People try and make companies on the OTC appear to be something they're not in order to elevate their status. Take "uplisting" for example. Are people not aware of what it actually means or are they trying to deceive people? I don't mind educating them if they're ignorant.

First, their financials need to be audited.

Second, they need to hold annual shareholder meetings.

Third, they need NOT to be a penny stock. That is, not under $5 per share.

USEI doesn’t trade on an index.

It’s listed for sale on a lowly bulletin board, similar to bulletin boards you see at your grocery store.

(The grocery store bulletin boards enjoy more oversight than the lowly OTC. At least some old, worthless postings are removed regularly)

Furthermore, the losses here have been astronomical, so those that diss the stock (and have never bought this crap) are the intelligent traders.
