Now, something very important that has not been addressed properly, and I take full responsibility for this, is the name change, or lack of name change. I do not have to be reminded as to how I stuck my neck out on this subject and was not able to follow through. I can only tell you that for over 15 months this was the plan and we were moving ahead, and this was always the number one topic of all strategic meetings. However, month after month of delays and some legal opinions actually proved fortuitous, from our perspective, and we believe the Company moves forward even stronger remaining as UBQU as the Company could be vulnerable if we were only a hemp Company, and we do not want to be limited to this. We have a lot of experience on our management team and staff, and we are capable of so much more. Why limit the Company's future growth and opportunity by staying in one genre, as, simply put, remaining as UBQU offers more opportunity for the Company, for our shareholders, and for the growth and strength of the Company as a whole. Some will agree, some will disagree, and we believe that time will prove us correct in this decision, but this was the main reason as to why we are staying as UBQU.

Somanymike I was dealing w/a Hurricane and then on vacation and I have posted positively.

I just have looked at many charts and technicals and saw that we had jumped up so much we had to retrace a little.

If you read my posts you would see that I was saying that we would consolidate before the next move up.

That is reality almost all the time not posting negativity and I was backing up my beliefs with info that was confirming what the charts were saying and Technologist was saying the same but without putting up the information that he found along the way.

Yesterday was the first time since las Thursday that accumulation and the MFI turned down. If you can read charts you will understand what I am saying.
Believe me I want it up like you do since I am still holding a large position.

I was just saying we might be able to buy more cheaper unless things change for the short term and if they are on schedule for the 50 million goal we should be getting very positive earnings.

News the Saving Grace Just when the stock was about to falter and lose momentum.

I got to admit they are getting smarter the last time this happened when we were near braking into .035 we ran out of moment and fell to this point now they are doing the CORRECT thing which is putting out something to prevent the fall and hold us or bring us up until earning which should send the stock up unless the CSH's got a shitload converted and kills our EPS and PPS.

How does the chart account for little/no volume days. Like today we had less than 1M shares exchanged. That's nothing.That's less than many of us on this board own. Which means we could shape the chart however we want.
