This could be the largest facility in the state quickly they way things are moving. Very conservative BOD also makes this interesting. The BOD also has put there money where their mouth is on this one.
They actually say right in the PR that beyond the women-only facility, they can build two additional buildings for a total of another 500 beds. That would yield a value of $8 per share conservatively, of course, they would need to spend more cash than for this building because the original building just needed to be retrofitted.
You might be right but if shares are cheap then I’m sure they’ll take them out. Lots of potential on the property. Seems like it’s 5 acres of flat land, perfect for growth. It also seems like this will be only 1 of 4 facilities in the entire state that has certification for in-patient detox medical services. That’s a big deal. I’m really looking forward to seeing where this all goes. Interesting times ahead!
Not sure they will waste the cash flow on a buyback at this point. They will use it to continue the develop of the campus in my opinion. The float is so thin already and the end game as I have said before in my opinion is to sell or to accumulate. So in selling it is silly to buyback and if they are accumulating no need either.
It doesn’t matter. Let them sell. Remember the company approved a stock buyback. I’m sure as soon as Cashflow gets going they’ll execute that strategy. Management is clearly playing a very smart long game. Think about how far this company and stock has gotten so far.. great things lay ahead!
It depends on your ultimate agenda. If you simply want liquidity and a decent return, then I agree. But if your hope is to grit it out to get the most out of it then that stuff doesn't matter.
He has been there for quite a long time, I'd bet he has more than 11k to go, probably a much bigger number. Our issue for now is the same thing, no followers and getting this news to players.
well the dumbass seller got taken out of 11k of his shares. I shouldn't call them dumbass as everyone has their reasons and maybe they need the $$$ but it will probably prove multiples cheap.
Yeah and no new buyers. Like I have said before none of this matters. I think this plays out one of two ways; bought at and if that took place I would think at a price in excess of $3, maybe even as high as $6 given all that is built into this company as far as being WV's go to addiction group, the 608 bed potential of jus this one campus and of course all the tax benefits sitting there. Or they begin to acquire other groups in which case if I was running it I would do a reverse split and uplist this. Just my opinion. I would lean toward option 1 as far as the greater potential. The great thing about that is it would crush the short and it would not reward anyone really except for those who have held this these last few years faithfully.
Big long seller back on ETrade. ODD
Yes, big news and a great PR. Thanks to management for getting this rolling, and painting an exciting 12 months ahead!
It's a real sleeper. PR is very VERY informative.
I like the fact that this company does not issue fluff PRs. All good and factual progress. A very rare gem in the OTC market especially with the recent move to QB. Massive potential here.
This is all just my opinion and just back of the envelope analysis. My only point is this, in my opinion, now that we have real numbers is way cheap.
To take it a step further and again no consideration for the premium from its growth rate but here, taking into account taxes. If I assume 28 times PE (this is where its comps trade at) and assume a 25% EBIT that gives a price per share of $0.28 for Phase I and $1 for Phase II. So at a minimum I would think this should trade at $2 here and now and if you take this all the way out to the additional beds of Phase IV (and remember, this is only the one property) that would yield a price per share of almost $8.
Yes, The lack of reaction is dumbfounding too. Think about it the first phase is a $4ml run rate and by mid-year, it will be on about an $11ml run rate. Consider it even at a conservative 3.5 sales, which is about $0.20 and $0.50, respectively. That is with no growth expectations built into a premium on the P/S and furthermore accounts for none of the huge savings in taxes.
Amazing news here.. 28 in patient starting Monday next week. $400/day adds up pretty quickly. Then another 50 beds in Spring 2023.. this stock is a total sleeper, will take people by surprise. No debt in the facility and huge tax write offs, this will be interesting to follow.
Mikester, we don't know how many out patients there are, I was just making a joke that there are a few in the building.
BIG seller back at 46/47 again.
Thanks Jasper. Only one or two out patients!! Amazing to say or even report.
Mikester, ya I guess there are 1 or 2 OP's in the building. Quarterly reports are out and once again, there was almost no revenues from OP.
There are outpatients. Wouldn't they be patents? Why so negative over a AM PR??
From the meeting announcement, it says "Cameras, cell phones, recording devices, and other electronic devices will not be permitted at the meeting. This will be to insure the privacy of any patients and/or residents"
What patients? I thought IP wasn't open yet? Has anyone called Mt Hope to see if they are open for IP? Per usual, shareholders are "guessing" as to whats going on behind the curtain.
someone buys 100 shs almost every day near the offer...keep it up, in 10 yrs he will take out the big offer
CHICAGO, Oct. 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Veltex Corporation (OTCQB: VLXC) ("Veltex") announces the 36th Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the Mount Hope Campus of Veltex Recovery Group. The property is located at 101 Martin Drive, Mount Hope, West Virginia, USA, 25880.
Again, if you have waited this long I think that any pop that results from the items you discuss and you will be selling at an undervalued price. All that is locked up in the value of this stock is multiples about anything a share buyback or first major earnings release will yield. Just my opinion.

We Believe that Great News is Only about a Few Months Away for Us Loyal Veltex Shareholders...maybe by Mid to End of January 2023 We'll See Much Better Financial Results (Revenues, Net Income, etc.)
We're Confident that the Rehab Facility at Mt Hope Will Be Growing Nicely by Year End. In Our Opinion, Our Patience will have Paid Off in a Pleasant Way, to say the least.
Just Think, When Veltex's Net Income Arrives to an Impressively, Significant Level, Buyback will Be the Order of the Day, a Major Catalyst Triggering Veltex's Stock Price to Fly Up Big Time.
With Buyback, We'll Have "Hit the Jackpot!" Wahoo!!!
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
I have to disagree with your analysis. This stock has zero dependencies on share buybacks. Sure it will provide some mark-to-market relief for your mind, but in the end, it has zero to do with you getting out at a value that this company deserves. That will come from either doing their own growth acquisitions to prove out the business model further or being acquired. Otherwise, you will never see the $3-5 this deserves.
What Matters Most is When the Recovery Center at Mt Hope, WV will be Operating at a Revenue/Net Income/Cash On Hand Level Sufficient Enough to Trigger Proceeding with Veltex's Buyback Plan, where Millions of Veltex Shares are Bought, Thereby Rewarding Loyal Veltex Shareholders with Major Increases in Veltex's Stock Price.
Also, Besides the Buyback, Will Any Institutional Investors Buy or Add to Their Holdings Significant Enough Amounts of Veltex Shares?
Will a Hostile Takeover of Veltex Corporation Occur within a Year or Two?
Will there be a Major Merger with Veltex?
If Yes to Any of the Above Scenarios, When Can We Expect Any of Them to Happen?
Any Explanations besides anything about Bureaucratic Delays?
Can We Expect Some Sort of Encouraging News Very Soon?
Does Anyone Here have Any Ideas to Clarify What is Actually Going On at Veltex Recovery Group in Mt Hope?
We Remain Optimistic as We Feel that Veltex is Offering a Highly Demanded Service and Veltex, We Believe, is Equipped with Highly Respected and Experienced Professionals.
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
sorry. looked like we was movin on up for a minite. sharesholders must be poor to sell for $40 for pocket money. always pushin lower.
way to jinx it The Mikester. :)
yes, let him/her get out and be out of the way.
In fact, I hope the 200k is successful in selling so that they can watch from the sidelines. It has been a long road, but we all have been patient this long so.....
Good riddance. The reality is as much as it doe snot feel good to see the value of your holdings destroyed it you have any real share amounts what we are looking for is a buyout not an opportunity to just sell. Just sell at some point with revenue announcements you'll get somewhere above $1.50 I would imagine. But a buyout is multiples of that I believe.
Looks like more than 200k shares for sale. This has to be major holders getting out with that much stock even at these prices.
with all due respect, I am not sure buybacks matter other than to temporarily make investors feel ok and narrow the list of shareholders. In the end, the exit from this is for the company to be bought.

R & B (Revenues & Buyback) is What We Really Need to See in Any Upcoming News...Hopefully Soon.
It Will Be Very Exciting When We Finally Receive Some Sort of News about Inpatient Portion of Veltex Recovery Group actually having Beds Filled Up.
Once We're Updated with News that Inpatient is Actually Operational it's Gonna be Great. It'll be a Very Good Sign that Revenues Will Be Rolling In and Expectations of Buyback to Follow
In Our Humble Opinion, There's Definitely a lot to look forward to, IF and WHEN Inpatient Beds Start Getting Occupied.
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
we could only wish, you smoking some good stuff.
A couple more news releases like the one we had 9-12-22 will probably be made public before year's end. Just my opinion.
Veltex still working on collections. They have had good success so far.
Here is good news on one of Veltex's legal settlements.

I hope there are more coming soon.
RE: Possible "Settlement Around the Corner"...How did You Arrive to Your Opinion? (Is Your Opinion Based on "Just a Feeling", Some Sort of "Wild Guess", or do You have Some Sort of Supporting Material to Back Up Your Opinion?)
You're Specifically Referring to Settlement pertaining to the Judgement in Veltex's Favor, that Occurred in March 2012, right?
Also, We Gotta Find More Clarity as to the Interest Calculation...Specifically We'd like to know if for the last Ten Years (and beyond) is the Interest Amount in Calculating the Deferred Tax Asset Still 10.00% Annually?
Or is Annual Interest 0.21%, per the Document Filed with the U.S. District Court, Central District of California?
Best Wishes,
Gratzi
I agree. We have the same seller for sometime now. It's a long with a big position or a short seller holding us down for the moment.
September is upon us, me thinks Rip Van Winkle may wake...

I believe that the interest calculation on the judgment is in the state of California and the greater interest amount is the IRS's ruling. I could be wrong though
why do you believe that
