Maybe. Bids & Asks are not transparent to retail, which is why retail is repeatedly warned against trading or even believing what they see in these stocks.

Honestly i dunno. Perhaps buyers not convinced yet. As you said the company is just out of "expert market" and people are still watching. But i do believe that all cheap shares are gone. I researched and it is super thin between 0.002 and 0.004. And the newly issued shares of the company (last sept) have a conversion price of $0.007, as @InfiniteAlchemist33 pointed out yesterday. So there should be not much selling power left. If we have new buyers I believe this ticker will soar.

Wouldn't you say the trading here this week has been anemic ? 1 mil shares Monday, 2 mil. yest. and well under 1 mil today so far. VAYK is barely out of trips but we've had 2 promising PR's this week plus more news expected by March. Hardly ever see a 1 million share buy or sell in one shot. OS under 900 mil. where are the buyers ?

AAMOF doesn't look like PPS manipulation today. There's a big spread between bid (0.0012) and ask(0.0018) so it is likely legit. My interpretation is that buyers still want to get shares cheap, but the cheap shares have dried out. Those who loaded at below 0.001 have sold most of their shares to take profit. Those who still have shares no longer want to sell below 0.0018. This is my best guess.

Yes the pps manipulation has been rampant. As Moneychats pointed out, every big bid is not shown because "they" run interference with a 10k bid. Can only hope that means this might have a good run soon.

You still haven't answered my question: what's your criteria for "good investments" on OTC companies? Or do you believe that all penny stocks are bad investments?

I have given you my answer. I believe that 90% of OTC penny stocks will eventually fail. So my investment strategy is to buy at their early stage, and exit when they make certain progresses and meet certain milestones. Do not hold for long term because in long term most penny stocks will likely fail. So i don't care if a company has a future. If it can continue progressing for 2-3 years I will think it is a "good investment".

You don't get it because you have no sense of real business. You are probably looking for next apple or google or GE here. But these OTC companies are for sure not the next appl or google. That's why you always sound so sour and negative.

Newbies fall for them all the time. Even if they're just flipping, they can get burned. Especially if they only listen to the pumpers who are trying to drive the price up by telling everyone that everything coming out of the company is wonderful.

I understand that you may think you are on a mission, but your perspective is irrelevant for penny stocks.

Put it this way: 90% of small businesses in USA would get bankrupted within 5 years of incorporation. Almost all penny stocks are small businesses so they have a 90% chance to fail. That is the game. Don't tell me to invest in any penny stocks and hold for 5 years. I will buy low and sell high. And I will advise you to do the same.

My posts aren't for traders and flippers looking to score on the bullshit that companies put out in their press releases by hyping it's "potential" or it's low float. If anyone cares about the reality of what the company's prospects are, they might want to read my posts. After all, Justice hasn't done a thing to warrant real interest in it's ability to earn money with it's business plan since taking over WSGF in 2020. The proof is here.

(OTC Pink: VAYK) ("VAYK") today announces that the company has increased its net equity by more than $2.5 million, which results from the company successfully reaching debt reduction agreements with previous debtors and investors over the past few fiscal quarters. The overwhelming majority of the debt was eliminated without any reciprocal consideration.
"The majority of the eliminated debts date back to agreements more than 10 years old when the company was under a totally different name and managed by a totally different team, and engaged in a totally different business," says Bill Justice, CEO of the company. "Furthermore, the subject debts were no longer even held by the parties that entered into the original debt agreements."

"In such a context, and with the introduction of new strategic investors, we were able to successfully convince some holders of the legacy debts that it was time for them to move on. We are grateful and very appreciative that most of them agreed to forgive these legacy debts."

One major debtor, according to the company's filings on OTC Markets, forgave all debts owed to him without consideration. This covers all outstanding balances including default penalties resulting in a total reduction of over $2.1 million.

Another debtor, according to the filings, forgave approximately $130, 000 of outstanding debt without consideration.

A third debtor reached an agreement with the company to cancel and waive all the outstanding interest and fees on a total amount of approximately $143,000, without consideration. The same debtor also agreed to convert all the principal of his debt into common shares at a price about ten times higher than the average trading price at the time of conversion. As of today, the executed conversion price is still more than 100% above the trading price of the company's shares.

"Overall, our restructuring campaign led to a debt reduction of approximately $2.55 million, of which about $2.37 million was complete forgiveness or cancellation," said Mr. Justice. "This has resulted in an net equity increase of almost the same amount. Allocated to our approximately 862 million outstanding shares, it equals to a net equity increase close to $0.003 per share."

The company plans to communicate more details regarding its recently updated comprehensive business plan in the following weeks via additional news releases.

If so new bottom should be above $0.01. If someone's conversion price is $0.007 he won't make any profit selling at that price, due to fees/commissions and other costs. He'll only profit selling above $0.01. And since he is likely a pro he may want 50% or higher margin, so his exist price may be between $0.015 - $0.02.

For those who doesn't pay attention to the number of zeros, that target price is 10x higher than the current trading price.

Like you pointed out last week, the bids are probably being hidden. Less than 1 mil. volume all morning seems way too low. PPS still held hostage by many 10k - 20k buys and sells.

3-5 mil should be enough to break 0.002 IMO (Level 2 shows 695K shares for sale at 0.0019, but there must be some hidden asks, so i estimate 3-5 million). Overall this thing is super thin. I pulled out its trading data in 2023. Under $0.004 there had only been a few million shares traded at each point, and it is only at and above $0.004 we may see tens of millions volume of resistance.

Not advice: Technically it should go to $0.0030 after the recent PR.
Some people don't see why that PR is great news. It says the company has reduced $2 mil debt which equals to increase of $2 mil net equity. Allocated to 900 mil shares (actually floating shares are 850 mil) that is about $0.0021/share. The closing price was 0.009 before the PR. So technically the fair market price of VAYK share should be 0.009+0.0021=$0.0030

I am not saying that the PPS will reach $0.0030. It may not. I just want to debunk some claims that the PR was all fluff.

Reducing $2mil debt equals to $2mil profit, financially. According to the recent PR the company have reduced debt by $2 mil and may reduce another $1 million. Let this sink in.

That momentum doesn't last unless the company continues to put them out.
