Not sure why I keep posting to this board

For the newer people trying to gauge whether or not to take a position, this is the thing on the front burner (from the umining.com website)

" The Company is currently developing annual financial statements for 2 years, with periods ending March 2005 and 2006, and form 10 documents in preparation for up listing planned for end of May 2007."

It's like playing Russian Roulette - either there is a bullet in the chamber or there isn't - your turn

This is my most recent set of questions

I would love it if someone here could answer them before the Form 10 is filed - would help to clear important things up:

I do appreciate your helping me understand the situation about the symbol change. Doesn't seem like there is an answer at the moment, at least from GLXI's side of the story.

Can you further help me understand who is running Umining? The first mention I ever saw of management was a October 2004 PR that stated the following:
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 2004--GLOBEX INC. (Pink Sheets:GLXI) (formerly J. Espo's Inc.), a New York based corporation with the principal office at Suite 403-645 Fifth Avenue, 10022, New York, New York, would like to announce the Board of Directors:

Director and President: Bernard Van Der Stichele
Director and Vice-President: Ernie Cartwright
Director and Secretary/Treasurer: Lisa Denham

I did see the August 15, 2006 PR where Dr. Joel Fournier took over for Ernie Cartwright as President. But I don't seem to find any mention of Bernard Van Der Stichele stepping down.

And of May 3, 2007, Dr. Joel Fournier stepped down as President.

There was an appointment of 2 BOD on March 22, 2007 as well as this statement: "Management is honored to have such high profile businessmen joining its team. These two directors will be appointing three new board members to complete the team in the next couple of days." If these were Fournier appointments, that might not look so good since he left several days later.

I am not trying to pick your company apart. I am one of the good guys, and I think if you can help clarify who exactly is running the show, it may make Umining appear more valid.

I assume all of this will be in the Form 10, if and when it is filed. What happens if the symbol change does not happen by Friday? Will you still file the Form 10 prior to June 1? Remember, Monday is Memoral Day (a Federal holiday)

There is a fine line between asking public questions and asking private questions - keep the questions public, and you will get a response. Ask for specifics like that, and most likely the email will go unanswered. Don't know what the supplemental doc was, nor will I ask b/c they would have disclosed that info when they answered me

I was trying to get the company to say whether or not the 1st 43-101 would be issued prior to the quiet period, meaning by June 1st

The way I asked about the 43-101 did not give a specific time frame - I asked since the company was going to be filing a form 10 by end of may, and the company announced via their website that they would be entering a quiet period, if the company would be releasing the first 43-101 prior to the quiet period. They responded by saying the quiet period does not mean the company can't release PR's - so I don't know when... but i'd love to know as well

Q: It just seems like it has taken months to get this symbol change. According to the May 3, 2007 PR GLXI has the new cusip number, so why not a new symbol?

A: We just filed a supplementary requested documents today, we should have the symbol by next week

company said on Friday that they had to file a supplemental doc and that the symbol should be in effect this week
