar to AION standard.
Amazon Bedrock is a fully managed service that offers a choice of high-performing foundation models from leading AI companies and Amazon via a single API, along with a broad set of capabilities to build generative AI applications with security, privacy, and responsible AI.
Looks like Veritone is trying to make a case to have their technology used at the border.

Also can't forget about the "key pillar" comment. And again, Deloitte is just one partner.
HaHa.Sure would be nice to get some news to support this.
But I am encouraged. Can't do anything but speculate, but I think the addition of Deloitte AIOPS.D to AWS marketplace is a significant factor. I believe aiWare capabilities are under the hood.
When thinking back to 2022, Veritone said we will focus on ecosystem and work with partners outside the ecosystem. We know about the reseller agreement. And Deloitte is just one partner.
But I think they spent 2023 focusing on ecosystem and getting aiWare for prime time, while partners did their thing. Think 2024 is all about putting it all together. Veritone and its ecosystem and partners with everything else. That's why I keep thinking there will be some sort of deal around aiWare or its capabilities.
We know Veritone spent all year and to the present not talking much on aiWare specifically. If they were really gunning for market acceptance of aiWare as a platform, I think we would have seen the aiWare marketing. Also Deloitte no longer talks about CortexAI. But I don't think the underlying tech has been abandoned. AIOPS.D supports that. I just think that these capabilities are are going to come together in the form of some kind of deal. And that deal will shed light on the GTM plans for Veritone Hire, and other initiatives. We will see some kind of deal that involves all industries, and hiring applies to each one of them. So does digital media hub. jmo
