Td has set to customers only hold or liquidate. But I’m still playing. Let’s go
who is still playing this? I keep watching
If they didnt take care of it by the 13th (which they may or may not have) then it will be revoked. There is also no real timeline on when this information has to be shared with potential investors or current shareholders. Been watching and the second I know its safe I will buy some fast at a low price....or not buy any at all.
Correct, no revocation yet. There is no set timeframe for revocation.
Excellent post on the subject here:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=162915403
Unfortunately, the SEC works at a snail’s pace. Six more were revoked today even though they were given deadlines in January & February.
Ok so free to trade until further notice then since I’m sure “further proceedings have been ordered “ otherwise I’m sure the order to revoke would be posted everywhere on here then correct?
From July 2020 TPAC SEC Suspension:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2020/34-89275-o.pdf
So how long after suspension till revocation? And what exactly are they suspended from? It is still being traded today.
TPAC has been suspended by the SEC. Revocation is the next step and that has not happened yet.
LOL ok thanks
Years of my life so far!
Hmmmmmmm yet another day and still trading. How long do they trade for after revocation? Anyone?
Haha. All is fair.
Tsk tsk, the way people hyperlink things these days is ridiculous
Hahaha. Nope $TPAC
I thought this was going to be revoked yesterday? How is it still trading?
lol, yes they were a puzzle most of the time. It was just another way to confuse traders, hoping they’d buy into the P&D. I’m pleased that Bill McKay’s TPAC scam is coming to an end.
Thanks for posting this list. I didn't remember it. I'm sure most people didn't understand most of the acronyms. I'm looking at them and thinking "WTH??"

Tuesday is the last day for TPAC. Bye Bye Scammer Bill McKay
That he was/is - nothing but a grifter. His entire family lived off his con games, plus they even joined in to perpetuate the lies.
Whoa - no idea there were THAT many.

Not everyone knows what the acronyms represent. Perhaps IR/MUSE sincerely believed that loading up with acronyms made them seem knowledgeable. But if readers are confronted with acronym after acronym they do not understand, they won’t take the time to look them up - they will simply go away.
It’s all a little LOL.
*Super glad you didn’t refinance the house on the words of McKay.
I couldn’t agree more!
The TPAC warnings have been plentiful and omnipresent for years.
That’s interesting, he was a real piece of work. I kept a list of the acronyms he used on a daily basis. Any new trader reading them for the first time wouldn't have any idea what his acronyms meant. I’ll find them and post them for old times’ sake. I’m happy to see McKay taken out, that’s less crooks to deal with.
Yes, I believe so. In my post, I mentioned he was Bill's handler. I should have used the word "pimp." (Actually, James and Bill were pimping out the shareholders.)
As an aside, when I was throwing bucks into $TPAC 4-5 years ago, during all of Bill's hype, I was on the verge of refinancing my house so I could throw the proceeds into $TPAC. I had worked at NAVAIR in 1999-2000 and was so confident about the stock. Being at NAVAIR, it was like I had a front row seat.
I'm glad I didn't refinance my house. I honestly don't know where I'd be, today, if I had done so.
Was James the insider “TPAC Muse” who was allowed to run rampant over anyone who disagreed with him?
Sold my large position for a large loss but was able to salvage some. Still, this is a major disappointment after such promise several years ago. Most likely, however, the promise was no more than an illusion created by the scammer/crook Bill McKay and his handler James.
Good riddance to this junk. I sincerely wish everyone here well.
$TPAC
Its loading right now so Im not to worried about that date. When its loading means its gona run.
I just sold 100,000 shares of TPAC on Fidelity at .0002 ask in about 1 minute as a test. So it looks like there is a market still. Not sure who is buying or why. I'm expecting it to become worthless on April 12.
This was NEVER anything different, NOT EVEN CLOSE.
Perhaps you don’t care, I do however -
in that respect we are polar opposites. Not a chance I will support a fraud like TPAC. I refuse to buy shares of a known scam just to dump them on somebody else and take their money. That’s just as bad as the fraudsters who ran, or are running, TPAC.
I cannot wait to see the TPAC scam be put to rest. It was never anything but a Bill McKay P&D scam.
Addicted gamblers? I never understood traders buying into any scam, bhtjm.
Why are people still buying when its scheduled to be turned off?
Can’t wait to see the TPAC scam be put to rest. It was never anything but a Bill McKay P&D scam.
They have until the 13th to respond....light are not out yet. I don't own this ...yet...there are still buyers coming in so it maybe a good move soon. Just part of playing stocks at this level ...risky!!!
TPAC lights get turned off for good in 12 days. I cant believe people are still buying this garbage
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/opinions/2021/34-91441.pdf
Beginning of the end for $TPAC.
Holy moly did this pump-and-dump hit a brick wall.
I should have sounded the alarm when it began.
if that's the case; I'll sell all if the price goes back up
Probably the same or affiliated party to the one selling em.
but who is buying up millions of shares daily? it's not like it isn't happening. I get it, it was a p&d, still, my question remains who is swooping up and continually buying up those shares
You can thank Wild Bill McKay for your losses.
Can we get the peeps w/ Reddit to blow this puppy up??? lmao. I have 20mil shares from 2015
Exactly my point. LOLOLOLOL
Cmon man....
Oh my, no one believes it...do they? I learned that “market maker signals” were a ruse when I first started trading. OTC 101
