Honestly i dunno. Perhaps buyers not convinced yet. As you said the company is just out of "expert market" and people are still watching. But i do believe that all cheap shares are gone. I researched and it is super thin between 0.002 and 0.004. And the newly issued shares of the company (last sept) have a conversion price of $0.007, as @InfiniteAlchemist33 pointed out yesterday. So there should be not much selling power left. If we have new buyers I believe this ticker will soar.
