may as well hold here.
anything can happen I like the idea of people with money involved here wait and see
Read the filings the who owns the shares
Them letting go of 50mil shares at such a low price to raise funds does not fill me with faith. I can't see this ending too well - it looks like a pure lotto play at this point. What reason is there to hold GHBAW?
Then explain this from the latest 10Q ...
Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 53,595,010 shares of common stock, par value $.0001 per share, outstanding as of November 10, 2010 which does not include 120,000 shares of common stock held in treasury.
And this...
NOTE 9 —SUBSEQUENT EVENTS REVIEW
The Company has evaluated all subsequent events through November 12, 2010. The Company has completed the “off-shore” private offering of its common stock to investors who qualify as “Non U.S. Persons” under Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933. This offering for 50,000,000 shares of Common Stock at a price of $0.02 per share has generated gross proceeds to the Company of $1,000,000.
Complicated stuff indeed reading those filings but when you take a closer look again at the latest 10q filing of November 15, and as their statement per Sept 30, 2010 you will see...
<<<<Weighted average number of common shares
outstanding, basic and diluted 3,595,010<<<<<
Ofcourse..this is GHBAA !
Just like the web link says ....
1. They could issue another reverse split for GHBAU, GHBAZ, and GHBAW.
2. They may say that GHBAU, GHBAZ, and GHBAW were included in the original reverse split and those that sold will need to cover their shorts. If this happens, maybe we will see a run because of the short covering!
3. Nothing happens and if you bought GHBAU, GHBAZ, or GHBAW, you got a deal.
But, as this board uncovered, maybe there are some wealthy/successful people involved with this company and the stock keeps going up ... who knows.
First off I'm going to apologize for that rant, you are exactly right in what you told us. It just appeared that you had bad intentions at first but when I actually started looking at what you were saying, I fully understood. So now I'm asking what is your opinion on the situation now with these warrants?
Boxdenfresh, in response to your statement...
how about this story...
I noticed that my 5k of GHBAU that I paid $500 was worth $15,000 all of the sudden. Since I have owned the stock (GHBAA) for awhile and knew the story, I thought I would dig around and see what was driving the price up ... I thought maybe I missed something.
Then I came across this board and saw all the mis-information, and thought I'd add my opinion (insiders buying the warrants, the reverse split mess, number of shares outstanding).
But ... maybe I'm trying to hoard all the warrants because I think the 17 paintings are really worth $150million each, and/or the $1mil they invested is going to yield a $2.7 billion dollar return, which will actually make the warrants worth something!
No wonder there is so much confustion on this board, you can't even recall what I said.
Here is a quick summary...
1. The new GHBAA insiders never bought any of the warrants, it was all common.
2. There was a problem with the reverse split, and I pointed you to this link which explains it all. Scroll down to the bottom for the most current information: http://www.shellstockreview.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.437.13.html
3. There are 53 million shares outstanding, not the 3+ million that was quoted on this board.
OK, let me see where my DD will take me now that I seem to have my isp issues resolved. I admit I am not the best at reading all the long filings but I will surely pass along everything I find for everyone to see and evaluate.
Heres what I know the shares were bought in GHBAA by insiders not GHBAW. The filing do say the new strike price is $50 thats because they were suppose to RS the Warrants. They never reversed split the warrant and until they do. I assunme the strike price is still $5.oo
Thats where all the cunfusion comes from I dont blame the Mod for what happened it was understandable.
Yes he was right about the filing. Its weird that you bring up the filing for the warrant and you actually get the filing for the common stock. Just going to take some time to figure out what the deal is........but still holding either way. This play is interesting to me and the float is low plus when we get some clarification it still may end up being a great play
He was right on most points and it does state in the filing that they were going to RS the warrants but never did.
Ah, thanks for that, jermart.
What are thoughts about the veracity of what he said?
All the confusion comes from the way they file all the filing are for GHBAA. The others are mentioned in the filings so if you check for filings on GHBAW you are actually getting the filings for GHBAA. Thats where the mistake came from when the claims were made that all these shares were bought up for GHBAW its a real mess.Took me forever to figure it out.
It is in the 10q and if they ever do RS the warrants the strike price will be $50 dollars but for some reason they didnt RS the warrants.http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?mkt_ctg=ALL&d=09/01/2010
does anyone know who the transfer agent is here? no info in pink sheets, on the website or in the iBox.
how do u know this jermart? in the 10-Q it states that the strike price is $50....does that change when there is an RS? I've been trying all day to figure this out. tia
He is right about the stock thats what they bought not the warrants. He is wrong when he claims the warrants were RS and the strike price is $50.00 instead of 5
Just speaking in general
just playing some others while it simmers
So that one poster who was saying we were misreading the numbers, and that the stocks were bought at .02 rather than the warrants - is that who you are referring to?
.01 , added today !!
only once did I try to save ppl on a really slow day IKTO got hammerad and havnt done it again HOLDING this one for sure
A few new people show up on the board and scare some so easily its crazy, once again this is a longterm hold and we are in the money either way. When people show up on this board and try to deter your positive DD or thinking just go check their posting history, see how long they've been active, get a general idea of their posts in general on this board and other boards because 9 times out of 10 when you do that you will see that they are not worth even listening to because they take pride in spreading negativity. They will be buying your shares cheaper when you sell. There is no other logical reason for somebody not interested in buying a stock to come on a board and look for "weak spots" in the DD to try to get others to doubt and sell. If they don't want the stock why would they be on here?? To "save" us from losing money?? I think not
Pm'd the Mod...said he was having internet issues. He will address the board later when his issues are resolved.
Just in case anyone was wondering where he was at:)
Well, the way Ghbaa has been trending, it would seem that it could easily surpass $5 by March (was only 30 cents a month ago). Although, I would be perfectly fine with $5.02:)
and with the people on board the stock is at around 2 so it can easy reach 5 in few months,IMO
I stumbled onto this stock due to this website: http://wowzastock.blogspot.com/#uds-search-results
It seems to have some good calls, so combined with the board DD I jumped in yesterday. Like jemart said, if the warrants weren't reversed split (apparently they weren't), the strike price would still be $5.
I dont iknow I do know GHBAA was the only one reversed split and by the way its up today. Right now we got a hell of a deal.
That's what I thought. I wonder if it is an error that will be corrected or whether we happen to be really, really lucky?!?
Right now its good as of now the warrants were never reversed split so the strike price has to stay at 5 dollars
So what does that mean for GHBAW, good or bad?

Hey jer,
What's the URL for the website you mentioned? The one with the pics of the art gallery.
yep they are all there
No, I was asking about the URL to their website you mentioned.
But I guess this looks like it was all a big mistake? Did we misinterpret the numbers and the actions of the big money? I guess it's sell sell sell time?

What's the URL?
but that's $5 post split right??
They did a 1 for 10 reverse split on 9/2/2010 per the OTCBB website:
9/2/2010 GHBAA Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. Class A Common Stock GHBAD UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. Class A Common Stock 1-10 R/S **
9/2/2010 GHBAU Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. Unit Class A GHBAU UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. Unit Class A **
9/2/2010 GHBAW Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. Class W Warrants 3/7/2011 GHBAW UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. Class W Warrants 3/7/2011 **
9/2/2010 GHBAZ Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. Class Z Warrants 3/7/2013 GHBAZ UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. Class Z Warrants 3/7/2013 **
That would be the case if they actually did a reverse split on the Warrants which they didnt I dont know where the screw up is here.
If this company goes to $50, then its market cap will be $2.7 billion.
Can you tell me how an art gallery with 17 paintings, and $1mil in cash is going to be worth $2.7 billion by 3/7/2013?
The warrants were left over from when the company did their initial SPAC public offering. Non of the current management owns any of them (unless they bought some in the open market). Why would they care if they expired worthless?
Read cafefully their 10Q of November 15 and you will see that after the reverse split the strike is adjusted to 50 dollar.
If GHBAA is not 50+ by 3.7.2011---those GHBAW could expire worthless.
GHBAZ offers a much wider horizon to particpate in the future of this Company as GHBAZ expires on 3.7.2013.
But i thought if a company that previously was a shell but isnt anymore means that a R/M is taking place or has already been completed.
