Well I'll be, looks like a possible settlement or partial settlement might be around the corner. Just my opinion.
What happens to the 10% Per Year Interest for the Over $100 Million Dollar Judgment?
If Judgment Interest is Changed to 0.21% per year, Then it would Translate to Tens of Millions of Dollars in Tax Savings "Down the Drain" for Veltex Corporation.
(It Seems that, based on the Document Filed in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Instead of $10 Million Dollars Per Year, for Each of the 10 Years from March 27, 2012 to March 25, 2022, That would Accumulate to $100 Million Dollars in Judgment Interest, it seems to be Changed to $210,000 Per Year of Judgment Interest Accumulated to $2,101,651.04 for the Ten Year Period, March 27, 2012 through March 25, 2022.

Mikester, let’s not kid ourselves, this is large seller over many months…most likely more than 55k to go. He can’t put up 90k or some other big number or he hangs himself unless he’s a short
Excelent point notanindex. Plus there is a shareholder with 30,000 shares trying to exit, That overhang remains. No biggie, but its there at .55 for now.
as I have said before the stock price is immaterial to me - that is simply marked to market b.s. The exit is a buyout not a good stock price in the public markets.
I'm talking about the stock, not the company. The stock is where we have a problem, as we can all see...
yeah in my mind I have now bumped out reality to at least one year form now
prolly the same seller with a much larger total just throwing up different pieces at a time. This guy has this stock locked up....sad, really sad. We don't act or trade like a public company. Without a very strong buyback, this this is what you see. And a buyback isn't close IMO.
Can't believe someone with enough size to sell 38K is getting out now. Guess they are desperate for money.

We realize that the Questions We have may take some time to be answered.
That being said, it's Still Important to Gather and Organize Questions and Try to search for any kind of Hints, and eventually address these issues at the Annual Shareholder Meeting if necessary by then.
(Just Posting Here to log in some questions, and to store it for memory for future reference)
For example:
1a) About How Many Potential Client Intake Calls Per Day is Veltex Recovery Group Receiving?
1b) What Percentage of the Inbound Calls are a result of Billboard Advertising vs Referrals?
2a) Based on What Interest Rate do We Currently Calculate the Deferred Tax Asset, 10% or 0.21%?
b) Why weren't any of the aforementioned Interest Rates mentioned anywhere in the Notes to the Most Recent Financial Statements, Six Months Ended June 30, 2022.
3.) When Will We have at least 50 to 100 Inpatient Beds Filled at Veltex Recovery Group?
4.) When Will the Veltex Share Buyback occur?
Best Wishes,
Gratzi

Yes I read that. I was pointing out that they are more than that. They are the government of WV's opioid abused center, not just one of.
Yes, We Agree, and that's Exactly What We Expressed when We Posted the Following:
"Veltex, We Believe, Will Be Held With High Regard as One of the "Significant Go To" Places for Prevention, Treatment. and Recovery Solutions for Victims of Opioid Use Disorder."
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
yes - the big difference is Veltex is WV's go-to opioid abuse center - so they are the focus within the state not a long list of centers
We are Constantly Being Bombarded with Great News of Support of Opioid Rehab Centers to Help Save and Improve Lives of Those with Opioid Use Disorder.
Below is just One Example among So Many Efforts Being Made to Fight the Opioid Epidemic via Grants:

Veltex, We Believe, Will Be Held With High Regard as One of the Significant "Go To" Places for Prevention, Treatment. and Recovery Solutions for Victims of Opioid Use Disorder.
It's a Great Time to Be a Loyal Veltex Shareholder.
Hopefully, Very Soon, We'll be Hearing of Many Inpatient Beds Filling Up, and More Permits Being Received by Veltex Recovery Group.
Best Wishes,

definite tone change the last 10 days
Another quiet day on the western front. Short is now thinking perhaps he should take some magic mushrooms.
The short is hosed.
Quiet day - think short is trying to lay off and put some time between the uplisting and covering but I think it only gets worse as there should be new MMs
there already was a PR about the uplist
need more and higher quality MMs - maybe then the stock even gets some minimal coverage
Gratzi, i expect a PR about an uplist, and certainly a buyback will generate publicity.
RE: OTCQB - When Will Veltex Be Noticed by Many More Investors specifically due to Uplisting to QTCQB?
OR
Will Veltex Flying Up Be Determined Mainly by Revenues and Buyback, and Minimally by OTCQB Listing?
Again, How Much Increase in Attention to Veltex due to Uplisting to OTCQB is Expected to Occur and When?
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
not everyone thinks like we do notanindex, people are motivated for different reasons. To some I'm sure it seems there is not much going on with this company or that the results will be significant. You have to admit, the stock doesn't trade any volume and isn't on most peoples radar, its understandable....our tiny little group thinks differently.
Shorty is going to be left holding the bag
Do these longs not realize that after all this time they are finally close to the point where we go 5-15 times from here. 5 being just a mark-up on current status and 15 if they ever sell to one of the big "accumulators"
Can't believe some dipsh-- long gave up those shares so easily - what the f is wrong with you people?
good points notanindex and agree with all.
my point was outside of the little games of 100 and 200 shares to get size done, even when size only means a few thousand shares, by and large it will have to be on the offer but anything more than 1 trad and he/she would push the offer up. I could be wrong but I think all the weak hands are gone. Don't doubt if we get back to the 80s-100s the short will try to push it down again by selling
he isnt paying the offer cause its putting the noose around his neck. Sitting on the bid is almost as bad, as everyone at the table knows his hand...neither results in getting many shares. At least we hope this is what's gonna play out. Can we invite him to this list?
reality is playing out badly for him - the only trades of "size" are on the offer
Raises bid to cover the larger bid.
here we go again! 100 at 50. shake that tree - i think all the nuts are gone though
pulls his bid praying someone either sells to his bid, or offers so he can grab it. We need another 1 or 2 bidders or the MM's to keep stepping in front of him to cause action.
yes he/she is panicked. Needs to pick up some real stock. So shows a bid and keeps playing games with 100-200 share trades trying to shake shares out but not sure there are anymore right now
Have we entered the mirror opposite of when we went down? Coming down the short offered stock and hit bids continually to force players to his game. Yesterday may mark a new phase, OTC upgrade and someone putting up a big bid in a thin stock, a dangerous proposition if it is a short ( most likely). Is he gonna jockey bids around continually and take offers as he senses change and has to cover? By showing the big bid, it forces him to be bid anywhere lower and the MM's now know it. If another bidder comes in then...
Shareholder meeting - clearly at this point after the summer
Next Q income - doubt materially different yet - no clue on future beyond that - all I know is my analysis of all beds
Cash? - think they have enough to turn on the first two tranches of beds and then it should be kicking off cash from the beds
RE: OTCQB Listing - Around What Date Specifically Can We Expect Much Higher Average Daily Volume, Now that Veltex has been Uplisted to the Mid Tier, OTCQB?
When Will the Annual Shareholders' Meeting be this Year?
What Can We Expect Net Income to Be, this Quarter, and Future Quarters?
(Any Word on 2nd Quarter 2022?)
Does Veltex have Enough Cash On Hand?
(Obviously, We Depend on Revenues, if We don't want Stock Dilution from Issuing More Shares, which, of course
would be Opposite of a Buyback)
Please Share Your Thoughts regarding Forecasts of Net Income, Capital Structure, Expansion, Buyback, etc.
We are Mainly Confident, and Would just like to Finally See Supporting Material via Major Increases in Net Income Reported to Us as Confirmation.
What are Your Thoughts?
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Yep, Inpatient $$$, OTC QB Uplisting, Buyback.
As We've Been Saying, It's a Great Time to Be Loyal Veltex Shareholders.
Our Veltex Team is Coming Through for Us, Making Us Proud.
Regarding Inpatient, It sure looks like Revenues and Veltex's Stock Price Will Be Heading Upward Very Soon.
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Monday no longer PINK. Excellent news.
from the looks of things, almost all offers are gone. There's 2k at 56 and then nothing until 80. Right now that doesn't mean a lot since there are no new bidders but the reality is if this upgrade allows someone to now trade this since no longer Pink it is still Pink today.
In-patient next.
