I think you have to be a pretty sharp trader to trade under $1.00. Until you become sharp, don't do it. Just don't.

Could anyone explain the difference between preferred and common and why the company would do this / good or bad for the common shareholder ?

Example : The Company has completed a conversion of amounts owed of $330,000 from Rob Landau and $280,000 from Mitch Geisler in exchange for 277,273 shares of new preferred stock. The preferred shares are convertible and hold the voting rights to 1,000 common shares for each preferred shares.

The Company has converted $100,000 owed to ZDG Investments Limited into 45,455 shares of new preferred stock. The preferred shares are convertible and hold the voting rights to 1,000 common shares for each preferred shares.

Tony, any good books on charting you would recommend to a beginner. I just finished "stikky stock charts", it was very easy to understand. I would like to get to the level you and GoldenZ are on.

Hypro-pod,think of what your feeling when you can not execute that trade."desperation,loss of hope -fear.Education,proper education is always the answer.Try setting your out a little lower.Once out think about what you really want out of trading.It can be a wonderful business.Try to look at higher priced stocks,learn and earn.Best not to play those kind of stocks.That's the best suggestion I can give you.

Question for the board: I'm in a .0001 stock that moves to .0002 frequently but I can never get a sale in. I have a GTC set at .0002 but it never hits. Any suggestions?

Tony, good to see you starting a board over here. I found out about your room almost a year ago from Golden Z and its been the best things I've ever done for my trading career. You honestly teach and don't just tell people what to trade. I hope everyone who visits this boards gets the same level of knowledge I have.
