I will love pivoting to being positive. That is why I am trying to have JB change his ways. We all know about that definition thing about doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
But here is the question. Is he not changing his ways because of greed or is it because he can't? He needs capital. How does he get it without dilution. He is not open about that.
Is that because he has something to hide in his greed or because it would be damaging to shareholder's confidence if they knew how dire capital is needed with no other choices? Either answer to why he is not open shows that we aren't in this together.
The game changes if sales sky rocket.

He is not trying his best, if he was he would not add another 30B shares, we all know that.
We are all waiting for a dead bounce cat otherwise he will just keep diluting jnto the oblivion.
I agree with everything you said. I guess I am frustrated because he stepped away for others (Mike Baker and ?) to run the company and put the company in this current diluted position.
I do think he is trying but he should not be paid anything now based on his past mistakes until he can get the share price up. Be in our same boat and base his pay on share price so he would be just as motivated as a shareholder. But he would say that is ridiculous.
Im with you Scratch all the way or all the way down. one or the other. But in my book hes trying much harder to make this company a big deal and I for one am ok with it going up and down as long as he is trying, and i believe he is. For one atleast he has some help and is using avertizing companies to get the word out and giving some nice incentives for us if we buy and sell the products ,discounts and such. Not only that these products are of the VERY BEST QUAILITY AND WORK. So in essant hes done the hard work now we just wait for the results.

I agree. But why would JB change course now? As he has said, his only focus is to grow the company. Unfortunately he would not want to take any money out of his own pocket to have a share buyback.
He increased the A/S to 50b for a reason. He will use up everyone of those shares to grow sales and put money in his and insider's pockets as he moves forward. There doesn't seem to be any in between as a comprise with shareholders.
So what can he say in 6 months to a year, which is the time frame he said to give him, if sales are still dismal and we approach using all 50b A/S? Possible answer: We won't hear a word from him. He'll just disappear.
What is his choices to stop the dilution and to grow the company? That should be the real question we should be asking him and him discussing possible options with us.
I don't think he wants to be that open about it because that would hurt his piggy bank.
So, our only choice is to hope and pray something magical happens and for sales to sky-rocket and the dilution stops. That is where I am at because I can't get out even if I wanted to now.
Buyback would sure move this !

agreed that's what its really all about, of course the bears love to pretend that UBQU has done NOTHING thus far that would increase sales, I completely disagree and see a new much boarder, more diverse, third party tested product line. Also I haven't experienced any of the shipping issues of the past in well over a year. I know I'll be buying some more of the new tincture soon, and I bet many others are enjoying their new products! Looking forward to the next quarters fins if they aren't at least double this past quarter I'll be quite surprised/disappointed.
Sure would be easy for Ballas to provide details on the debt and share issuance for debt conversion. It just doesn't make sense that remaining loans amounts are what they are based on the number of shares issued over the years.
Also, why is it that interest accrued just started appearing in the recently released disclosures? New concept??
The company needs new creative ways to issue more convertible debt. He has 50 billion shares at his disposal. He is constantly looking for ways to unload shares. Whether its to buy mediaplex, addshopper, website changes, metaverse, virtual land, "consultation", etc. Selling convertible debt is his cash cow. Notice i said "his", and not UBQU. None of these projects add to the sales, but it does inflate the LT debt & accrued interest ($544K to date). Even if these loans are paid off, it's not reflected on the company's books. Those loans represent money in his pocket, and when the company makes money, he can claim the increased revenue goes to offset these non-existent preputial loans & accrued interest, thereby adding more money to his pocket. The net result is zero or negative net income.
I doubt if UBQU will ever make a profit...at least not on the books. As long as there are no checks & balances put in place to prevent CEO abuse. The CEO can't be the same person as the CFO. I don't think Smethers actually looks at the books given the number of inconsistencies & omissions. But then again, Smethers has just as bad a reputation as Ballas. Ballas wouldn't think twice about swindling others for his own personal gain. You just have to look at past history with Bidtwister, Amex, Taboola, etc
It's all out there in the financials. But watch how quickly the 3 or 4 gatekeepers attack you for even looking at the fins. That debt is exactly what I, and some others, have been talking about. IT IS A SCAM. Period.
IT probably is... thats the problem. Its all paper debt, in the real world, not even in the metaverse is it real because of shady dealings. They have to provide some numbers to be able to stay on OTC

Definitely not the case Treasure :). Probaby was a better Q for Preya, James, or even Mr. Smethers, but we do know they monitor this board.
They need to be more transparent regarding the Company's financials when it comes to debt, as what they post does not make sense based on the number of shares that have been handed out for debt conversion
(Instead of debt, we should have a surplus).

Question: How could only $9k of this loan be paid off, with all of the shares that were issued for debt conversion. Also, how could the accrued interest amount be greater than the original loan?

That tweet was very unclear but probably referencing the NFT site, which again doesn't do anything to move a needle. They really should get in to these retail locations, but not their own. There are thousands of B&M CBD stores, get product placed in them and start building brand awareness.
Sorry, it is an online NFT location. Not a physical store as I Hoped but it will be easy to confuse people in the future.
