"We are proud to start trading our common shares on the OTCQB Venture Market," said Stephen G. Macklem, CFO of Veltex Corporation. "This is a natural progression, and yet another milestone, of our vision to broaden our investor base with increased liquidity and brand visibility while maintaining a high level of transparency to inform and engage potential investors and current shareholders. Veltex is on course to become an industry leader in Healthcare development and acquisition. Veltex's wholly owned subsidiary entity Veltex Recovery Group ("VRG") is well on its way to becoming a model facility for SUD treatment in the State of West Virginia and beyond."
" Veltex is thrilled to have successfully completed its uplisting to the OTCQB," said Andreas Mauritzson, Chief Executive Officer of Veltex. "We believe this achievement will significantly enhance our capital markets appeal to a broader range of investors. With more compliance and quality standards, the OTCQB provides potential investors improved visibility to enhance trading decisions."
and now someone is battling to keep this down buying 200 shares at the bid. what a joke
can't believe anyone would still sell this knowing that, while this is not an end all be all, this is a real significant change. And proof they are legit and working to improve every shareholder aspect
its a weak defence by the short so far...our bigger problem as we all know is no buyers, 0. Screw the short or whoever the offer/sellers are, if others knew about this company, then we could have buyers, a lot of buyers. But reality is that we are a company with an invisibility cloak on...no one sees us. No one cares about the great fundamentals developing. We can't go up without players buying the OFFER, period.
Looks like our short might be back - trying to push it back down
Agreed Jasper, We don't know When Exactly or How Many Beds Will Be Filled (We Read about Permit for 28 Beds, right? When to Be Filled? We Have No Idea).
Remember though, We are Highly Optimistic that the Beds Will Be Filing Up Fairly Soon...We Just Have a Good Feeling about it for now.
Veltex's Future Looks Very Bright,
We Believe in Veltex for a Variety of Reasons:
*Highly Demanded Service,
*Collaboration Agreement with the State of West Virginia, Epicenter of the Opioid Epidemic,
*Joint Venture with Serenity Pointe
*Expectations of More Strategic and Profitable Connections
*Upgrade to Higher Tier Trading (OTC QB)
* Deferred Tax Asset, Constantly Growing, Makes Veltex an Even More Attractive Investment, Merger Candidate, etc...
*Opioid Settlements and Litigation
*US Government Pledges Support to Efforts in Fighting the Opioid Epidemic, Earmarking Funds Towards Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery.
Veltex, We are Confident Will Be Noticed Eventually and We Expect Significant Increases in Trading Volume and Veltex's Stock Price.
It's a Great Time to Be a Loyal Veltex Shareholder!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Gratzi, as far as we know, they aren't open for IP yet, how can beds be filled?
Agree with Gratzi 100%. Spot on. If someone needs to sell because they’re losing elsewhere, then so be it. It’s irrelevant.
"R & B" (Revenues and Buyback) Will Be the Main Factors that are Expected to Drive Up Veltex's Stock Price as We've been Emphasizing Quite a Bit.
"When Will Enough Beds Be Filled?" is the Big Question We All are Very Interested in Having Answered.
The Current Stock Price, Whatever Price, Higher Some Days, Lower Some Days, doesn't seem to Have Much Significance, Other Than Perception, as the Volume is Extremely Low for Now.
We Expected that By Now that We Would've, At Least, Heard about an Annual Meeting of Shareholders coming up, but it doesn't seem it will happen until Fall or Winter maybe. We have No Idea.
Anyway, We Hope that Some Kind of Encouraging News will Arrive Soon and We are Very Confident About Where Veltex is Headed.
Our Veltex Team is Truly a Fine Group of Dependable Professionals.
A Special Thank You to Our Dedicated Veltex Team for All They Do, with Their Amazing Efforts to Advance Veltex Towards Success, and Their Determination to Enhance Shareholder Value.
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Anyone Here Know When the Annual Meeting Will Be this Year?
Are Any Beds Actually Filled at this Time Already?
How Much Revenue Generated Per Bed Per Day for the Inpatient? How Much per Outpatient Client Per Day? (Obviously lower than Inpatient)
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Mike you wanted some volume you got it. 11.5k at the bid
You’re spot on. They have a lot of acreage there. Expansion to 500 beds or more very do-able. It’s not like the need isn’t there!!
No doubt the upside is even greater than the simple $2.5 in 150 beds using comps because the company has so much more upside than just 150 beds, more land, more potential sites and the tax loss.
When all the news comes out about beds filled, uplisting, etc., buyers will come in. For now, patience.
We have a company here with a massive tax loss that I would estimate to be at least $200mill now, so I would assume our NOI will be tax free for quite a while!!- and that loss will be very very valuable to potential suitors if and when Veltex decides to merge or sell the co.
This is a gold mine with lots of reserves that’s just about to be mined!!
Enjoy the coming ride!
"you know the story and I know the story - not too many others do"
right, we have great fundamentals but no one knows the story...no players and 0 volume.
waiting - waiting for an uplisting, waiting for a report the first bunch of beds are approved and ready to fill, waiting....
you know the story and I know the story - not too many others do
where is the volume, asking for a friend.
agree 100% - as it proves beds are filled this is a $2+ stock with 100 beds
I think things are going to change dramatically when Mt Hope opens for in-patient care. And that should be very soon.
The longs that have sold will be buying back in and the short will be buying to cover.
We will be back over a buck IMO and may go well beyond that over the next several months.
Its the selling by the longs that have us down here. No question. Im not buying because the selling always comes in by this group on longs
So a long isn't supposed to sell any shares if he wants to Mikester? If someone liked buying it at .70, .80, .90 then they should be buying more at .35, .45, .55 and they aren't...we have no real buying down here. Don't blame the longs, look at the total picture.
When the buyers did finnally show up (around .90 to $1) the longs hit the buys and down we went. I blame the longs for the decline, not the buyers. We all sat tight.
not exactly, even with patients we need buyers of this stock. We all assume they are gonna just show up, might not be quite that easy. Lets hope they do.
Gratzi sums it up exactly right. All we need is patience and patients.
The State of West Virginia has been Obtaining Opioid Settlements in the Hundreds of Millions of Dollars.
RE: Opioid Settlements in West Virginia
Just to Name a Few:
1.) The State of West Virginia Settled with the three distributors in 2017 and 2019 in Deals worth a Total of $73 Million Dollars.
($37 Million with distributor McKesson in 2019, and $20 Million with Cardinal Health and $16 Million with AmerisourceBergen in 2017)
2.) Teva, AbbVie's Allergan Hand Over $161 Million Dollars to Settle Opioid Lawsuit in West Virginia.
3.) $26 Million Settlement in March with Endo Health Solutions
4.) Johnson & Johnson Subsidiary (Janssen)Settles West Virginia Opioid Lawsuit for $99 Million Dollars
We Expect Some Portion of the Hundreds of Millions of Dollars in Funds from Opioid Settlements in the State of West Virginia to Flow Towards Veltex Recovery Group.
(Especially since Veltex and The State of West Virginia has a Collaboration Agreement)
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Exactly what We were Thinking...the Distributors are just "One Piece of the System"...
The Bright Side of this Whole Thing is that "Big Pharma" has to Dole Out at least Hundreds of Millions of Dollars towards West Virginia and Billions of Dollars Nationwide...as They've Already Agreed to Settlements .
Teva, Janssen, Endo Pharmaceutical, and more. (And We'll See how it goes with Pharmaceutical Companies like CVS, Walgreens, Pharmaceutical Section of Wal-Mart, and more)
The Keywords Here is that "There's More On the Way" and "Be Optimistic"...We Have Some Very Positive Days and Productive Days Ahead for Us!
Overall, We, Loyal Veltex Shareholders, are On the Winning Side as We Expect Great News is Heading Our Way.
Thank You to Our Dependable and Professional Veltex Team!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
this is not the producers of the drugs - this is the distributors. one piece of the system
But maybe Plaintiff(s) will Appeal? And IF Plaintiff Does Appeal THEN There's a Chance that the Defendants Will Settle, because Defendants Might Not Want to Go Through All the "Legal Wrangling" Again.
In Spite of the Disappointing News in the Opioid Trial regarding Cabell County and City of Huntington, The State of West Virginia has been Obtaining Settlements in the Hundreds of Millions of Dollars.

WV got its verdict. Typical of greed. They should have taken the settlement like every other state did.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.usnews.com/news/health-news/articles/2022-07-01/wva-opioid-trial-verdict-still-pending-nearly-a-year-later%3fcontext=amp#cobssid=s
It Will Be Very Interesting to Finally Receive a Verdict in the Opioid Trial that Took Place in Charleston, West Virginia nearly One Year Ago (Cabell County, WV and City of Huntington, WV vs. Opioid Distributors AmerisourceBergen, McKesson, and Cardinal Health). Plaintiffs Requesting $2.5 Billion Dollars.
Specifically, if Plaintiffs Win, How much, if any, of the Funds to be Earmarked Towards, Opioid Addiction Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery will Flow Towards Veltex Recovery Group in Mt. Hope, Serenity Pointe, or any Future Veltex Operations?
What are Your Thoughts? (Besides mentioning that it will be a Slow Bureaucratic Process...We already Expect That)
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Jasper, The Volume is Too Low to Analyze the Price Movement. Someone Can Sneeze and Make the Price "Fly Up" or "Slump Down" Under this Extremely Low Volume that We're Experiencing for Many Months Now.
Veltex's "Stock Price" Will Matter Much More When Volume is, Consistently, Much Higher than the Last Eight or Nine Months.
What Really Matters Most is Revenues & Buyback ("R & B")...When Revenues Surge Upward Enabling the Buyback, We Expect Veltex's Stock Price Will Fly Up with Consistently Higher Average Volume at that Time.
Revenues & Buyback ("R & B")...and Just Like the Pleasant Sound of R & B Music, Veltex's Stock Price Flying Up Will Be Such a Sweet Sound to Us Loyal Veltex Shareholders...it Will Be Magical, Soothing Music to Our Ears.
Veltex's Stock Price Surging Upward, Such a Soothing Sound. Gotta Love It!
Thank You to Our Dependable and Professional Veltex Team. They're Grrreat!!!
It's a Great Time to Be a Loyal Veltex Shareholder!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
We opened this 2nd quarter at .43
inpatient beds? 0, they will announce when inpatient is open, no?
well inpatient I would assume is zero since they just announced in that filing that they just got approval for the construction of the first 28 (?) beds
Would Be Nice to Know How Many Inpatient and Outpatient Clients Veltex Recovery Group has Currently, and How Many within another month, two months, and a few months from now.
We'd, of course, have a much better idea regarding Implementation of the Buyback Plan, IF We could just get clarity on Monthly Net Income.
By the way, When will the Veltex Annual Shareholder Meeting be?
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
sorry wrong bids .345 and,3451 sorry even more b.s. - out to four digits - crazy
love the games here. So 35k bid at.35 9800 step in front with .351 bid
Soon, We Expect, All this Talk about "Bid Dropped" "Hitting the Offer", with Extremely Small Volume, Will "Go the Way of the Dodo Bird", and Will Be a Bygone Era.
We Believe that We are Currently Experiencing "The Quiet Before the Storm". It Will Be a Positive "Storm". A Storm of Great News.
All That Matters is the Great News Heading Our Way.
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
V Investor, Thank You. Soon You Will See that the "V" in Your Moniker, "V Investor", will be the Initial/Abbreviation of "V" for "Victory"...You Will Continue to Realize That You are Truly Blessed for Investing in Veltex.
As the "Great Gratzi" always says, in regard to Veltex, "We Will Emerge Victorious as Veltex's Stock Price Will FLY as HIGH as the SKY."
We are in the "Winner's Circle" as long as We Hold On to Our Precious Veltex Shares.
We are So Fortunate to Be Veltex Shareholders as We Have a Dependable, Professional Veltex Team on Our Side.
Happy Veltex Days are On the Way!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
of course it is, all just a game of intimidation with changing offers. He's gotta defend his spot, no?
That 20.9k - our old friend the shorter/seller?
Notanindex, Well Said. Yes, We're Cheerleaders for Veltex, justifiably so.
We are Very Thankful to the Veltex Team for Their Success in Getting Veltex to a Respected Position as Veltex is Expected to Play a Vital Role in the Rehabilitation Field with the Goal of Improving and Saving Lives of those Suffering from Opioid Addiction.
We Already are Quite Familiar with Veltex Receiving Pledges of Support from Prominent Leaders in the US and State Governments.
We are Well Aware of Expectations of the Rehab Services of Veltex Recovery Group Being in High Demand.
The Collaboration Agreement with The State of West Virginia and Joint Venture with Serenity Pointe, and Other Possible Organizations, are all, Definitely, Great News and Positive Signs of Future Growth for Veltex Corporation.
Veltex's Deferred Tax Asset is Yet Another Big Plus.
Regarding Our Shares of Veltex Stock, We Strongly Believe that We're Holding Onto an Amazing Treasure, Especially with Anticipation of Growing Revenues and Buyback Plan Expected to Be Implemented Fairly Soon.
Veltex, Happy Days Are On the Way!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
I’ll chip in a megaphone to go with the Pom poms
Gratzi. You’re right on all counts.
I am going to buy you a set of Pom-Poms for your birthday
When Veltex's Stock Price Flies Up in the midst of Significant Volume, These Days, Weeks, and Months of Extremely Low Volume/Low Price Will Fade Away as We Will Have Great Days of Celebration.
We Expect that We Will Be Celebrating Impressive Revenue Growth Fairly Soon...That's All That Matters.
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
Funny how the bid dropped away even though trades were getting done at the offer
How do You know that "New Market Makers are on Board"?
We Agree, that Soon, Short Seller Will Be "Shortened Down" to Size, and will Crawl Back to Whatever "Short-Hole" He Came From...Pardon the Pun.
With the "Inpatient Biz" Expected to Increase Fairly Soon, So Will Veltex's Shareholder Value Be Expected to Increase Significantly.
It's a Great Time to Be a Veltex Shareholder!
Thank You to Our Excellent Veltex Team!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
New MM’s are on board folks. Things are changing. That short can eat my shorts. He’s going to be full of regret soon
