Mr. Benoit Laliberte, found guilt of 44 counts of STOCK FRAUD, MARKET MANIPULATION and DECEIVING INVESTORS.

If you look back their is a pattern of grandiose visions of success that NEVER materialize. Once the hook is set there's usually a few cheerleaders who populate this board promulgating the same BS that is totally without merit.

History will reveal that the UAMA CEO has been labeled as a convicted criminal and he and his cohorts have never built a business of lasting value of one that anybody wanted to buy.
