Solid penny land sounds wounderful. 10-20 bagger would turn these frowns upside down. I would send a thank you gift basket to the VPOR team if/when it happens. =D
simple cork is not a year away i don't know where everyone is getting this info from. simple cork is on its way. right now we are on the grinders and they are moving.
VPOR all the way up.
We are in Q4 now so let's see how this stock can move. We will need news to make it move besides a PR piece about the product still in the works.
simple cork is really just to say a patent is in the works. seems to be at least a year away.
the business is the grinder. not sure how long you are out but we are hoping the sales that were promised are now coming to fruition.
I am hoping so. It would show good organizational skills if they can improve on the time of their reporting.
Release of an early financial is quite possible. Also, I believe Q4 is when this stock will begin to kick off. Just my opinion. Good luck to all!
Discounting is not always a good thing. I've been in VPOR long, but sold my positions. May get back in if there was a good reason. See he's now doing the simple cork.. ???
Hey guys.. What's up with VPOR ? Saw PR.. been out for a while. Now simple cork ? Still selling grinders ?
100% same. Maybe they'll surprise us with early fins
hey can't respond privately but am willing to wait if they show promise. need something to go on to make me stay and risk the profit so far.
See you at the penny mark big things coming.
Nothing wrong with that. Realism is the key. Not looking for the Lambo in a week with this stock.
Been loading this am, ready for the 15 break... should get exciting!
I saw the previous posts after Q2. I can't blame people. I am in it till Q3 financials come out at least. I will then re-assess. Hopefully by then its at least still green for me coming in late.
We are delighted to announce that our revolutionary integrated wine bottle opener and cork, Simple Corkâ„¢, which we own in its entirety, has been awarded a patent in France. We are confident that this patent will be the first of many that we'll receive. Since acquiring this invention, we have pursued an aggressive program to build a 'patent wall' around it to protect it. As a result, the Simple Corkâ„¢ has been filed for patent protection in 8 other countries, as well as under the 'Patent Cooperation Treaty' in which 70 countries participate.
dont worry i will stick it on the wall tomorrow promise
it may very well be that.
Not sure if its supply and demand but Amazon list 4 different prices based off of color. Hmmm!!
Amazon's new low low price on Easy Grinder's.

MIAMI, October 3, 2017
MIAMI, October 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --
Vapor Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: VPOR), ("Company"), released today the following update on Simple Corkâ„¢ from its President and CEO, Yaniv Nahon.
"We are delighted to announce that our revolutionary integrated wine bottle opener and cork, Simple Corkâ„¢, which we own in its entirety, has been awarded a patent in France.
Taking a patentable invention from design to manufacturing can be complex. This is especially true when your invention has a potential manufacturing, distribution and marketing footprint across numerous countries. Moreover, for us, the development of Simple Corkâ„¢ and its plans for manufacturing must accommodate the needs of worldwide winery brands that sell across a range of retail price points.
Since last fall, we have been working with our engineering firms in Italy and Israel on the execution of the Simple Corkâ„¢ concept, including several design variations to meet winery brand needs. We believe we are on track for market introductions in early 2018. Moreover, some of the variations from the extensive engineering development provide additional patentable features that we can add to our patent filings, further strengthening the value of Simple Corkâ„¢.
The global market for Simple Corkâ„¢ is huge and complex. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, worldwide wine production is estimated to equate to 36 billion bottles each year. Our plan is to initially capture a small percentage of this market which we will grow year-over-year. The upside potential can only be described as unlimited."

no they didn't. you are not sure. the product was sent back many times. you cant test similar products on this grinder. you want to test weed for this product. that's why the Easy grinder is perfect.
Yeah....every words in PR need to be 1000 times analyze and research on it.
Come on Yaniv. We knows your PR hype up news. Get real facts out please.
I'm not so sure. I don't know where the handle will be made, but remember, this is a licensing deal. The cork manufacturers will produce the product themselves.
I'm pretty sure they did test on site in China with a variety of similar herbs that were available. But without the sticky "real deal" being available, my guess is that's what lead to the do-over on the current model.
Current feedback and reviews clearly indicate that they got it right and the grinder performs very well.
Regardless of what anyone says about their business acumen, it's very clear they nailed it with the current design. Holding back an inferior product was the right thing to do.
I think lighting will strike twice in the same place and the cork is going through the same process of refinement. A lot of the current bashing about the cork is the same as what was said about the grinder earlier this year.
When Yaniv put out the early video of the grinder a lot of people panned it, said it was fake, too big, too loud, etc. With that kind of warm welcome it's no wonder he has pulled back on his social media presence.
As I read the recent PR, it struck me that the one thing most large companies are concerned about (other than image and quality) is cost. I'm sure they have hundreds of cork variations and models that were abandoned for a variety of reasons. None of us care about the failures, it's the successful one that we all want to see. Just like the grinder, I'd prefer to see a well designed, cost effective product come to market late, rather than a costly or immature product that flops.
If the cork is getting the same level of design scrutiny that the grinder did, waiting a bit longer is fine with me.
Wolf wolf wolf this is a piece from china, no one will sell this product,
Too expensive for the producer.
This is going no where .
Not legal and actually pretty ugly sentence if cought.
We forget how expensive it is to create and manufacture.
Would anybody know if marijuana is legal in China? Matter in fact I was wondering if any drug is legal in China if I recall correctly it is a very high offense punishable by many years in jail for the smallest amount of marijuana. That means every time the made a prototype they would have to ship it back to the United States test it out with marijuana and then ship it back and then tell them what the problem was so they can re-design the grinder that I think they did that 78-8 times if I'm not mistaken that's pretty costly to change the manufacturing every time to get it to perfection which the grinder is pretty perfect right now I have many friends that have used it and I've taken it personally to 7 shops and they loved it.
Found it. PR from aug 22.
"However, we encountered serious limitations on what we were able to ship against distributor commitments due to the pre-production need to redesign critical components of the grinder, which delayed the start of initial production and slowed factory output. This in turn, forced higher manufacturing costs and resultant increases in wholesale and retail pricing. Consequently, several distributors reduced the size of their orders, backed off on commitments, or decided to delay acceptance of shipments of the higher priced product until we could prove market acceptance of Easy Grinderâ„¢."
They are currently trying to prove market acceptance. The only people they've proven that to, seem to be those on this board.
Didn't they say something about their manufacturing cost being too high as well? I could be off base but I remember that being in a PR.
Cheds was somewhat right in hindsight. I'm not bashing anything man. I had very high hopes (pun intended) here. Again, this isn't in any of us "longs" control. Management and fins/transparency will hold the fate here.
Cheers
Speaking the truth here folks. Been watching, and occasionally posting on this board for a long time. I see exactly what you are saying brotha and I totally agree. Good luck to us all on this one. $ VPOR$
Have a very small position mostly out. You guys can pump all you want. Haha but I'm being realistic now instead of being continuously let down by this company. Hoping for good fins
GT. Are you still invested? I thought you sold? I hope you are well and dont mean any disrespect, but if you are invested lets pump this up, If not I am sorry for your loss.
Thank you brother.
Please let me know what you find.
If I take their own words regarding the cork at face value, then I have no doubt they're still in conceptual phase and at least a year (or more) from any sort of test marketing and proof of concept, which means not a dime in the near future -- which translates to Easy Grinder being the only source of revenues for the foreseeable future.
Cash this product only exists on a computer video , no prototype at all
They are not patent in france, I'm from france and I should get a answer by
Friday, no french wine maker want this product, is for sur not a good one.
Ez grinder do not sale, this is why they are putting this fake news out.
Be careful everyone's.
Agreed. It's also troubling that according to EPO their so-called patent wall seems to be deleted.
Cashbowski you are correct, DROR and Yaniv got nothing at all
This is just a product who do not exist yet, they did not make enough
Money do bring this in any market, be careful everyone's .
Same. We're about a month out from q3 fins. If they are strong with easy grinder sales this might run a bit but it it's horrible like last one I think most longs will leave
I like that they are speaking to their shareholders. It appears to me from reading previous posts there was an issue with that and hopefully they are trying to correct it.
i saw the Q2 report just from searching this board and how it went back and forth with some info appearing and disappearing. i just hope the sales appear now that were supposed to appear.
thanks king. liking the board so far.
.0015 bid slap hit and there comes a .0016 back on the board
I also liked the PR today. I'm surprised the rest of the investors out there didn't grasp the magnitude of this PR like you and I did.
Only way we'll break 30s again is by a share buy back or extremely impressive q3 numbers imo
I really like the Yaniv pr.... we own simple cork... at least that is clear and patents moving forward.. I am in process of getting back in

On July 20, 2017, Yaniv Nahon, VP, COO and Secretary of the Company was appointed the new President & CEO and Treasurer of the Company, and Dror Svorai, former President & CEO of the Company resigned as an officer and director of the Company and each of its subsidiaries in order to pursue other interests. Simultaneously, Jorge Schcolnik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company was named a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and corporate Secretary.
Concomitantly on July 20, 2017, Dror Svorai entered into a stock purchase agreement with SF Holdings LLC, a privately-held investment company with which he is not affiliated, wherein he sold 100% of his Series A Preferred Stock to SF Holdings LLC and transferred voting control of the Company to SF Holdings LLC. Terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed. Mr. Svorai agreed for an indeterminate amount of time to act as a consultant to the Company's management to smooth the transition.
On August 14, 2017, the Company posted on OTC Markets.com, its second quarter 2017 disclosure statement citing the above changes. The Company also posted its second quarter 2017 financial statements. Yaniv Nahon, current President & CEO of the Company, stated, "The financial statements as of June 30th don't reflect the huge sales gains of Easy Grinder™ to date that we have made since shipping and invoicing only began in early June, with product inventory arriving in multiple shipments throughout the month. So, the financial statements show only a few weeks of Easy Grinder™ sales results." He added, "You'll see a huge gain in our revenues in the third quarter report as Easy Grinder™ sales climbed upward. Also, we made significant sales gains from our attendance at the BIG Industry Show in New York City in August, and ASD Market Week and the CHAMPS Trade Show in Las Vegas in July. This is going to be a very good year."
