So if I did my research correctly, USA Broadband was bought out in foreclosure by GreatWave LLC and back in 2004 GreatWave changed their name to ClearBay Communications. It looks like today the state of Colorado has issued them a certificate of good standing.....interesting...I smell an announcement of some sort soon.
