| Mieka Corporation is a private oil and gas exploration and production company based in Lewisville, Texas. Since our formation in 2001, we have participated in the drilling of 214 oil and natural gas wells located in Pennsylvania and Kentucky, 198 of which were completed as commercial producers. Our seasoned team of oil and gas professionals is constantly seeking new drilling opportunities and potential acquisitions of producing oil and gas properties.
In 2007, we formed Mieka, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to develop our oil and gas wells in Kentucky. Mieka LLC is in the process of becoming licensed as an operator in Texas for the purpose of operating oil and gas wells in which Mieka Corporation holds an interest in Texas.
