From the 8-k dated October 12, 2010
If you get a chance go to the web site and look at the pics of the art gallery ist class all the way. Plans to open more in Taiwan and mainland China
OK I see it now the 50 million that Chen-Owns are added in
Yes, they paid .02 and stock is $1.65, it has to go down about 98% before they loose anything!
Now you are saying "float" ... do you know the difference between float and outstanding?
I like BAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMM better
yes I did check it out this is ticking time bomb, boom soon
web up whats next the price
I have, the float is 3mill and change and it trades like it,with 95% owned by rich people who don't plan on loosing money.
No, you need to re-read... note the date at the TOP of the filing:
Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 53,595,010 shares of common stock, par value $.0001 per share, outstanding as of November 10, 2010 which does not include 120,000 shares of common stock held in treasury.
You aer looking at the financials that are dated 09/30/2010. That was after the reverse split but BEFORE they issued the new stock for the reverse merger.
NO,not true go back and read it again,
Common stock, par value $.0001 per share,
100,000,000 shares authorized, 3,715,010
shares issued and outstanding and 120,000 shares held in treasury
on December 31, 2009 and September 30, 2010.
No, there are 53million o/s per the last filing... the shares were issued after the r/s.
Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 53,595,010 shares of common stock, par value $.0001 per share, outstanding as of November 10, 2010 which does not include 120,000 shares of common stock held in treasury.

Read the last filings every thing is in there the class Z and class W warrants also did the reverse split. There are now 3.6 shares issued and outstanding GHBAA
There seems to be a problem with the original reverse split ...

http://uanusa.com/main.php web site is up
I'm a little too young for retirement, but I plan on paying it forward if I hit the big one. This one is very, very intriguing!
The other way around
that's right if the warrant stock moves it will gives them better % gain,
GHBAA insiders never bought GHBAW (the warrants), they bought the common stock for .02/share!
Insider transactions, note that it is all for the common stock (GHBAA).
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/own-disp?action=getissuer&CIK=0001337009
yes it is coming for sure.
18 million market cap is all you have to hit to be in the money. Go look there are hundred of worthless stocks with bigger market caps then that
you can but don't have to,you can sell before the expiration as well,I think we have something major brewing here, just follow the big money......
So how would it work? would the warrants "convert" to the GHBAA stock or something in our account at the time of expiration? I guess im trying to figure out how the price of the warrants would get that high if the GHBAA stock got over $5........is it automatic or what? im new to this kind of play like most of us
you have to follow the money on this one,the warrants stock was bought by some people with allot of money,my guess is this will merge or big contract with the actual stock that will make it go over $5(strike price)that will make the warrants go crazy and for every dollar in the money($5+1)the warrants should be worth similar amount after the actual stock crosses $5,so if the stock trades at $6.50 the warrants or one of our shares here would be worth around $1.50 and so on,that's the reason why this people bought the warrant stock at much higher risk to the actual stock less risk,
any questions??
It'd be nice to see this puppy go to 1.10, but seriously, I'm having trouble understanding where all this wealth creation will come from. There's going to have be some hell of a buzz built up or a few major buyers in a relatively short time. But, I guess that's the big risk we take in attempting to get the big reward.
Add me to the 0.011 winner's circle as well ;D
Same, got lucky on the .0111 bid. Even if something doesn't work out the glorious way we expect, this should still cut a fair profit.

Hong Kong China Buying ArtAssociated Press (2010-12-03 15:06:28) A painting by Fernand Leger entitled For newly minted Chinese billionaires looking to spend their money, a natural choice has been art and antiques from their own country, many costing millions of dollars.
Now art dealers and auction houses are trying to pitch them a harder sell: Western masterpieces by artists such as Picasso, whose paintings featured in three autumn shows in Hong Kong.
"They are the next big wave of buyers, and they could affect the market as much as the Japanese did in the '80s," said Jehan Chu, who runs consultancy Vermillion Art Collections.
UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. does not have significant operations. It plans to involve in the sale and appraisal of authentic and high quality works of art, including paintings, sculptures, and antiques in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and South East Asia. The company was formerly known as Good Harbor Partners Acquisition Corp. and changed its name to UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. in August 2010. UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and is based in Weston, Massachusetts.
I think you may be able to make a strategic segway into early retirement if GHBAW fulfills its potential:)
I'll be here... win or lose. never played something of this nature so I am here to learn for sure.
same here bud:) Could turn into a major one by March! I'll hold mine.
I'm a drifter feeding off of the bottom, what can I say
Nice Cuban! Good to see ya here:)
in at the bottom today... lets see what happens
I wouldn't let that bother me too much with this one:)
I spoke to soon
LTCO dropped completly off the ask now
nice...came back and got a few more:)
This is worth throwing at least 1k at and letting it simmer for some months.
Very wise move. That's exactly what this stock is all about! Holding 150k and strategically acquiring more.
I sure hope so have almost 400 now
Sock those shares away...they may be trading above $1 in the foreseeable future. Seriously, we got our very own mini R/M play here...glad I stumbled across this one
Heck, even if they're in at .025, it's still a great buy considering the potential upside. This is worth throwing at least 1k at and letting it simmer for some months.
GHBAA has been on a strong uptrend for the past month...was trading around 30 cents about a month ago and now it's trading at $1.70 (the trend is your friend!). It's not at all beyond the realm of plausibility that GHBAA will see $7 by March. Once it does, we get paid and paid big time!
GLTA...we have huge upside here...just let it percolate
theres 13000 more you have little over 58 more togo
only filled 5000 some one sell so I can get filled
like I promised buyin more shares made a little profit today 77,777 at .013 put in now
Looks like somebody is making an exit, hopefully when we move back up itll be even easier now, my guess is whoever is selling through LTCO but thats a guess because they were stuck at .025 for some days and now are down at .013 with nobody hitting the ask so when nobody hits the ask most hit the bid just to be done with it.........this is a longterm hold for some months, dont follow them and focus on the to day, risk to reward here is crazy
Picked up some .011's...wow! whos's bailing at these levels? This seems like a long term hold...certainly worth the risk at these prices, considering the huge upside potential.
