And the [e-mail] email address is functional, it is just that Bruce never answers emails sent to that address from anyone except companies and individuals he is working with.

I do have his private email and private mobile phone number, and I have been tempted to post them here, but I have decided not to.

Forgive me, but helping this forum is not my highest priority, and Bruce does not need or want my help.

Your concerns have all been discussed here and on other forums ad nauseam for at least the last five years. No one has EVER tried to make the argument that Bruce Benn is running his company in a traditional or rational manner. The fact that in the past he has used the address of his brother's company as VLDI's mailing address, for example, is ridiculous. Then there are other issues like the fact that VLDI does not have a BOD, and that Bruce Benn is the only officer.

NONE OF THAT IS ACCEPTABLE.

But, since most of us knew all of that when we bought our first share, it is a little late to complain about it.

NONE OF THAT is conventional, and NONE of that is encouraging. BUT, none of that is the reason we bought our VLDI stock. We bought the stock because we confirmed enough of the claims about ValiidianProtect's capabilities to make us believe there is profit to be made with VLDI.

If we had only Bruce Benn's word for it, NONE of us would have stayed with the company. We are here because we have confirmed enough of the claims via third-party sources to convince us that even though Bruce Benn is a narcissistic jerk, he is a narcissistic jerk who has somehow managed to develop the world's best cybersecurity product.

My one and only concern about VLDI and VP and Bruce Benn is that Bruce does not seem to know when enough is enough. Every time he finds out that VP is capable of doing something new, he chases it like the whole deal depends on it. He does not seem to be capable of leaving any possible feature undeveloped.

He has told me and my sources numerous times that he was preparing to finalize everything. But in every case, there has always been ONE MORE THING HE HAS TO DO.

My hope is that eventually, even Bruce Benn will run out of rabbits to chase, and he will either start marketing VP to the world openly, or he will negotiate a buyout.

My sources have told me that day may be coming soon. I hope so, for all of our sakes. We are all sick of waiting, sick of the lies, and sick of Bruce Benn.

So yesterday I emailed both email addresses shown on the contact page at Validian.com and guess what? Both emails were returned as "undeliverable", not to my surprise though. So then I googled the address shown for Validian in Canada, 30 Metcalfe Street Ottawa, ON K1P 5L4 Canada. I was able to find a phone number (613-230-7211) associated with this address, so I called. Of course not in service, dead line, nobody there, and no other numbers to call. So I see the building is a shared office building and locate a few other companies at that address. I decided to call a few of the other companies in that building and see if I can get any info. Take another guess, current tenants in that building don't know anything about a Validian Corp in that building. I don't know what else to say but if I was interested in Validian I don't see any real way to contact the company. I'm not sure what else to say at this point.

I would never call any of you fools, I took the same gamble you all did and had all the hope as well. I will hold my 3 million shares with silent faith that one day I can come on here and say TPP was right. I am in no way attacking TPP, I held his posts and comments in the past close to my faith in VLDI going somewhere. But hearing the same thing over and over with no new news or anything to rally behind is running thin at this point. If there was actual real news to get behind maybe it would be different but nothing, nothing at all and Bruce Benn has been silent and unperceivable and TPP has nothing to share but to believe and hold on, our day is near. Anything that would be nice to hear is not shareable apparently and secret from us investors. As he stated in a previous post, "I cannot share that information on this forum. It is considered off-topic and a violation of the TOU." It's always something that keeps the info away from us. I wish us all the best, after all these years I think we deserve it...

I use the app for board messaging and VLDI was gone from my boards and when I searched to rejoin the group it wasn’t showing up when I typed in the symbol. So I thought maybe it was removed as a message board on iHub. It was weird and I had to delete and reinstall the app and now it’s fine

My Fidelity account lists my stock as 91915P107, but my TDA account lists the stock as VLDI.

It appears that since VLDI is no longer being traded on the OTC, VLDI is not actually an active trading symbol. I have no idea if they can ever use VLDI as a trading symbol again.

But, IMHO, it won't matter since there is almost zero chance VLDI will be relisted on the OTC. If they are ever relisted, I believe it will almost certainly be on the NAZ.

And if/when that happens, I suspect it will be under a new trading symbol.

I have a few thousand shares in a small IRA that I could not sell. They now show up in my account as stock symbol 91915P107. I haven't looked at this account in a long time so don't know when the symbol was changed from VLDI to 91915P107. Has anyone in your group seen the same thing?

Being delisted has not changed VLDI's corporate status, and has not affected our stock ownership. Obviously, if they never RE-list, our stock will remain nearly worthless. The question that must be answered is, do they intend to remain DE-listed or do they intend to RE-list?

Your answer to that question will determine how you feel about VLDI as an investment.

Bruce Benn's answer to that question will determine whether VLDI as an investment will make you rich or leave you holding worthless shares.

And if someone can explain to me why Bruce Benn upgraded the VLDI website in late December of 2021, even though it is supposedly a dead company, and why RASP still thinks VLDI's VP is a viable part of their cybersecurity plans, and why craft.co still considers VP to be a world-class cybersecurity solution, even though VP supposedly doesn't work, and supposedly nobody wants to use it or pay for it, I will join the naysayers' team.

Until that time, don't the people who are actually in possession of the software, world-class cybersecurity experts ALL, know that VP doesn't work? Why is it that ALL of the people who know that VP has failed at every turn are anonymous posters on an obscure Internet investment forum?

Actually, on my forum, there are over 60 members who still feel that it is just a matter of time till it will turn out "great." We own approximately 200,000,000 shares between us and most of us would buy more if we could.

In my opinion, it is no longer a matter of "if" VLDI will come in. It is only a matter of "when" it will come in.

I am more than 99% certain the nightmare will be over soon. I cannot prove it to the satisfaction of any of the naysayers. But then, I don't want them to make any money from this investment anyway after all the damage they have done over the years. So, I am not trying to convince them.

I am not ready to say that is it time to buckle up, but IMO, it is time to stow your gear and put your chair in an upright position, cuz I think I hear the fat lady warming up.

Not sure what news people expect since all license agreements signed failed to produce on going revenue and all that tested the software walked away from it. Then add to that the 20+ qualified potential sale pipe line in final stages of negotiations all too walked away as well. I will tell you that and a little common sense says more than another one of Bruce's spin stories.

I really feel for those that still believe, and decide that this is my last post until any significant news comes out on VLDI, which I do not expect, so probably it is my last post. Good luck to all that still believe I really feel sorry that Bruce can still spell bound some especially after all his 20+ years of failures.

VLDI is dead dead dead. Juicy Brucy has already made 35 million and is long gone. No one wants VP as evidenced by not one company buying the product. Bruce let this go grey because he is fat dumb and happy with the money he has already pocketed at shareholders expense. It is nothing more than a tax write off now.

Sure Bruce had a lot to gain in the past from all his lies about sales that never materialized. It allowed him to pump the stock so he could sell common shares above .03 and convertible bonds and notes to keep the company alive. Even thou he exceed the authorized common shares count on a fully diluted basis. These funds were then siphoned off to the tune of over 35M in sales and marketing expenses that only produced 5-6 license agreements that actually went nowhere. This includes the Ganthet sham that was supposed to upset the mobile messaging business with its super security. I still occasionally look for a Ganthet website or product for sale and there is nothing to find 6 years after the announcement.

My statement is fact and not opinion, since there has not been any real PR or news release on Validian since Rafael's glowing recommendation. The Rasp mention was just another sham since that report did not even cover VLDI.

Yes Bruce turns every piece of bad news to his advantage as part of his plan. Too bad some still believe him, since his real plan is covered by his lies.

Like I stated before Quantum networking will make most cyber security obsolete by the time VLDI ever raises its head from the dead.

Sorry to say with VLDI no news is bad news since Bruce has run out of options and stories to keep the company alive. Dead is dead when it comes to VLD and any investment in the company. That is definitely my opinion but it is based on facts!

May I suggest that you might start by believing the CEO of the company since he has absolutely NOTHING to gain by lying to you? He isn't selling the shareholders ANYTHING. He has NEVER dumped shares of stock on the market to put money in his own pocket. Most of the money that some have suggested he STOLE from the company was his own money ($35million of it at least), or money from his own family, closest friends, and lifetime business associates, some of whom invested in numerous other companies he has taken to profit. He has NEVER pumped his stock to raise money from us, not even once in twenty years. EVERY SINGLE CLAIM he has made in his PRs that could possibly be confirmed without derailing his plan has been confirmed. Now even RASP has acknowledged that VLDI is part of their cybersecurity product line. And the delisting of VLDI to the gray market has not changed ANY of that. And if you will think about it for even one second, you will see that all the delisting has done is give Bruce Benn the chance to finish his business plan in the dark without interference by VLDI's competition or its shareholders, rather than requiring him to make quarterly and annual disclosures of his progress. From Bruce's point of view that is a MAJOR advantage. If the man intended to harm us he would have done it YEARS AGO, and he CERTAINLY would not have waited for two years without any SEC reports to do it. He has effectively been in the dark for over two years, and the company is not only still in business, but it has also updated its website, activated its support email address, and has now been touted twice for its participation in RASP, a M\AJOR WORLD-CLASS INTERNATIONAL effort that is going to change the way the entire world approaches cybersecurity.

RELAX. IN MY OPINION, YOUR MONEY IS SAFE. When the dust settles, I FULLY EXPECT that you are going to be RICH beyond your wildest expectations.

And the GOOD NEWS IS, since they are on the Gray Market, you are being forced to let Bruce Benn make you rich even if you don't want him to. LOL
