Looks like they allow trading for a window of time before they revoke it. So anyone wanting to sell their shares before the revoke(worthless security removal process) can sell now instead of the latter procedure.

I could be wrong. It may have just been an old insider taking advantage of a good situation with the interest on the shell. And was just selling his/her shares but it was just a strange situation nonetheless. Ive heard a lot of stories about shell facilitators and what they got in trouble with doing with things like this. Selling unregistered shares and all that with shells they didnt even have complete ownership of. Some of them even went to jail I believe.

Sucks, my 3rd suspension this year.... BK was dismissed. Do you think the person using AABA had inside info and that's why they were selling all those shares? Should that person be investigated and have their account records pulled and see if it was one of the people intimately involved? Isnt the first time I have seen something like this. Just my opinion on this all.

Could be a start up or a holding co for a already established co. Don't know, buy on hope and cross fingers. Although this guy has done some really stuff on his track record. The shorts show up on nasdaq and other websites. You cant always trust the figures as shorts on otherstocks but this one is quite different. Imo.

UIBT Short since the reinstatement. I am sure some of this has been covered but this is a very unusual shorting experience. This could turn into a nice little MOASS when RM is announced, name change, News, or anything of the like.imo

456,310 Shares Shorted since reinstatement. I dont think AABA covered anything close to all of those. If he was responsible for 400k of the 450 and he only covered 15-25% he will be in some major doodoo soon. Just look at the other RMs Bartel has done. This is going to be wild.imo

Looks like Joseph Bartel is the guy facilitating this. Remember GNCP? .40x.70s and it has a slightly higher OS than UIBT. This could be a considerable leap of pps for UIBT in the coming times.imo
