Not an issue; thanks for the reminder. Maybe you should try conversing with him if he'll answer you.
man, I just can't help it. That was a great post. Go TYTN. Camp #2. Long & $trong!!!!
I am perfectly happy to hold as I have done my personal Due Diligence and made MY decision to invest as a long term strategy. I am the only one responsible for my decisions and donot need anyone to attempt to save me from myself.

man, I just can't help it. Do you realize how absolutely LUDICROUS this sounds:
"Mark Leonard is the best CEO I have ever comunicated with and had the pleasure of benefitting from his extraordinary leadership"
Best CEO??? by what measure??????????
Oh my God!!!!!!!!! ROFLMAO!@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The simple knowing of something that others don't know isn't illegal, the acting on that information for personal gain is.
Please be more accurate in providing information to the visitors of this board.
Obviously, as employees of a publicly traded company we are all privy to confidential information, based upon that we all should be arrested and prosecuted according to your statement. Isn't this true?
USC
Camp#2 VL&S
If one learns anything that is not public information and available to all shareholders, it is illegal.
Mark Leonard is the best CEO I have ever comunicated with and had the pleasure of benefitting from his extraordinary leadership and demeanor.
In the midst of the barage of negative attacks on him he has remained cool, collected, focused, driven, to accomplish his many years long detailed plan for the implementation and progression of corporate development. A trait that I admire based upon 30 years of negotiation experience and testy situations.
It is understood by him (as he has specifically stated) that he is exercising his CEO prerogative to ignore the 'White Noise' and focus on running the corporation. The growth cycle requires that many things are done that are not understood by many and that there will unevitable misinterpretations of his actions and motives.
Believe or don't believe, it's your choice but that is how it is.
It's going to be big Bob! I personally will be glad to wait. As a kid growing up in central Illinois, we always knew when Grandma was in the kitchen preparing the meal, we also knew that to bother her or interfere with that process would result in delays, and even possibly a smack on the ass, dependent upon how aggregious the infraction was. It is called order and control.
Positive outcomes take time, some actively try to distract and cause failure, if possible. Me thinks there will be some "Ass Smaking" going to occur soon.
It is basic knowledge that communications become more efficient when mutual respect is demonstrated, otherwise you never get to 'lick' the frosting spoon.

Nice to see us finish at 2 today.
I would sure like to see us get some formalities out of the way so that we can see where our ship is heading.
I got a hay field seeded, sprayed, and tilled with the Tytan over the last month and it is looking great right now. It will be looking even better when the green starts coming in. Still hoping the green will start coming in with the stock as well. Time will tell.
He most likely has preferred shares that will not be affected by the split and by not addressing the upset shareholder base he is alienating the vast majority of his investors.
I have discovered of late that Mark Leonard responds clearly and succinctly to e-mails when posed in an intelligent and non- insulting fashion. He answers questions. He does not respond to angry shareholders.
His commons' share price is as ugly as ours, and I'm sure he doesn't need us to remind him. Enough of that happens on investor forums.
Try a polite e-mail folks; you may be surprised at what you learn.
when are the next financial reports due to be released?
USC Thank you for the information on the length of time it took for the R/S to occur on your other stock. That is helpful information.
I'll take your advice and quit any badgering of Mark that I have engaged in - but understand that people are frustrated and, in the absence of any real news, he's the focus of everyone's attention. Perhaps, he would do well not to read this board (Perhaps I would do well not to read it but that's not going to happen) - too much fun as hyrpwr suggests
The message on the mailbag says that Tytan is undervalued, I disagree. There are a few primary valuations methods.
1. EBITDA: Companies, particularly small non-tech, tend to be valued at a multiple of cash flow/EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation and Amortization). Depending on the industry, consistency of cash flow, and growth prospects multiples can range between 4 - 10 times EBITDA less existing debt.
So the question is; what is Tytan's EBITDA. For 2010 it was $68k per the company's filed financial statement. For the nine months of 2011, EBITDA was negative -$59k. Given that EBITDA for Q1 was $8k and $11k in Q2, EBITDA for 2011 is highly, HIGHLY likely to be negative.
So by this valuation metric, the company is not worth anything.
2. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF): A DCF forecast and cash flow for a period of time (usually 5 years), adds all the annual cash flows and discounts them to yield a value. Given that 2009 cash flow was $122k, 2010 $68k and 2011 will be negative, a realistic go forward cash flow would be hard to quantify and validate. But even if you used substantial growth in profits, the discount rate would be extremely high given past and current performance.
This would not be a reliable indicator of value.
3. Asset Valuation: This analysis does not view the company as going concern, but would the assets could be sold for in a orderly fashion, the proceeds of which would go toward payment of liabilities.
Tytan's assets equal $2.5MM. Cash and the receivable from Bogden equal $308k. Fixed assets of $141k would probably $70k.Inventory of $2MM would probably yield 50%, but to be generous 75% of $1.5MM. Goodwill of $10k would yield $0.
Total asset value is $1.87MM. Total liabilities are $1.18MM. So the net value is $690k. But of course, if you used a more realistic inventory value, the net value would be $190k.
4. Comparables: Comparing TYTN to other small public tractors would be another approach and compare p/e's. But I don't know of similar companies and tytan has a negative p/e.
No one approach is right and a valuation uses all methods to come to a consensus weighted for the method that is most applicable. In this case, the asset valuation is the best method to rely on.
So Mr. Leonard, undervalued? I don't think so.
The ball is not in his court any longer on the split. The Q&A's have taken additional time. It's a process. We'll get there.
It's fairly apparent to me (and you) who Mark chooses to respond to. I dare say questions of interest work far better than threatening rhetoric and complaints. I've had some nice exchanges the past few days and it looks like some folks will be surprised. It's running its course and taking some time, but the wait will be worthwhile, IMO. Best of luck!
Where is the press releases we were promised?
Where are the audited finacials? Not only this year but previous!
Why is the T/A gagged?
What new "inventory" did we get out of the 504 mega dilution?
Update on YTO?
Why can't you comment on the R/S? Sure it's up to FINRA but you still can "comment on that"
A very good stock? Any stock trading at .0001 is not a good stock.
Where is the second location for TYTAN that was supposed to happen?
Quit crying and defending personal accustaions and sell some tractors.
There is no more "wait and see" or "next quarter" this will defy what tytan has going off of Q4 tallys.
No problem. This is Tytan "International". They could just click on the young lady on the website and enter their information. I imagine Mark could make arrangements to have tractors delivered there.
One day at a time
Bikiini Atoll could use those tractors.
I think it might be "2012 and beyond" now. Come on FINRA. Get that RS done and let the chips fall where they may!
Where oh where will those Tytan tractor dealers start to pop up?
Will TYTND soon be my favorite stock ever? I think it might!
To thine own self be true
"We have many PRs that should be coming out soon." I believe ML said that at the end of 2011. I guess "soon" means different things to different people.
Re-reading the mailbag , I'll rescind my"pathetic" comment to more of a let's wait and see if ML follows through this time.
I still find the "top secret" to be a poor choice of words.
I'm waiting because that's all one can do. It's been 11 business days since the R/S was scheduled on 3/1.
The CEO Mailbag was an amateurish joke.
Mailbag was spot on and answered many questions.
CEO MAILBAG!!!

February 27, 2012
Dear Shareholders,
In an effort to answer calls and emails, I have elected to answer questions here on our website. This is not to avoid making PRs, but rather in addition to that. We have many PRs that should be coming out soon.
I hope to be able to update this page every month, with my own words on the most popular questions that we can answer.
You have heard much about “free speech” and “expressed opinions”, used when negative comments are being made on the stock forums about a stock. The argument is, that these comments fall under the rights provided under the First Amendment protection. Some are stock holders and some are not. This type of reasoning is always designed to be self serving.
Well, I am here to tell you, that defamation or the telling of untruths does not fall under the First Amendment. I can also tell you that the parties who previously have participated in such actions, have done so for their own benefit. And just like before, Tytan is going to respond in a manner that will win for Tytan.
These parties have camped out at the TYTN talk forum areas, simply because it is a very good stock ! They feel safe they can do well with it, since it is obviously greatly undervalued. It takes time to put together winning plans, and I think we have arrived at a time where we can start to be effective on this front.
These people benefit when the price drops and their efforts go to make sure that happens. The Best Solution for the stockholder who is wanting a higher yield, is very simple, do not sell their stock !
This is just part of what you get when you have a public company. It’s called manipulation.
Answers to questions that have been asked of Tytan
A) Salary. In the footnotes of our financials, you will see that I am entitled to get a $6000/month salary and that I have not taken any payments in these hard economic times. Check the financials posted at
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TYTN/financials. This is a far cry from their predictions to their innocent targets.
B) Rent: Same thing with the rent. Even though I’m supposed to get paid rent for the property I own, I haven’t taken a dime.
C) Taxes: "Property Taxes" that were brought up in the stock forum, was actually on my personal property. I am Tytan's Landlord. Yearly taxes are set each year in the State of Washington. However they are not required to be paid until the end of the third year. I have chosen take advantage of that grace period for the last 30 years this same way.
D) YTO Factory: Here is a verbatim excerpt from an email I received recently from the new President of YTO and while I mention this, make sure you realize this is but only one factory who we are dealing closely with.
“As you know, YTO bought a factory in France. We have dispatched some of our top management group to work over there. We making a lot improvements for your requirements. We value you as a friend . I believe that our companies will have long term successful cooperation. We will honor our agreements which negotiated with you at last trip with other officers who are now at French Factory.. “
People also ask why I don’t report more on what happened during the trips and visits.
I cannot report deals in which the products are "Top Secret". Tytan will not go where I want it to go, by just having "me too products”; in other words, goods that are essentially the same as everyone else's. That is also why we are seeking Patents on many of our ideas. Either having a "niche" or being the leader, with KEY new products is where we want to be.
E) I have never given any family members monies from Tytan or “built” my daughters a new house.
F) Sales of Private Placement shares: Shares were sold to raise money to buy inventory, purchase Tytan leasing, Pay for Patent work and much more . This is standard procedure for a rapidly growing and developing company. The key to this is keeping the amount to a modest amount. Tytan did not do this during its first year. Unfortunately, last year Tytan had entered into some financial commitments that would not have taken much stock. However in the middle of that process, the manipulators successfully scared many investors with false accusations and thus the stock prices dropped drastically, while our commitments did not. Also hurt from this, was Tytan's ability to use stock as banking collateral value. Thus we were forced to increase the amount of stock .
G) Reverse Split: As I mentioned, I cannot comment on that. It will take effect when FINRA decides it will take effect.
My History:
I have succeeded at every company I have ever started. I did this by working hard, sticking to my word, and being honest with people. This has been my formula for success for the last 40 years and I’m not about to change it now.
My first success was as a Manufacturers Rep ,in which I had Exclusive Contracts with large companies such as Ray Ban Sun glasses, Starcraft Boats, Carl Zeiss Optical, The Brunton Company, Minn Kota Motors, Fuji Optical and many other lines that totaled nearly 30 factories. We were able to get those lines based on the recommendations from the large Chain and Distributor Buyers.
Trailerworld was my Shore Land'r Boat Trailer Distributorship, that within 9 years grew from zero to be the largest Distributorship in the USA. That had over 100 dealers.
My Promark/Proline Hip and Chest Wader business was successful in selling to chain stores and distributors throughout the USA. I designed these goods and had them produced in Korea. These were featured on National TV ads.
Rhino Tractors hit the "niche" perfectly and went to over 100 dealers Nationwide within eight years. I sold it for a nice profit.
In conclusion, I want to make one thing very clear: I am a share holder, just like you. It is in my best interest to achieve success. All of my plans are to take Tytan bigger and better than Rhino. I do appreciate the constructive comments and I can assure you, they are not falling on deaf ears. All my decisions are made to grow this company and improve our shares’ value, long term. The one thing I have always been good at is "timing". Some product lines are easier then others to have ready to meet a good market climate. Others have taken more planning and went through more ups and downs in the various economies. In all cases, when the iron gets hot, we have always been ready to strike. I feel confident Tytan is on track for a good future.
Thanks for your support and we’ll talk again soon,
Mark Leonard
What do you expect to happen in a few weeks? Do you have knowledge of things happening or just expect things to happen (hope they will happen)?
Why would you disagree 100%? Nothing has happened for months other than a rather pathetic "mailbag."
Exactly what I was thinking
disagree 100% .. lets reconvene in a few weeks and see if perhaps you're incorrect in your feelings
all under control????
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I disagree. Mark has it all under control.
Everything about tytn sucks. No sales, and a liar of a ceo. I agree, tytn's website is quite amateurish and if I was a potential customer, I would run the other way just for that fact. If I was buying a tractor, I would be hesitant buying a tractor from a second rate website even if the product is a good a caimed. I think mark should be sent to prison for dishing out bs pr's and misleading loyal shareholders. jmho
And it only cost $467.95 USD for that video! lol Ridiculous waste of money.
http://www.livefaceonweb.com/faq.aspx
I still think that once the RS has been done we will see a flurry of "Great News" coming in the form of press releases. My guess is we will see something about several Global Partnerships, new dealers and more. All of that would be welcome news but we need to hear news about sales and more sales.
I for one thought the CEO mailbag was full of non-sense. Why Mark is answering ridiculous questions I will never know. Mark you need to concern yourself with sales because without sales we are all dead in the water.
I am reaching out to him again today to ask him about sales but like the last time I reached out I will probably have nothing to report.
I am still a long term holder here but becoming less enthusiastic with each passing week.
Isn't that what trading the pinks is? Placing a bet on what might be? I'm a gambling man. Happy when I win. Never cry when I lose.
TYTN soon to be TYTND is still by far my favorite stock ever!
One day at a time
Then don't place your bets on what might be, as it's just as likely it will never happen.
Since the inception of this company, if not for a couple pops using promoters, this stocks done nothing but go down, to almost nothing.
This is NOT a once in a lifetime opportunity, as there's many of these once in a lifetime, down the toilet, sub penny opportunities.
They don't make a plunger that large or powerful to save the stock part of this operation.
SO IS THIS THING GOING TO R/S OR NOT
Where's the press releases we were promised? where's the audited Finacials?
T/a still gagged?
Lmfao
No doubt, I like that ripening color scheme myself. This is a once in a life time bang for the buck and I know it.
We are heading for true value here shortly with absolutely no doubt.
As always,
I'm a total computer illiterate and I didn't have any problem following her instructions. I sure do like that Blue and Orange color scheme on the site!
TYTN is still by far my favorite stock ever!
One day at a time
I went all in, as there is no doubt in the Man and the many revenue streams he created.
This one is a no brainer for me and am still accumulating at these bargain prices we are soon to never see again.
Not only is she hot, but what a spokesperson WoW!
I love the website and easy to navigate.
http://www.tytantractor.com
Try Atlantic Imports in Canada if you can't get them in the States. How funny. They are all over at the drop of a hat phone call if you REALLY need them.
It's one phone call away and your filter will be in your hand in 3 days. It might be cheaper though if you go through Mark in the U.S. at this time as he's stocking shelves globally.
No fear here!
Did you click on the helpful young lady on the website and fill out the information so someone would be able to assist you?
To thine own self be true
Has anyone tried to buy one of those jazzy new oil filters?
http://www.tytantractor.com/Filters.html
There doesn't seem to be any easy way to order one online.
Who set up this website anyway. Because it sucks.
Is it your suggestion we sell out all at .0001 or .0002 and RUN RUN FAR AWAY?
I think it might be "2012 and beyond" now. Come on FINRA. Get that RS done and let the chips fall where they may!
I sure do like that Blue and Orange color scheme on the TYTN website!
Looking forward to TYTND being my favorite stock ever!
One day at a time
WHAT NEW INVENTORY???????? man I think we should stop posting made up wishful thinking crap. If mark has sales he would have posted them if mark had anything he would have posted it not some BS mailbag rant
Mark's space should be a 5X10 cell overlooking a garbage dump maybe using one of the old TYTAN tractors pushing the plies.
great optimistic idea....fairy tales can come true, but so far we have no idea what is happening. Cold hard fact is WE DON'T KNOW.
