Up 68% Looks like the Phoenix is rising from the ashes. GL
GLTA !!
this looks so undervalued could be a cool run in the making
If you do get in - I think you are in on the very beginning of a nice run.
If you do get in - I think you are in on the very beginning of a nice run.
I will have to keep my eye on US Energy Systems. It intrigues me to see what might happen.
Thanks for the GREAT NEWS Rev!
I knew they were big in the UK - that is why I am not concerned - We have until Feb. 27, 2009 to get more info!
hey guys..........being a limey i know this company they are big gas producers from the north sea, well known and stable in england
It isn't a positive sign when you see zero volume for a whole day - or is it?
Bid support was at .016 for the entire trading day - yet not one person sold - which means - the bottom has been found and sold into.
Ask was at .025 - which nobody was willing to smack.
The fair price - is somewhere in between! The float on this stock is not large - so with buying pressure - you will see her pop!
We need news - or else we will be sitting stagnant.
Sounds like this may be the time to buy a stock or two. I'll have to consider my options soon.
Want to know why I think we are at a bottom:
There have been a total of 1,037,856.00 traded on days where the stock price low reached below .02 - that doesn't mean that many shares traded below .02 on many of those days the high was over .02 - but I am taking worse case scenario.
Those .02 days were as the following:
10/29/08
11/5/08
12/8/08
12/9/08
12/24/08
12/26/08
12/29/08
12/30/08
12/31/08
1/5/09
1/6/09
1/13/09
Now in between all those dates the stock had many days where the low was .04 - .05 - with volume - which makes me think that many of those under .02 have already been sold.
Which means 1 of 2 things - IMO
People have been loading up at .02 and selling at .04 - .05
Which is 100% gains - so I can't blame them! However with this small float - I would think with any traction at all - probably from news - this could easily go higher!
Actually - this never went below .02 today - and 99% of the shares traded - were done so at .02.
Considering 2 days ago some .015's were sold - I don't believe we will see those again - and kicking myself for not getting them - LOL
I did get .02's - which are great IMO!
I am glad for the positive end of day results. However, the intraday trade went up and down wildly. I know it has been a tough day on Wall Street. This must be a good example.
Daily Chart: Nice base at .02 - has become solid support - yesterday - just 2 days ago some fortunate person got .015's - I bet he is gone now.
RSI just turned up - congrats if you got some today! This is a pink you don't have to babysit - I think you will see steady daily progress until deadline of 02/27/09
>
USEYQ chart: should hit resistance at .05 - in no time - need to break through that!
Cool - looks good here IMO!
hey guys
im here as well.......lets move this thing forward.
make this a winning lotto..........
stocks i marked your board the 2nd day you started up
I am in USEYQ at .02! Wow - didn't think I would get filled at that!
Feel bad for the loaders at .04 - I almost joined em because of the potential here!
On November 20, 2008, the Company and the two subsidiaries filed a motion with the Bankruptcy Court requesting an extension of the exclusive period during which the debtors have the exclusive right to solicit acceptances of the Plans from December 5, 2008 to February 27, 2009. The extension was requested to allow the debtors more time to complete negotiations with Silver Point Finance, LLC regarding a stalking horse agreement for the sale of the stock or assets of U.S. Energy Biogas Corp. and for the restructuring of the GBGH, LLC pursuant to a term sheet between the parties. The Company anticipates in the next two to four weeks (a) finalizing the stalking horse agreement and (b) incorporating the term sheet into the Plans and filing such amended Plans with the Bankruptcy Court.
Looking good so far.
.02 - not flinching on these sells - let these profit takers out - then when people read about the 02/27/09 deadline - this will go IMO
Big volume the other day at .04 - I can't imagine who wouldn't of sold then and is getting out now - LOL
Hey there - volume is cranking today and the .01's are being taken out with .02 at bid!
It's looking good today I picked some up. I'm encouraged by the re-organization taking place.
Notice .02 holding with the bid whacking?
.01's - not many left - and they need to stop being greedy and sell at .02 for a 100% gain -
Brand New Board - - nice volume today!
If your visiting - give us a boardmark!
Then read the IBOX - especially the bolded parts.
Think landfill gas isn't the fer shizzle? LOL

UK Energy Systems Limited
UK Energy Systems, Limited (UKES) is a UK-based energy company specializing in natural gas exploration, production and transportation as well as related power generation. The UK is the world’s third largest consumer of natural gas. UKES is the newest and largest subsidiary of U.S. Energy Systems, formed in August 2006 with the completion of a series of acquisitions.
Headquartered in Knapton, UKES owns and operates Viking UK Gas Ltd., founded in 1979. The company currently owns the licenses to six proved gas fields (four developed and producing, and two undeveloped). All existing reserves are located in the North Yorkshire region of the UK. In addition, UKES owns all the associated collection, transportation and processing facilities for the proved fields, as well as a 42 MW single cycle, LM 6000 gas turbine powered by the fields' produced gas. UKES has an existing commercial agreement with ScottishPower via long-term power purchase and gas sales agreements.
UKES's objectives for the North Yorkshire project are to maximize the efficiency and power production of the gas turbine, maximize natural gas production from its producing and undeveloped gas fields, and ultimately to sell natural gas into the UK wholesale market. UKES has clear strategies for achieving each of these objectives.
Led by an experienced, world class management team, UKES is also examining a variety
of long-term and strategic growth opportunities, including:
Further natural gas exploration and production from regional on-shore unexplored reserves.
Potential tolling arrangements.
Vertically integrating the company into the natural gas value chain.
USEYQ starting with much better volume today!
Its just a matter of time here - I will be buying today.
With some volume she blows!
I am surprised the volume was so low!
Makes me think the selling is over - bid support was at .016 all day and they are not giving us the cheapies!
I will post some of my findings later - been working hard and very tired - have to work again tomorrow - but will be available Thursday for trading!
A big one Salty - LOL! - welcome to the board! Doesn't look like it would take a tremendous amount of volume to blow through that .05 resistance - low floater too!
I am watching the chart - and noticed that yesterday some serious buys were coming in at .04 - then it dropped - would love to see it drop some more and touch the bottom boli! Real close to its 52 week low.
I think that it has some potential - still doing some DD here - but I like what I see!
What kind of upside you guys see here?
Full Chart of USEYQ
Would love a .01 buying opportunity here! looks like some .015's were sold today - too bad I was at work and couldn't snag them! Accumulation is almost off the chart!
Was just looking at that I like that it bounced off of that and went to .05 quicklike.
52 week low is .01 - and that was during the fire sale - look at the historical trading.

Definately is interesting: I love low floats! I don't do pinks - but this is a former BB with some possible potential.
I will update the board with what I find in my DD! If you find anything else let me know. I am trying to get under the fingernails - LOL
I like the filing for extensions to work out a chapter 11 agreement at .03 cents a share and a green energy company to boot.
Me too - that is what made me go searching - have spent a few days looking around - LOL
This is near its 52 week low and the chart looks very interesting - plus this was previously big board listed - and it appears they are still working details out!

US Energy Systems, Inc.
http://www.usenergysystems.com/
U.S. Energy Systems, Inc. (USEY) develops clean, efficient energy sources, produces power, and provides energy services, all in concert with the needs of the customer. USEY distinguishes itself by the quality and customization of the products and services that it delivers and its commitment to providing maximum value for each of its customers. USEY’s technologies and practices protect and improve the environment, reduce emissions and global warming, and alleviate energy shortages in key markets. Fuel efficiency, combining the production of heat and power (CHP), renewable energy, and natural gas exploration and production are central to our operations.
U.S. Energy Systems, Inc. is a vertically integrated "clean and green" energy company that seeks to acquire and enhance high-potential energy assets.
USEY owns and operates energy and power projects in the United States and the United Kingdom through its two subsidiaries, UK Energy Systems, Ltd. and U.S. Energy Biogas Corp.
Through its subsidiaries, USEY's principle businesses are:
Natural gas exploration, production and transportation
Natural gas-fired power generation and sales
Green and renewable energy development, particularly landfill gas-to-energy
In addition, USEY regularly explores opportunities to participate in additional green energy and natural gas projects that offer attractive growth opportunities.
Natural Gas
Though its UK Energy Systems subsidiary, USEY actively participates in the areas of exploration, production and transportation of natural gas. The current focus of USEY's Natural Gas Services is in the onshore, North Yorkshire region of the United Kingdom. USEY owns and is actively investing to maximize and optimize four developed and producing natural gas fields, as well as exploring and producing from at least two additional undeveloped fields in the same region. Currently, the natural gas is utilized for power generation and sold to a large utility, but production and sales directly into the wholesale market are expected in the near future.
Green Power and Renewable Energy
USEY is committed to the development of green power and renewable energy through its US Energy Renewables subsidiary. Current projects include 23 landfill gas (LFG) to energy sites which sell power or LFG directly to either utilities or large retail and wholesale customers. Focus includes not only the expansion of the LFG portfolio, but also investment and growth into other renewable energy sources such as biodiesel and biomass.
Energy Services
USEY provides energy services for large retail energy users, such as industrials, hospitals and universities. Such services include combining the production of heat and power to provide electricity, steam and hot water and cooling, and the onsite operations management of the energy and utility related infrastructure.
Cogeneration
USEY invests in cogeneration of electricity and thermal energy, such as steam, hot water or cooling, which creates both cost savings and an improved environment. The company builds, owns and operates combined heat and power facilities.
UK Energy Systems Limited
UK Energy Systems, Limited (UKES) is a UK-based energy company specializing in natural gas exploration, production and transportation as well as related power generation.
