Crickets... Crickets..... I can hear myself breathing, cmon now what's going on out there??
We are not all "big boys".
But it is what it is.
You gotta be kidding me, you have to file quarterly reports every 90 days and that requires on going capital till when, next year?? Are you kidding me or are you trying to reach a time period in which we can't get our law suits in?? This company doesn't have enough funds to keep filing until next year, even you know that's! What are you saying, game over, turn the lights off, and remove the fake lady from the answering machine?? Robert if your out there anywhere, then I think it's about time to respond and say something! It seems that all the insiders have abandoned ship and left all the rest of us to hang ourselves, it looks to me like it's all over! Just tell us like it is we are all big boys!
MLM.. he just would like some info, from anyone has heard whispers from the BOD. But, it oblivious that we were not approved, can they fix it, who knows? My take, its about the litigation and that can take years to resolve. RS can't settle these issues, so check in next year.
you ask too many questions about the questions!!!!
All of you folks holding your breath awaiting FINRA approval must be getting a little blue in the face!!!
Does any insight into were we stand in the firna process?
Are we currently answering a question?
Have we answered a question and waiting on response?
If so how long ago was the last question?
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thank you.
You really need to stop.
Well I guess I don't have to do anymore fu**ing deletions seeing as how none of you are even commenting or responding, so I guess it's bye bye Dave, Phantom, Doc, and all the rest of you like tom, and midtown, you all shutting up at the same time was sure a coincidence were any of you even different or were you all the same person playing different roles on here?? Looks like you all got constipation of the mouth at the same time!
Thank you for deleting my post, I embarrassed myself. But some times it rings a bell. Its one thing to give away time, but another to give away cash. Ok, so I was only janitor, but toilet paper is expensive especially when some are so full of it.....
Yeah, it really sucked, I was DWR (drinking while writing).. RS is doing a great job and I'm confident that he will get us rolling "shortly." (Moderator, please delete asp..thanks)
I am glad you want to delete. That was not your best post! But I see it was near 3am. Understandable in my book.
Joe, I always thought you the fool...and really felt sorry for you. You were fu.cked. But in the end your plea for a response is the same from us all.
All is lost.......unless it is not!
finally someone calling it like it is and laying blame where it should be.
gl everyone anything that happens from here is all gravy. Lets give some kudos for a job well done. unreal!!!
Or was it all just bs?!?!
It looks like its time for a name change, instead of you all calling me joecreg I would just refer to myself as the lone wolf!!! Seems I'm the only one on the board and feel like I'm all alone! What happened to all you guys that had all them dinners with Robert , I thought you were all good buddies surely you are all still dining together because after all friends are friends right??
I think I am a "real" shareholder. Been here forever....or so it seems!
doc, don't sweat it. They don't know the story. they don't that we were slammed or the reason. Its going to take RS to get us on the board, he caused the problem. If he doesn't, we are done!

Worried about ur ass!!
I think and I am pretty confident that we will be ok!!
Despite all the negativism
Hello Doc and a very good day to you....I personaly don't remember putting the company down at any point in time...But i could be wrong ?.....thank's for your very funny joke that you first told us, as my ass hit the ground.....I'm personaly not worried about this stock as i believe in faith it will make us some money.....i myself thank you for your recent input, just as p70795 does.....see you see you............
Doc,
I understand that you were being facetious, unfortunately it is probably the most accurate statement you have ever posted on this site.
Cheers !!
This board has become really slow and boring
Lots going on in the world of liquid to gas!!
Anyone pay attention to what is going on in the world of Velocys
Sometimes we need to make fun of ourselves!!
I have been doing that for the last year.
Doc, thanks for all your factual insight and late breaking news in your last post!
Also I got really tired of everyone speculating and putting the company down!!
Just wanted to make the real shareholders realize that all is not lost!!!
Sometimes we need to make fun of ourselves!!
Did I get everyone's attention!!
Just KIDDING
Needed to do that so the naysayers here can get a laugh!!
Well the last ones laughing will be US as in USFF
Sometimes calling WOLF is therapeutic!
FINRA clearance is the last step and it shall be achieved also??
Been very busy with other stuff !!
To say that least!
I am PISSED!!
I am sure the company has got to ask the question.,, maybe if they completed the filings in time!!!
Their SEC lawyers have been wrong now multiple times!
Yes ... This will take forever and perhaps never come through.
There I said it!
Write off ur investments..... This is over!
Finished.,. We are!!!!
Bye bye dream!!
7088....didn't you get the memo? you are alone!
Looks like I'm standing alone here in the depths of hell and nobody's crying out, no doc, no Dave, no phantom, and all I can hear is my echo in the canyons of hell! P.S is there any company in existence at this time, and if not I guess there won't be any more corporate filings when we are about due for another one!
Go Royals!!! Midwest pride with Wichita State going to the Final 4 where they should have beat Kentucky and now our delighted Royals are making a statement! Now on to important things, anybody heard what round of questioning we are in, and also how many months does each round take? It doesn't have to be definitive but would love to hear any/everybody's guesstimate!
Not an accurate number. SEC says yes FINRA will say yes. SEC says no FINRA says no. Up to 5 rounds. Could be another month or two. Patience!
At least SEC reregistered us. Are we the 1 co that was relisted.
good thread to read, forward and back:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=106906807
The potential benefit for a company agreeing to settlement with the SEC Admin Law Judge is the company could thereafter file a Form 10 to seek re-registration of their stock. Only one company out of 1127+ revoked registrations in the last 4 3/4 years has successfully obtained a re-registration of their stock and concomitant filing obligations.
Maybe in my next profession I should go work for FINRA. You're saying the same lawsuit that I am pretty much the only one to address, the same one the cheerleaders said was no big deal, is one of the key issues?
The best part about it is seemingly everything holding the company up here in the present is based on the company's past. A past that so many have touted as irrelevant. Too bad FINAR isn't populated with the same dunces that appear on these message boards that have no clue about the real world. Unfortunately for USFF these guys at FINRA have some integrity and (as a reliable source) the power to tell investors when to begin the process of moving on from the past. As it stands today the PAST is dogging this company to no end...as it should be.
Remember when I said FIRNA may be trying to prove a point here? I still stand by that comment.
another problem finra has is the continuation of management!! they made a big mistake by not keeping Herda on, he was the only link to NSOL. Finra hates company's who try bring in management who have no linkage to the original company to try and paper over problems. Fairwhether killed us, Harry is great, but will finra let him fly alone???
see why its taking so long.
another issue with finra is < where's the beef? i.e. stock. what's the float, whets restricted & who has it and when will it play. with 800 mil authorized what is the market cap & how many shares are actually in play,. we know rob cleaned up the company and has a good chunk for his investment, as it should be. How many shares does the co have to use for deals!,,, Other than filings , we don't know because we are not trading and there no #'s for or investors. These are issues finra has to clean up before they let us trade and the filing don't give them the real picture. so hang on, it will get shorted out in time and the co will do whatever is necessary for us.
If global matter is done, I think were getting close. But this just my IMO OK!!! nobody talks to me, except my sources, who have been, not so accurate.
might be good idea if co posted the dismissal on the web site, I know that was one of the events finra was waiting for to resolve
Yes, the Global lawsuit was dimissed, and for those of you who think I have abandon ship you are DEAD wrong. The problem with being a cheerleader is you only cheer when there is something to cheer about. Unfortunately while waiting for Finra and there turtle like process there is not much to cheer for. For a while there information was coming in nicely but it has come to a dead stop. They will not update investors with remarks like, "we are waiting patiently for Finra to respond, please hang in there" I probably have more shares of this company than most of you combined except maybe for Doc and Dave so i will be just as happy as the rest of you when this stock starts trading again. All I can say is be patient and stay the course, eventually Finra will run out of questions to ask and we will all be happy.!!!!!
Does anyone know if the Federal Court dismissed the Global lawsuit yet.
It looks like the cheerleaders not only abandoned ship but went to work in a brothel, they found it paid ALOT better because it doesn't take 7 months plus to get a paycheck!
I guess it's see you later cheerleaders!
P.S it looks like it is all over but the crying Ayy?
Anybody heard anything?? Everyone says just call the company and ask, but for some reason I can never catch anyone in the so called office, and then my messages apparently get deleted before their heard since I never get a call back! Midtown you are pretty resilient, I bet if you tried getting through you could get something out of them! Also what happened to you Doc, did you fall off a cliff?? Oh and Dave and Phantom must have been on that trip with you, because it looks like you all fell off the cliff together! You all were talking like a player talking a virgin out of their virginity the way you all were rattling off what was gonna happen and what is supposed to happen, but now it's pretty obvious all 3 of you guys have abandoned ship, and all I wanna know is at what point do I release the last life boat so me and my attorneys can survive??
here is what a penny stock does when something goes wrong. It informs their shareholders of exactly what the problem is:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/creative-edge-nutrition-inc-zoning-172646503.html
Is it asking too much for our little comp to inform of the whys and whens. No they don't want to put anything in writing. Just tell some shareholders something and hope they'll post it on a mess board
Another Friday, another nice round of golf and a fantastic time in the 19th hole. The only thing that could make this day better is a positive response from Harry or Robert.
Maybe next Friday?
Keep the faith boys, Rob will get it done.
They are still pushing to get FINRA approval. Like the link I provided before it takes on average 3 to 5 rounds but there is no set rule or guarantees.
Good Cop/Bad Cop...I switch hit.
Now your talking my language!
Nothing personal.....we are all in the same boat. We want to keep our hopes of rescue up but in the meantime we need to be honest.
Poor Joe, he is wondering how he got in this boat!
P70..ok you got me..just wanted to light up your 19th hole this week.

U.S. FUEL CORPORATION
U.S. Fuel Corporation 277 White Horse Pike Suite: 200 Atco, N.J. 08004 Investor Relations: 856.753.1046 Info@USFuelCorporation.com |
US Fuel a publicly traded company, OTC ticker symbol- USFF is developing its first plants, 2000 barrel per day (bpd) in Muhlenberg County Kentucky or Henderson Kentucky. The Company has invested over $900,000 in the projects to date, and is seeking $200 million to achieve commercial operation of the first plant.
US Fuel anticipates funding to be in three tranches, $963,000 to complete Development, $6.56 million to complete the Front End Engineering and Design, and $337.93 million to complete construction. We estimate a plant could begin commercial operations as soon as twenty four months after the first funding.
The Fischer–Tropsch process is a collection of chemical reactions that converts synthesis gas (syngas) a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen into liquid hydrocarbons. US Fuel will produce syngas from natural gas and a Fischer-Tropsch technology to produce diesel fuel, naphtha.
The high quality diesel fuel produced through the Fischer–Tropsch (FT) process contains near zero Sulfur and can be used directly in today’s diesel-powered vehicles. Laboratory testing indicates that F-T diesel provides superior vehicle performance and delivers dramatic across-the-board reductions in all major criteria pollutants such as SOx, NOx, and hydrocarbon (HC) emissions and reduces the most harmful pollutant, PM 10 (10 micron particulates) by 34%.
These fuels are compatible with the current petroleum distribution infrastructure and do not require new or modified pipelines, storage tanks, or retail stations.
US Fuels’ strategy of locating small plants next to interstate pipelines will maximize returns by lowering feed stock prices and reducing transportation costs. The smaller size will significantly reduce the time to permit each plant so shorten the construction period, and make the projects easier to finance.
