,,,,,,,How's Monsterrat...a guy that used to work for me talked all the time about Monsterrat. Looks nice but the active volcano thing unerves me. How's the night life there?? Looks lame from my google searches...what's there to do??

This should be appropriate. However it is from Costa Rica. We had two little shakes there last month but it is normal the locals told me. Then I had never been so close to any live volcanoes. Simply amazing.

Monsterrat was/is a little island in the Caribbean, very close to Nevis/St.Kitts. It used to be a marvelous place. Now it kinda looks like Pompeii (after)

I really liked Montserrat, and we almost bought a vacation house there, two months before it grew a Volcano. In fact, we were in negotiations when the first puffs started appearing on the horizon..lol!

We also seemed to time our vacations to Florida with two major hurricanes.

Our friends now ask us to warn them when we're planning a vacation, so they can go in the opposite direction.

tourists can expect to find great beaches .. beautiful women and handsome men, as everywhere .. lots of lousy service .. discrimination as everywhere and not .. crook leaders, government and opposition .. good peoples and bastards .. people in luxury .. people in need .. sleazy, poor, unfortunate pedophiles and evil ones too .. gay unions .. gay and straight pubs and the odd mixture ones too .. state with more slots than Las Vegas .. a PM up a Pres's windpipe .. who echoes ..

early 90's got kicked out of the lobby of the, maybe Chevron Hilton on yelling STOP THE WAR

my place "is great", but not mainstream, kinda under a flight path if the wind is wrong .. adjacent to a railway .. in need of repair

biggest vacation surprise only for select ears

nightmare one when radiator went .. one the clutch .. 3rd upset a husband and kicked out of the house .. hit a trigger in his head

.. favorite type of vacation: any with or meeting friends .. happy .. new .. interesting on water, in mountains, cities or towns .. newer and different the better

something new discovered .. Sydney is empty .. good people and dickheads everywhere .. a certain gentility .. humility .. focus and quiet pride in many Asian people .. no hate for Yanks in Vietnam that I came across .. have to listen hard and duck and weave to communicate .. public outside mosque efforts are an anachronism and worse than mosquitoes .. we could get away with much less stringent health and safety regulations as in Hanoi they sell meat on the street and generally people are healthy .. course few have air-conditioners and more ride scooters and small motor bikes .. few bicycles in Vietnam cities .. a job wherever possible in Cairo

no best short/weekend spot .. cannot share photos .. never use a vacation website as can only afford a few vacations
