From what I gather from various Facebook groups, a green group called the Adirondak Council put a request into the Surface Transportation Board to declare the line abandoned quickly before that United Rail or any other railroad could buy it. They want the corridor for a fail trail. The STB accepted their petition and had a time period for anyone to object. Some have and now we are waiting to hear the final decision.

Will this company accept Monopoly money for shares? I’d be willing to invest some of that in URAL. Barron is a door to door vacuum cleaner salesman with a pretty established bait-and-switch technique. Anyone giving your hard earned money to this company needs to do one of the following:
(1) schedule a consultation with a psychiatrist; seeing facts and not believing them is some kind of disorder probably treatable with FDA-approved drugs
(2) commit to an IQ test at an Ivy League institution (seriously you may be able to get some financial assistance for being below the idiot line; of which you can promptly hand over to Barron)
(3) quit your job; why bother working to just throw money down the drain: you have better odds entering “America’s Got Talent” and showcasing your financial intellect

Since URAL took over operations ox the XTRAIN from LVXI THIS IS THE TIMELINE:


GETTING CLOSER.......FROM LAST FILINGS.....To commence commercial service of the Los Angeles to Las Vegas route, we will need to negotiate and secure the necessary rights, equipment and facilities by August 2019. These items include: securing a regularly scheduled train agreement from Amtrak to operate our excursion service on a weekly basis beginning with one round trip train per week and increasing to six round trips per week over the next several years as demand dictates, securing operating rights to run our trains over tracks owned by private railroads, obtaining the capability to operate train equipment safely and in conformity with applicable government regulations, and purchasing or leasing appropriate locomotive and passenger cars designed to move passengers over the route in comfort and securing leases on terminal facilities and passenger depots in Los Angeles and in Las Vegas. We expect the X Train to begin running in January 2020.

The Company also owns a licensed IATIA travel agency, X Train Vacations which books rail excursions for other passenger railroads in the United States of America. X Train Vacations is considered as a part of the Las Vegas Railway Express division.

The specific steps, estimated costs and expected timeline for operation of our X Train service are as follows:

September 2019 – December 2019: Rail realignment on station property to accommodate the X Train station – Cost - $1 million

September 2019 – December 2019: Training of Amtrak crews for certification of the new route between Dagget, Ca. & Las Vegas - $650,000

September 2019 – January 2020: Beta test runs on route $750,000

July 2019 – October 2019: Procurement of passenger rail cars for service

The transaction already occurred for United Rail Inc. to purchase the Las Vegas Xpress project for $3 million. LVXI and its share holders will be receiving 300 million shares from United Rail Inc. OTC:PK:URAL is our listing and this transaction purchased the project for six times the current market Cap in LVXI. The purchase remains on the LVXI balance sheet until such time as shares are distributed to shareholders.

If this .09 shares for LVXI is true and some people know and others do not, would be an unfair advantage. To buy 500 dollars worth of ural for say .007 you get 71,428 shares. Take the same 500 buy 5 million shares and convert at .09 you get 450,000 ural shares. Automatic 4 times your money!!!FISHY=SCANDALOUS
