Never forget! UAMA CEO falsified filings! Fraud!
UAMA CEO knowingly committed fraud in SEC filing!
Here are the facts:
- Benoit Laliberte signs as President, CEO and CFO of UAMA
- Claims "no violations in past 10 years" in Pink reports of YE 2018, Q1 2019, Q2 2019
- Court found him guilty v AMF in April 2009 on additional 3 counts
- Evidence clear of convictions within past 10 years at time of filings.
So Mr. Benoit Laliberte did knowlingly commit fraud in these UAMA reports.
SEC should prosecute Mr. Laliberte.
UAMA CEO convicted criminal, bankrupt! Never forget!
He has been labeled as such by The Canadian Press. You can rest assured it is true as Mr. Benoit Laliberte has not filed suit against this news organization.
Mr. Benoit Laliberte is President, CEO & CFO of UAMA! All three positions held by Mr. Benoit Laliberte who was found guilty on 44 of 48 counts, stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.

Quote:
"Montréal – In a decision handed down on April 28, 2009, Judge Richard Wagner of Superior Court (Criminal and Penal Division), district of Montréal, found Benoît Laliberté guilty of three of the four charges under an appeal launched by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in September 2008.
At the request of the AMF, the Court thereby quashed the acquittal verdicts issued by Judge Céline Lacerte-Lamontagne in February 2008 in respect of charges 6, 9 and 38. Specifically, the AMF succeeded in its appeal in respect of two charges related to an insider's obligation to report transactions within the time period prescribed by law and in respect of one charge related to making misrepresentations in a press release."

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contract.
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors and in SEC filings. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings before the Supreme Court of BC produced the following:
Quote:
49. As stated above, Mr. Laliberte is an undischarged bankrupt. Despite this, he has claimed
to be an officer and/or representative of a variety of companies in the TNW Group, most
recently being Teliphone and Investel Capital Corporation.
Ask yourself, "What kind of company has convicted criminal CEO?"
Then ask yourself, "What kind of a company has a bankrupt CEO"

UAMA subs filed bankruptcy in Nov 2016
Benoit Laliberte still undischarged bankrupt in Canada. 10+ years that way.
Then he lead Investel, Teliphone, Navigata, Westel into CCAA Proceedings back in November 2016. Those proceedings (often referred to as bankruptcy in Canada) led to the total "gutting" of the enterprises.
All of this the product of rampant incompetency, fraudulent behavior, and egotism.
Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO is undischarged bankrupt.
Complicit posters were always made accusations against me.
So "what goes around comes around"

UAMA management. Incompetent, fraudulent, or dummies?
Amazing lack of successful track record. Maybe losing in their DNA.
Wireless could have been big success and all the pieces including financing in place. Firing RuralCom CEO killed the business momentum and financing commitments.
Seems Mr. Laliberte doesn't understand that institutional sources of capital won't deal with a convicted criminal.
Maybe calling them dummies unfair!
UAMA Blockdomes? Mine or simply rent space?
UAMA fraud does not appear to mine cryptocurrencies. Simply rent Blockdome space to real miners who are small-time operators and never named. Woodland (the unamed initial occupant of Blockdomes) didn't stick around long and ended up giving the miners (likely outdated now) to Investel, UAMA et al.
So maybe best way to look at Blockdomes is a truly limited "hobby-farm" with about the same potential upside. Pleased that waste heat can help grow vegetables.
Not much of a business model as the sophormoric Blockdomes don't seem to have attracted the attention you might expect if it were a truly cost-effective advancement in the industry.
Hobby farm indeed!
CCAA Proceeding GUTTED UAMA!
Regardless of the entities involved the CCAA Proceedings (essentially bankruptcy in Canada) gutted Investel, UAMA etc. and in the end nothing was left. A huge pile of unpaid legal bills and most creditors did not recover amounts owed to them.
Look back at the wireless fiasco! Big loser for UAMA!
When Laliberte bought RuralCom roaming agreements signed, executed and in place with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint. Discussions with Bell Canada were underway and confirmed in writing.
RuralCom CEO had written term sheets to fund $5+ million in funding (w/option for more) which would have quickly brought the existing basic network to operational status and generating decent revenue. But no! Laliberte's ego got in the way and after offering RuralCom CEO a pathetic JV proposal, which was immediately rejected, he fired the former CEO. Then did an end-run with potential investors (the creators of the term sheets) and was promptly shown the door. Then the pathetic Laliberte and Trevor-Deutsch (I like to refer to them as Bert and Ernie) made ill-advised overtures to the CRTC to illustrate how little they knew of the wireless telecom business. TNW Wireless (formerly RuralCom) was essentially dead at that time and any hope of building a rural cellular business disappeared.
RuralCom has all the pieces in place to move forward in early 2017 and Laliberte and crew displayed their ignorance and talent in this debacle.
Their incompetence and fraud killed a perfectly decent opportunity. If it has been built per the plans they acquired in the purchase it would be generating $40-60M in revenue today with EBITDA in the 40-60% range.
RuralCom represented a VERY REAL AND DECENT OPPORTUNITY, came with funding and could have quickly expanded UAMA and had done it it would be worth over $100M enterprise value today, likely listed on the TSX or NASDAQ. Instead Laliberte made it worth $154.00! Brilliant egotist!
Ignore any attempts by Laliberte to rebuild UAMA it will be doomed from the beginning.
Look back! Patents for Blockdomes?
Haven't seen any and likely not materializing.
Like most of sophomoric drivel that these guys produce not worthy of patents.
All same comments on negative pressure cabinets. Last time I checked you could buy these same items on open market, so not patentable.
Just more lies and deception from these fraudsters.
UAMA cooking up new scam?
Likely some crypto-scam built around sophomoric blockdomes?
The same tripe the doesn't have appeared to gain any patents. They're always
"pending" with Benoit and his team of miscreants. Even years later, which of course is nonsense.
Mining is mining not growing tomatoes, though maybe tomatoes not a bad idea for these guys. Likely more sustainable and profitable.
Hut 8 the largest miner in Canada focuses on mining. What a concept!
If new scam is wireless it will be laughable. Look back at the April 2021 press release on operating as a MVNO. I built the largest cellular resale organization in the US. It takes talent and capital. Laliberte and his clowns spurned an immediate opportunity back in 2016 when they acquired RuralCom. Network up, roaming agreements in place with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and Bell pending and CEO had term sheets promising capital. Could have quickly built a business generating $40-60M in annual revenue with EBITDA in 40-60% range. But no Laliberte can't get by his overblown ego and fired the RuralCom CEO which led to a worthless business today.
The only business Mr. Laliberte had was built on fraud and resulted in his convictions on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
I can hardly wait to read about the latest scam, it'll be fun! Though not so much for the gullible who choose to follow this convicted criminal.

The same tripe the doesn't have appeared to gain any patents.

- Evidence clear of convictions within past 10 years at time of filings.
So Mr. Benoit Laliberte did knowlingly commit fraud in these UAMA reports.
SEC should prosecute Mr. Laliberte.
Recent post reminds me to refresh my written SEC complaint.
Funny! What kind of a failure will it be?
Will it be like TNW Wireless, Inelco, or just a new scam from the mastermind who's been labeled as a convicted criminal by The Canadian Press.
As always with these guys CAVEAT EMPTOR!
This is due to come alive again soon.. could be worth a punt.
Attention SEC: UAMA CEO falsified filings!

SEC should prosecute Mr. Laliberte.
Fraudulent promotion and complicit cohorts/posters.
First prepare some eye candy promotional material. Glossy, and keep it as mysterious as possible. Refrain from any specifics to the greatest extent possible. Add some videos. UAMA knows how to do it as they've done it before.
How about we repack Blockdomes and call them Agrodomes? Brilliant idea!
Call them green because we'll put cryptocurrency mining processors on farm land and use some of the heat generated to warm the greenhouses. Pretend its revolutionary and don't tell anybody that you could make more money by focusing on increasing the intensity of the mining. At the end of the day the hot air isn't worth much and a lot less than the impact of investing those dollars in additional processors.
Probably can't get Hut 8 to buy it but The Jolly Green Giant will love it.
Then get some cohorts/posters with limited smarts to help pump it on this sites like this. Give the nod to anything that the company spews and support the notion of a limitless future. Ignore the facts and the convicted criminal label placed on the UAMA CEO by The Canadian Press. It's the vision and illusion of a successful future that counts. Pump it up at every opportunity.
Get those same cohorts/posters to attack anybody who dares to question this grand illusion. Call them names, accuse them of wrongdoing, call them bankrupts and harass the heck out of them right on sites like this. Heck even try to identify them and where successful post pictures of where they live. Find people with same name recently convicted somewhere else for theft, rape, murder or whatever and suggest maybe they're the same person. Threaten to pay them a visit. Makes a person wonder if this kind of behavior rises to the definition of racketeering under US Laws but heck who cares.
No future for any business run by Benoit Laliberte.
Why? Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO has a blemished track record of mediocrity and fraud.
The failure of UAMA is factual evidence of his rampant incompetence. AGRODOMES will be no different. First think about "patents pending" for nearly 4 years! It just doesn't take that long with the USPO. So likely nature's way to telling us it's not patentable.
Have UAMA or anybody else made money with this sophomoric science experiment. UAMA behind in SEC OTCBB filings and wasn't looking promising at end of 2Q-2021. Likely a money loser. Want to make money in crypto currency mining? Do it like the successful companies like Hut 8. UAMA et al and AGORDOMES not even on the radar in Quebec among the local field of cryptocurrency miners! That's really telling!
BTW how's the land-use issues. The local Land-use Tribunal ruled against UAMA's local subsidiary telling them to shut Blockdomes (previous label) down and restore the land to purely agricultural use. How about an update on those battles and tell investors how much it's going to cost to restore the land and move to another location.
Facts are clear that Mr. Laliberte should have gone to JAIL for his 44 convictions for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors. He'd have been sent to jail in any other Province in Canada at the time and certainly in the US. He was lucky to have dodged a jail sentence.
Not only has he been an undischarged bankrupt for the past ten (10) years, but also morally bankrupt. Dig into the bankruptcy proceedings and the many documented breaches of contract. Serious enough that one judge went on the record commenting that it appeared that such breaches seemed a business practice of Mr. Laliberte.
The record shows that Mr. Laliberte is a poor manager and leader. He's screwed up and caused the failure of numerous companies the largest of which was Teliphone-Navigata-Westel. That $47M bankruptcy totally GUTTED the asset base and employee talent base. Nothing is left except for a pile of legal bills and potential action against Mr. Laliberte for his written threats to an Officer of the Court and his failure to remit employee tax withholdings to the CRA in Canada. Will this bring charges against Mr. Laliberte? Time will tell.
In retrospect not sure why Investel, UAMA, Laliberte bought RuralCom. RuralCom became TNW Wireless Inc and that has totally failed. Time has clearly demonstrated that Mr. Laliberte doesn't understand wireless. RuralCom was "market ready" with institutional investor support garnered through the RuralCom CEO. It could have been quickly built into a significant regional carrier and could be generating $40-80M today in annual revenues with really decent EBITDAs, except Benoit's EGO got in the way and it was all for naught. The CEO was set free along with his financial supporters and the record will show that when Laliberte approached those institutional investors in an apparent end run, he was shown the door! Funny how the investor community eschews convicted criminals.
Don't see the greatness that some other posters seem to want to see in Mr. Laliberte. He's a fraudster with an unremarkable track record. Predictably the past is the best clue to the future of UAMA and it is bleak!

No Benoit Laliberte business will succeed incl. AGRODOMES.

$151 Mkt. Cap. says it all. Worthless!
All thanks to leadership of Mr. Beniot Laliberte, UAMA CEO.
It was always a fraud to those who could see past the hype and deception dolled out by UAMA and amplified by a select few complicit supporters. Fraud is fraud whether from the source or passed along by others to add some credence to the conversation.
Should have been no surprise as Mr. Laliberte was convicted on 44 counts of STOCK FRAUD, MARKET MANIPULATION AND DECEIVING INVESTORS. The Canadian Press labeled him a convicted criminal.

Oops! Don't violate the law!
My previous advise for how cohorts could support the Company need to consider:
“Cyberthreats” can simply mean threatening communications that are conveyed via the Internet,
cellphone, or other digital means. The communication in interstate commerce of threats to harm a personor property, to kidnap a person, or to damage a person’s reputation, is a violation of federal law pursuantto 18 U.S.C. § 875. Because the Internet is a means of interstate commerce, threats sent online may befederally prosecuted. See 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) (2015). It is axiomatic that “cyberthreats” are “threatening”to the victim, as the perpetrator generally intends the victim to feel threatened. For instance, the victim in a recent Supreme Court case addressing section 875 stated, “I felt like I was being stalked. I feltextremely afraid for mine and my children’s and my families’ lives.” Elonis v. United States, 135 S. Ct.
2001, 2007 (2015). (For a detailed discussion of this case, see Gretchen Shappert, Elonis v. United States:
Consequences for 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) and the Communication of Threats in Interstate Commerce,
UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS’ BULLETIN (May 2016)).
The term “cyberthreats” can also refer to malicious attempts to damage or disrupt a computer network
or system. For instance, after President Obama referred to cyberthreats in the February 2013 State of the
Union Address, the White House clarified that “[c]yberthreats cover a wide range of malicious activity
that can occur through cyberspace. Such threats include Web site defacement, espionage, theft of
intellectual property, denial of service attacks, and destructive malware." Caitlin Hayden, spokeswoman
for the White House National Security Council. This definition of cyberthreat is beyond the scope of this
article
OopsI That's in violation of the law.
I shouldn't have suggested that cohorts act in that manner in my previous e-mail as it turns out that such behavior violates US law.
C. Cyberstalking
Stalking is a pattern of repeated and unwanted attention, harassment, contact, or any other course
of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear. Department ofJustice, Office of Victims of Crime.
Stalking can include:
• Repeated, unwanted, intrusive, and frightening communications from the perpetrator by phone,
mail, and/or email
• Repeatedly leaving or sending the victim unwanted items, presents, or flowers
• Following or lying in wait for the victim at places such as home, school, work, or place of
recreation
• Making direct or indirect threats to harm the victim, the victim's children, relatives, friends, or
pets
• Damaging or threatening to damage the victim's property
• Harassing the victim through the Internet
• Posting information or spreading rumors about the victim on the Internet, in a public place, or by
word of mouth
May 2016 United States Attorneys’ Bulletin 5
• Obtaining personal information about the victim by accessing public records, using Internet
search services, hiring private investigators, searching through the victim's garbage, following the
victim, and contacting the victim's friends, family, co-workers, or neighbors, etc.
Fraudulent promotion on sites like this!
Then get some cohorts with limited smarts to help pump it on this sites like this. Give the nod to anything that the company spews and support the notion of a limitless future. Ignore the facts and the convicted criminal label placed on the UAMA CEO by The Canadian Press. It's the vision and illusion of a successful future that counts. Pump it up at every opportunity.
Get those same cohorts to attack anybody who dares to question this grand illusion.
UAMA has rich history of serial failures!
CCAA Proceedings first filed in November 2016 finally wrapped up in 2021. Resulted in total gutting of all UAMA et al assets and the employee base. There is nothing left.
Wireless initiative failed after Laliberte and his cohorts screwed up a market ready opportunity they bought for a song. Don't underestimate the level of incompetence under this CEO.
Benoit Laliberte has never built a business of lasting value or one that any other party wanted to buy.
Fraud is baked into UAMA.
Blockdomes was going to revolutionize cryptocurrency mining. Never happened. So they're going to change the name to Agrodomes.
Doing the same thing and expecting different results is definition of insanity.
Predictably. Agrodomes will fail just like Blockdomes.
UAMA can add it to the list of failures like wireless that is gone!. Telephone-Navigation-Westel is long gone after bankruptcy that gutted the business of all assets and employees. Sold off to partially pay off debts.
Remember the patent litigation against some big names. Never went anywhere. Total waste of time, management resources and scarce capital.
With Laliberte and his cohorts it's always about the "illusion of progress" and they're like circus barkers attempting to create "an illusion of value".
Expect a new fraudulent vision soon.
Agrodomes being touted as a way to mine cryptocurrency in a "green" fashion. Under the covers it is nothing more that a high-school level science experiment with no traction. They tried it before and called in Blockdomes and it was really smart others would already be doing it.
Real miners with traction like Hut 8 focus on large-scale mining on cheap land with cheap power and that's how to make money.
Using the heat from mining processors will soon become irrelevant as processors become more efficient. Agrodomes may make more sense operating off the flatulence of livestock.
UAMA CEO deceived investors! CAVEAT EMPTOR
Mr. Benoit Laliberte, found guilt of 44 counts of STOCK FRAUD, MARKET MANIPULATION and DECEIVING INVESTORS.
If you look back their is a pattern of grandiose visions of success that NEVER materialize. Once the hook is set there's usually a few cheerleaders who populate this board promulgating the same BS that is totally without merit.
History will reveal that the UAMA CEO has been labeled as a convicted criminal and he and his cohorts have never built a business of lasting value of one that anybody wanted to buy.
UAMA CEO convicted criminal. Fraud Alert!
What kind of a company has convicted criminal President, CEO and CFO? CAVEAT EMPTOR.
evidence:
and more evidence:
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors and in SEC filings. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings before the Supreme Court of BC produced the following:
Ask yourself, "What kind of company has convicted criminal CEO?"
Then ask yourself, "What kind of a company has a bankrupt CEO"
Caveat Emptor - CAVEAT EMPTOR - see OTC Markets - UAMA
Thanks! sound like sound advice for me.GLTY
CCAA Proceeding (bankruptcy)killed it.
Originally filed in November 2016, and just recently closed this bankruptcy totally gutted the asset and employee base.
All of the telecom assets sold to pay off some debt and in the end not enough to pay off the debtors or the mountain of legal bills.
Wireless initiative dead due to incompetence.
Cryptocurrency mining started mining for an unnamed Vancouver company who, in the end, gave the outdated processors to UAMA et al and UAMA tried to build a business around them. Blockdomes was the first iteration and now they're apparently going to try and dress up that pig with a new name and a green theme.
There's a truly rich history of failure here under Benoit Laliberte, even if you can get past his convicted criminal status (thank you The Canadian Press!). His convictions on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors need to be kept in mind. He has never built a business of lasting value or one that anyone wanted to buy from him.
The modus operandi is always pretty much the same. Dress up the idea and make grandiose announcements of what the future could offer. In the end it's always a fraud and you'll note that they can't raise capital from any institutional sources.
There was one chance to take the market-ready RuralCom which they bought in 2017 and turn it into a really decent wholesale cellular carrier in Canada. It had the requisite roaming agreements and the long-time RuralCom CEO had industry contacts and financing term sheets, though Benoit Laliberte's ego wouldn't allow him to keep that CEO. Laliberte's internal pick for CEO was a joke and the financing term sheets evaporated as did the negotiated roaming agreements and that business was managed into the ground by Benoit Laliberte and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch.
If they had let the CEO raise the capital and continue building the network it could be a business generating $40-60M in annual revenue today with a 40-60% EBITDA. Astounding incompetence on the part of UAMA CEO, Mr. Benoit Laliberte. It's all about his ego!
Not totally dead, but would.avoid for now. Wait until the CE is removed and they are current with FINS. Then see where they are.
Whats up with this stock. Is it dead or alive? Someone help please.
Don't believe UAMA BS. Research mining!
Coindesk says business going in a different direction that UAMA POS Agrodomes!

"Illusion of progress" UAMAs most important product?
No secret Benoit Laliberte fond of big expansive news releases which never materialize.
My favorite the big plans for cryptocurrency mining campus in Quebec.
Nothing came of it.
BS baffles brains seems to be their approach.
Now talk of wireless MVNO which will predictably go nowhere!
UAMA CEO knowingly committed fraud in SEC filings!
So Mr. Benoit Laliberte did knowingly commit fraud in these UAMA reports.
Complaints have been filed with the SEC.
Let me list what not to like:
-convicted criminal CEO
-crypto mining needs scaling not served with a salad
-successful crypto miners mine with latest most powerful processors
-management team has track record of serial failures
-this team can't raise significant capital
Agrodomes looking like the future. Green Crypto Mining with Clean Heated Greenhouses.
Whats not to like…..
No specifics on how Agrodomes will actually make money.
A concept that's likely not worth more that the current market cap of this dog!
What a grand joke the "new vision" is.
UAMA MVNO initiative failed and predictably so will Agrodomes.
Another failing "vision" from Benoit Laliberte (Bert) and Lawry Trevor-Deutsch (Ernie).
A dumb vision that pretends to bring together cryptocurrency mining and agriculture.
Could only come from Bert and Ernie!

BlockNum is a Distributed Ledger Technology (“DLT”) which uses the Public Switched Telephone Network to support secure transactions for the GIGA token through the development of a Public Switched Teliphone Blockchain Network or PSTBN. BlockNum is a highly permissioned blockchain with an access control layer for the blockchain nodes based on SIP messages with communication occurring solely via SIP-based message over IP protocol.
The PSTN provides an immense installed decentralized network base and when combined with SIP message, is an immensely secure system which is instantly scalable to allow the BlockNum to reach any person in the world who has a phone and phone number.
BlockNum will operate on the principle of “Proof of Consensus” or PoC as opposed to “Proof of Work” “Proof of Stake” blockchains. Proof of Consensus focusses on determining that consensus has been achieved (the “consensus event”) within a network of decentralized distributed ledgers and where the ledgers are held within a combination of trusted and independent anonymous nodes. Transaction “consensus” is achieved through a second layer of token nodes which sole function is to approve or deny a transaction in a consensus event.
The GIGA is a new form of token which can be viewed as a “transport token”. It is defined as a transport token because it “transports” transactions between parties in a seamless and transparent manner.
The GIGA transports all transactions in the BlockNum which includes the transfer of GIGAs between BlockNum wallets well as other future transaction modules such as seamless and instant currency exchange (fiat to fiat, crypto to crypto, fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat).
In the future, the GIGA will also be available for the payment of services in real time. As such, it will become the first “consumable” token – i.e. it will be consumed as services are used. For example, one of the BlockNum modules currently under development is iPCS, an IP-only mobile service. iPCS will accept the GIGA for services provided and GIGAs will be consumed as the services are provided.
The GIGA using BlockNum blockchain technology will become a secure, trusted and transparent mechanism for BlockNum transactions.
Anyone with a BlockNum wallet will be able to transact in GIGAs or fiat/crypto equivalents using the BlockNum standalone application, the BlockNum website accessed through their smartphone, or a BlockNum application embedded in a third party service. Returning to the example of iPCS, the mobile service will provide an embedded BlockNum option within the iPCS app.
GIGAs will be issued by Internet PCS Inc. (BVI) (iPCS BVI).
iPCS has developed a patent pending technology that brings all its SoIP subscribers in compliant with international rules, regulations and roaming agreements and therefore provides a new generation of wireless services, at lower cost with much more flexibility for its users.
When an iPCS subscriber device is connected to an internet Wi-Fi network, the 3G/LTE cellular radio is automatically deactivated on the device and therefore not using the roaming partner network and spectrum. At the same time, all connections seamlessly switch to a remote access of iPCS’ own licensed spectrum, Cloud Spectrum-over-WiFi (CSoW). Therefore users are not permanently using partner networks roaming service and remain at all time in compliance of such usage agreements. iPCS can use several different roaming partner networks (if available) for each WiFi to 3G/LTE transfer between network session switches to obtain best quality of service.
iPCS features unlimited calling and MMS services when on Wi-Fi, and this represents a valuable alternative for international mobile roaming services. Only calls made outside the continental US and Canada can incur additional charges.
All personal information such as SMS texts, call logs, contact information and voicemail reside on secured cloud servers which can only be accessed under a secured user session. This means that when a user chooses to log out of the service the information cannot be accessed on the smartphone and 911 emergency services are available.
Users can have multiple profiles on their device, each with different usernames and different phone numbers, SMS text number, voicemails etc. Therefore several iPCS™ users can share the same smartphone device if they choose. iPCS™ SIM cards are not tied to a specific subscriber as in traditional mobile services so iPCS™ users can access their TNW Mobile service on any phone with a TNW Mobile SIM.
BlockChainDomes / BlockChainDatacenters
The BlockchainDomes™ are cryptocurrency mining facilities that will house mining servers and will provide both ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) and GPU (graphics processing unit) based capability enabling the mining of both Bitcoin and Ethereum. It further incorporates highly innovative energy features which provide passive cooling using the ground as a natural source of cold air which induced through a chimney effect through its design.
In the past year, Cryptocurrency mining has become exceedingly popular at both with individuals and commercial operations. This is due to the rising value of cryptocurrencies as well as an increased awareness of the financial opportunities from mining. However establishing cryptocurrency mining operations is still a complex and expensive process and provides variable returns on investment based on available technical skills and direct costs of operations which are often linked to economies of scale.
It is well established for example, that mining operations are extremely energy intensive and as such the profitability of mining operations is highly dependent on the efficiency of the mining rigs and more importantly, the cost of electricity used for both the rigs themselves and the massive cooling requirements from the heat they generate. Some current reports indicate that for Bitcoin alone, mining operations consume as much electricity annually as the whole of Ireland and the electrical consumption per transaction is equivalent to what 9 average US households would use in a day. Therefore there is intense pressure on mining operations to both reduce the amount of energy required in the process and to seek out the lowest possible cost of electricity.
The Blockchain DomeTM
The Blockchain Dome is cryptocurrency mining facility that will house up to 1,000 mining servers and will provide both ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) and GPU (graphics processing unit) based capability enabling the mining of both Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Servers will be sold to investors (individual, group or corporate) and these be operated by United American Corp through its wholly-owned subsidiary, United Blockchain Corp (United Blockchain) through its subsidiary, Blockchain Data Centers Inc., under a profit sharing agreement with the owners of the servers (half to the owners, half to United Blockchain) in an operationally innovative environment which minimizes costs and maximizes financial returns.
Under the Blockchain Dome business model, mining proceeds will be exchanged for US or Canadian dollars at a minimum once per month. As such United Blockchain will at no time hold any cryptocurrency on behalf of itself or owners of Blockchain Dome mining servers.
The Blockchain Dome will the first facility of its kind that will provide complete cryptocurrency mining capacity to individuals, groups of individuals and commercial operations on a reasonable investment basis and that allows all participants to own their own rigs and benefit from economies of scale. These economies of scale are realized through lower capital costs (though volume purchasing), lower which take advantage of Quebec’s unique electrical price structure as well as very basic overhead costs which can be amortized over all the mining servers in a specific Blockchain Dome.
The Blockchain Dome will appeal to various levels and demographics of miners ranging from individuals (or groups of individuals) who want to get into the mining business, to commercial operations and to general investors who want a turnkey managed play in cryptocurrency mining.
The Blockchain Dome has been designed for rapid deployment and easy to be replicated with some 25 facilities planned for the Province of Quebec based on demand over the next 24 months.
