Agreed.. they should be tested to see how easily they move.
some with 500 shares bid sitting @ 1.90 and the ask is 1.95 with 500 shares as well. knock them out and move the ask to 3.00
GHBAZ is your better bet here as they run into 3.7.2013 and the more..they are trading currently with a huge discount versus GHBAW which are set to expire 3.7.2011.
l2 for GHBAA is veryyy thinnn!!! Only 1 mm at 1.95 the 1 mm at 3.00.. then blue sky!! Not many shares to go around..

Yep, bought my tickets to whatever show these billionaires will put on. May take a day, a week or month. I will wait to see what develops.
Yeah, I do agree there is something that doesn't quite add up, i.e. background of people doesn't match art gallery idea, but have yet to find what other option it could be if not that. Will see if there is anything more. Personally, from looking at warrants in particular I think GHBAZ is the better bet based on reading through the filings and the 2013 expiration date, but we'll see, someone has been buying up shares below $2 on GHBAA for some reason, just got to figure out why. If GHBAA continues it's run, both warrant stocks should at some point follow suit IMO.
holding mine also wait for news/pr
I think you're onto something. That's why I bought into ghbaw simply because there's some decent info that points to the fact that this isn't all about an art gallery. This smells of a big R/M coming. Too many "interesting" people involved with this one. Oh, and they have a lot of money too.
One thing that I find interesting is CEO Parsh Patel's background, no background which says CEO of art company, entirely technical in nature. Chief Technical Officer at Avanti Systems, Inc. and Chief Technical Officer at Android, Inc. Last two jobs and then he becomes CEO of a company that focuses on the Asian art market. Seems unusual, potentially something more going on here, will have to dig.
In reading through old posts, I believe someone else pointed this out, but never seen that "substantial experience in IT" would be that helpful to an art company. One thing I think we can say from his background, the CEO definetly does not match the industry they are now in.

Hanibal you still doing a pump and dump here
Makes sense
3,559,510 O/S - 3,030,000 held by insiders
Float about 567K according to this site...
http://finance.boston.com/boston/quote/profile?Symbol=GHBAA
I guess the rest is hold by insiders.
GHBAZ remains..imho...the best bet here as they run into 3.7.2013
50 seems not doable in three months imo - and then the warrants are worth 0.000000 - why would it go higher then instead of dipping to the triple zero status....
Just learning how to fly...
Grtz
Ignore him/her hanibal, we will get this figured out.........still holding while we figure it out too
talked to the atty for the company...the ghbaw warrants are at 50.00 not 5.00...however still believe there will be an increase in the value of the warrants with the pps increase....atty joe cannella 212 561 3633
Yes you are running your mouth because I don't see anyone here named clarrisa.
Name calling will not be tolerated on the GHBAW board so please refrain.
thank you.
How's it fishy?
I just proved you wrong by stating facts that the company is now in operation.
Then update your ibox.clarrisa!.... I ain't running my mouth its the first thing I read in the ibox

The price is required to go up a multipule of the reverse split It actually went down
I have been working on some other plays recently, I see you guys have opened my eyes to some things I didn't find in my initial dd.
Some of you seem to have a knack for good dd which could be beneficial to us in the future.
Teamwork will help us all achieve a WIN WIN WIN situation!!
.
From schedule 14A filed on August 2, 2010:
Effects on Reverse Stock Split on Warrants
The number of shares of Common Stock subject to outstanding warrants and stock options issued by the Company will be reduced by the same ratio as the reduction in the outstanding shares of Common Stock resulting from the Reverse Stock Split. The number of shares of underlying stock warrants and stock options will be reduced by a factor of 10. Under the terms of the warrants and stock options, and assuming, a 1-for-10 Reverse Stock Split, the number of shares covered by each outstanding warrant and stock option will be reduced to one-tenth the number currently covered and the exercise price will be increased by ten times the current exercise price.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7385600
From 10K, November 2009:
Each Class W Warrant is exercisable for one share of common stock. Except as set forth below, the Class W Warrants entitle the holder to purchase shares at $5.00, subject to adjustment in certain circumstances through March 7, 2011.
The latest 10Q, November 2010:
Each Class W warrant entitles the registered holder to purchase one share of our Common Stock at a price of $50 per share
So according to this, the reverse split has affected the warrants as well.
There is no mention of the price. Just the number of purchasable shares and the exercise price.
I dont know if thats the case they never adjusted the price accordingly. I dont know I never bought that many shares and Im not really that worried. Good luck I hope things work out. I still say the warrants are a different trading symbol they have to d a reverse split on the separtly. But what do I know.
I think the warrants do not have to be explicitly split. They inherit the split from the common stock automatically...
I know it was there but it never happend I dont know
I just re-read the 10Q and, I could be wrong, but to me it does sound like the warrants were included in the split:
The exercise price and number of shares of Common Stock issuable on exercise of the Class W warrants and Class Z warrants may be adjusted in certain circumstances including in the event of a stock dividend, or our recapitalization, reorganization, merger or consolidation. Such adjustment occurred as a result of the 1 for 10 reverse split of the Company’s Common Stock effected on August 27, 2010 (the “Reverse Split”) and the number of shares of Common Stock purchasable under the Class W and Class Z warrants reduced tenfold and the exercise prices increased tenfold. However, the Class W warrants and Class Z warrants will not be adjusted for issuances of Common Stock at a price below their respective exercise prices.
Please, don't come here and run your mouth about things you don't know.
You quoted an outdated statement from the time when the company was a shell. It is no longer a shell.
From the last 10Q, released November 15th:
UAN Cultural & Creative Co., Ltd. does not have significant operations.joke
Thats what im trying to figure out........either way im holding because i bought in higher than this and not selling for this big loss, plus it still moves pretty easily......just trying to figure out these questions that we've been asking.
Just pre split shares
So lets say this goes to .05 are we supposed to not sell just in speculation that there might be a rs in effect soon.. Doesnt make sense to me.. How can they consider you short when you sell and there is nors in effect as of yet...lets say ghbaa continues its trend up and ut reaches 4 dollars or so.. What would u expect ghbaw to be at?
Hope you all understand what he says about selling short. If they come out and say there was a reverse split 10-1 and the closing price was .007 and they claim that the rs went through the price would go to .07. Any one selling less then that would be considered a short and have to cover.
Yup, looking good. From the looks of it the progress it has been doing the past month from 0.40 to 1.95, we can possibly see 3 dollars + soon and that will reflect nicely for GHBAW.
GHBAA closed today @ 1.95. Looking for $2.00+ next week
I find this very interesting pulled from GHBAA recent 10Q.
Something could be up for GHBAA, and it could be something big.
The company’s plan had
been to identify a quality investment opportunity in an operating business, not limited to the security industry, which could benefit from a
reverse merger transaction to become a publicly traded company and to subsequently utilize the public equity markets to finance its growth.
whats the ask right now? l2?
Thats how i feel right now b
yes lets hit it too cheap with huge potential IMO
this does not trade like 50mill stock it trades more like 3mill float, people are making up theories to profit.
may as well hold here.
anything can happen I like the idea of people with money involved here wait and see
